Summer Limited Orange Float 700 yen After enjoying the Ghost Mall and Treasure Exhibition, I took a break at the café inside the building. I was drawn to the combination of orange juice and ice cream, so I ordered it. The ice in the glass was also round, just like the Ghost Mall. I was healed by the garden of the Governor's Residence.

The cafe at the Hokkaido Sanki Koda Hiroshi Museum is called Cafe Kinezumi on Google Maps, but for some reason on Hot Pepper it is called Tea Room Kinezumi. I wish they would settle on one official name. I bought a sweet bean paste bun called Anbata-chan and headed to the gazebo in the lush courtyard of the museum to enjoy it. The spectacle bun, filled simply with melted butter and sweet bean paste, was best eaten as is, even though it had started to melt. The coffee beans from Kinezumi Cafe will be used tomorrow. It was a leisurely holiday that finally arrived, but the moment was short-lived as I finished eating, put on my mask, and enjoyed the combination of butter, fresh green air, and phytoncides.

When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, it is a designated rare disease by the government. Unfortunately, there is still no medicine that suits me. Due to poor health, I had to take my third hospitalization break, but I managed to make it to the start of "Overeating and Overweight Theater Act 4". I had to gradually return while consulting my health, but recently, the talk of another short hospitalization came up in the examination. I will be visiting as planned, even if likes and comments are delayed. [December 2020] This is the 4th review so I want to keep it light. The "Hokkaido Sankishikanko Taro Museum" was closed for a few months in the early spring due to COVID-19 measures. It finally reopened in June. This is from that visit. However, when I went to the museum in December, it was closed for several consecutive days even though it was supposed to be open. It feels like another closure due to COVID-19. Sankishikanko Taro was a Western-style painter born in Sapporo in 1903 and passed away in 1934. He was a painter who passed away at a young age. In a TV show "Nandemo Kanteidan", even a painting with poor preservation and discoloration was valued at "20 million yen". Many of his works were donated to Hokkaido by his family. This led to the establishment of the Hokkaido Sankishikanko Taro Museum. The museum is not large in scale, but it has a homely feel to it, like a local small art museum. Personally, I always find the staff here to be nice. Except for special works, photography is almost always allowed in the museum. This makes it an easily accessible small art museum. "Cafe Kinezumi" is a cafe on the first floor of the museum that also serves as a free rest area. However, for some reason, the store registration for "Cafe Kinezumi" only shows "Kinezumi" without "Cafe". The Hokkaido Sankishikanko Taro Museum usually only features works by Sankishikanko Taro. This time, the "Sun Forest DiMaggio Museum Collection" was also being exhibited. While viewing the works, a museum staff member quietly said, "You can take photos of the works." I really like this homely atmosphere. After viewing the works, I stopped by "Cafe Kinezumi". Inside the cafe, they also sell cookies and bread from a popular store in the Kuwanon area called "Nosakiya". It is a cafe that is closely tied to the local community and is appreciated by the locals. Kuwanon and Maruyama are neighboring areas. This time, I bought the usual "Cafe Kinezumi Limited Flying Butterfly Cookie". ■ Cafe Kinezumi Limited Flying Butterfly Cookie Weight: Actual measurement 28g (after removing the windbag) Made with Hokkaido wheat flour, butter, etc. It is produced by the popular Kuwanon store "Nosakiya" and has a rich taste. The cookie is shaped like a small butterfly, inspired by Sankishikanko Taro's "Butterflies". Only one "blue butterfly" is included in each bag. The "blue butterfly" is inspired by the blue butterfly in Sankishikanko Taro's works. It's a cute touch. The "Cafe Kinezumi Limited Flying Butterfly Cookie" is a cookie that suits the Sankishikanko Taro Museum. It tastes good and can also serve as a souvenir for visiting the museum. The price is reasonable, so I think it's a good souvenir. As always, the lady at the store is very friendly. It's a homely cafe. The number of deaths in Sapporo has exceeded that of Tokyo since December. Sapporo, with a population of 2 million, has more deaths than Tokyo, with a population of 14 million. The mortality rate is over 7 times higher. It's understandable that the museum is closed. During the closure due to COVID-19, it would be nice if "Nosakiya" could sell their products. Next time, I will visit when the situation with COVID-19 improves. I hope that COVID-19 will be resolved soon. Thank you for the delicious meal.

