Welcome! ┌¬o”* * * 2015.12 ↓Located in Chuo Ward, Susukino District, right in front of the station along the Ekimae Street, enter Ajikou and it's on the 2nd floor of the 1st Green Building, right in front of the Lawson side when you enter from the escalator. Yagachon: "Welcome! Please come in~♪" The hall staff with super friendly smiles guide you through the brand new bright restaurant. The tables, booths, and even the sunken kotatsu seats are arranged in a rotating customer area. You have to take off your shoes and go all the way to the back. There are already some heavily drunk customers annoyingly, but I wonder if the staff will not say anything... The staff are extremely polite and provide clear explanations, showing that the company has trained them well. I remember when I went to the one in Konoe before, it was terrible... and now thinking back, I realize that I had mistaken it for another place. The course with beef, pork, and chicken with all-you-can-drink for 4500 yen may seem expensive, but that high price image disappears once you're there. The soup is free and you can choose from 6 different types, including a sweet and spicy gradient sukiyaki and hot pot soup that allows you to enjoy both sukiyaki and shabu-shabu. The hot pot soup is light in seasoning, but you can adjust it with the table's chili oil. The first course is a platter of meat and vegetables, including pork belly, chicken, chicken meatballs, and freshly picked lettuce. The vegetable platter includes lettuce, cabbage, shredded carrots, mizuna, enoki mushrooms, and salted edamame. The staff provide detailed explanations, which is impressive. Even though they are still young, they are smart. When you drop the vegetables in, they ask, "Would you like to simmer them until they're cooked?" The quail egg, cucumber with spicy cod roe mayo, cream cheese with spicy sauce, Korean seaweed, and salted edamame are all satisfying on their own. Especially the cream cheese wrapped in Korean seaweed, it makes you want to drink some sake. "Are your vegetables cooked? Let's enjoy the shabu-shabu~!!" The meats include beef kalbi, pork kalbi, and Italian Porco pork. The pork has a refreshing sweetness in its fat. The beef shoulder roast is best enjoyed in the sukiyaki soup. The spicy meatballs and plum meatballs with shiso aroma are also delicious. The plum on the plum meatballs is better when added later. The vegetables are fresher and tastier than the meat. I found myself ordering more vegetables than meat. The water dumplings, yuba, Vienna sausages, tofu with edamame, Maroni-chan, jade leeks, shredded carrots, salted edamame, and mushrooms all have unique flavors. The grilled shrimps are made in front of you by the staff, who look serious while making them. The shrimp balls have a fragrant flavor from the sakura shrimp, with a soft texture. The all-you-can-drink option also includes Mio, which is amazing. With just 3 bottles, you can already cover the cost. But if you drink 1 liter, you'll pass out. Finally, the affogato with caramel sauce is rich and decadent. I couldn't finish it all. The atmosphere and customer service are important, and you can clearly see the staff's sincere hospitality. The taste is great, but so is the personality. What a great company... Thank you for the meal!