On a certain holiday, I stumbled upon a small cafe inside the Michio Kojitaro Roadside Art Museum while wandering around. As someone who is usually far from art museums, I felt a bit nervous entering the museum at first, but I politely explained to the reception that I wanted to go to the cafe and made my way there. The cafe had five low tables and was filled with people who seemed to have a deep love for art. In the background, I could faintly hear classical music playing. From the menu, I ordered an "Iced Coffee (500 yen)" and also picked up a croissant and some dry snacks displayed at the counter. The coffee was strong and bitter, with some ice in it, and I quickly finished it. I received a small butterfly-shaped cookie as a service and ended my visit. I realized that during this season, there are a lot of snow bugs which make walking a bit challenging. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the Hokkaido Sanki Koutarou Art Museum. It's the season of art and good food! It's a bit silly to be on a low-carb diet during this time, but oh well! I'll at least enjoy the art ^_^ Sanki Koutarou, who was born in Sapporo, passed away at the age of 31. I wonder how many more artworks he could have created if he had lived longer. After viewing the artworks, I will head to the Kinemuzi cafe near the entrance on the first floor for a coffee. Drinking coffee while looking at the Governor's residence forest. The taste is nothing special, but sipping it quietly in the sun, without thinking about anything, makes the stress of the crowds disappear. It was a nice time! Thank you for the meal ^_^

During the Bon holidays, I went for a walk early in the morning. After 9 o'clock, I looked for a place to take a break, but couldn't find any open shops due to the holiday. When I entered the garden of the Miki Kojitaro Museum from the north side, I saw a sign for "Cafe Kinezumi." According to Tabelog, the opening hours are from 9:30 onwards. As I entered the building from the north entrance of the Governor's residence, the cafe was right there. It serves as a free rest area, with a small order counter in the corner. I ordered an "Iced Coffee @450" and paid for it. They brought it to my table. The cafe has six small round tables for three people each, with a large window facing west, offering a view of the spacious museum garden. There is no background music, making it suitable for reading or quietly spending time alone. Instead of occupying commercial facilities for studying, students could consider using such places. However, this might make the atmosphere less comfortable. After about 5 minutes, my order of iced coffee, gum syrup, water, and butterfly-shaped cookies was brought to me. The coffee was strong but enjoyable, and they used environmentally friendly paper straws. The homemade cookies had a subtle buttery flavor and were not too sweet. I found a nice resting place during my walk. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

It has been over 20 years since my second visit to the Mikann Koda Takaro Art Museum Governor's Residence Garden. The museum is located in the garden of the governor's residence. Mikann Koda Takaro, who passed away at the age of 31, made a significant impact on the history of modern Western painting in Japan in just over 10 years. It is a rare art museum in Japan where photography is allowed, which made me happy. I enjoyed a relaxing moment at the Cafe Kinezumi, looking at the greenery in the garden. The delicious coffee and cheesecake, along with the warm and friendly staff, helped me unwind. Although it is a small cafe tucked away in a corner of the art museum, it welcomes you warmly.

After a break of nearly 4 years due to hospitalization, there have been many changes to the Eat Log system, making it unclear how to write reviews compared to before. This is my third review, so I'll briefly talk about Sanki Koutarou. Sanki Koutarou was a western-style painter from Sapporo. He was born in 1903 and passed away in 1934 at a young age. Even paintings that have faded and are in poor condition were appraised at 20 million yen on a TV show. His family donated many of his works to Hokkaido, leading to the establishment of the Hokkaido Sanki Koutarou Art Museum. The museum is located behind the Hokkaido Governor's official residence next to the Hokkaido Museum of Modern Art. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff are friendly, making it a welcoming local art museum. "Cafe Kinezumi" is located on the first floor of the museum. During my visit, there was also the "Frank Sherman Collection Selection" exhibition on the second floor, in addition to Sanki Koutarou's works on the first floor. After viewing the "Japanese Beauty: A Riot of Flowers" exhibition at the Hokkaido Museum of Modern Art, I visited the Hokkaido Sanki Koutarou Art Museum. The museum maintains controlled temperature and humidity, but it can still make you thirsty. After viewing the artworks, I stopped by Cafe Kinezumi. The cafe also sells cookies and bread from local stores in the Kuwanon area, making it a favorite spot for locals. I ordered the "100% Red Grape Juice from Furano." It had a rich flavor reminiscent of muscat grapes. The cafe also offers an original "Butterfly Cookie" inspired by Sanki Koutarou's butterfly motifs. The juice was delicious and the cookie was a nice souvenir. The staff at the cafe were friendly as always. However, during my visit, a group of elderly ladies occupied the tables in the small rest area for a long time, turning it into a meeting place and making it difficult for other visitors to use the space. It was a new experience for me at an art museum. Next time, I'll try the Nakayama Ranch Milk from Akai River Village. Thank you for the meal.

After a hiatus of about 4 years due to hospitalization, there have been various system changes on Tabelog. The way reviews are done now seems unclear compared to before. In June 2018, I visited the Hokkaido Takashi Koda Art Museum in Sapporo. This small local art museum is located next to the Hokkaido Governor's residence. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming. The museum is currently hosting an exhibition from the Bridgestone Art Museum, featuring a painting by Pierre-Auguste Renoir. The museum itself is cozy and easy to visit, with free parking available. There is also a cafe called "Cafe Kinezumi" on the first floor of the museum, where I tried the Furano 100% White Grape Juice. The juice had a natural and clean taste, with no added sugars. I also tried the cafe's original butterfly-shaped cookie, inspired by Takashi Koda's butterfly paintings. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at the museum and cafe, and I look forward to trying the Nakayama Ranch Milk from Akai River Village next time.

Kinezumi Cafe is located on the first floor of the Hokkaido Takashi Kitaro Museum, which is in the same area as the Hokkaido Governor's Residence. The cafe offers a selection of cookies and pastries from the local Kuwanon area. I ordered the Middle Shitotsu Ranch Milk Ice Cream, which was smooth and refreshing, and my companion had the Iced Coffee, which was brewed using a Nell drip method and had a unique and delicious flavor. We also tried the Butterfly Cookie, a cute cookie shaped like a butterfly that is exclusive to Kinezumi Cafe. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. Overall, it was a delightful experience and I look forward to visiting again for a hot coffee next time.

This is also a gift from Mairevi-sama! I saw the Instagram of the Museum Shop & Cafe Kinezumi-san on the first floor of the Hokkaido Prefectural Mikasa Kodo Mitsukoshi Museum, and it seems that they sell jams, bread, and other items. I would love to visit the museum and the shop. I received two adorable mouse-shaped cookies. The "Kinezumi Cookie" was not too sweet and had a nice crunch to it. I am not confident in driving a rental car in winter, so I usually rely on public transportation and walking to get to where I want to go, which often causes delays in my plans. The area between Sapporo Station and Susukino has good access by foot, but it is not easy to walk around other areas smoothly, with many pedestrian signals causing me to shiver while waiting. This year, there was less snow piled up on the sidewalks compared to last year, but it was still extremely cold outside. I wonder how many more times I can visit my son's house in Sapporo. I plan to take my time and carefully plan my next trip. There are many shops I have bookmarked that I would like to visit by rental car. I am worried about eating too much and gaining weight. Thank you very much for taking care of me this time as well. This concludes the Hokkaido edition. Thank you all for your support. ===========
