I am a salaryman. This is a saladman... So what? (sweat) Before getting teased, I made a joke myself... This is a recommended place for those who are health-conscious. It's not hors d'oeuvres! It's organic. I imagine slipping and falling scene... Spring is in full swing, so it's not that cold. There are plenty of organic vegetables lined up in the store. I felt attracted, but this time I was there for vegetable juice, so I went straight to the counter and ordered the juice. I decided to try a healthy cold-pressed juice. The owner explained about cold-pressed juice. I couldn't remember everything, so I asked Google Sensei for help. It's a juice squeezed using a slow juicer called a slow juicer, without heating the ingredients (cold), and squeezing by applying strong pressure (press). It generates little heat, minimizes nutrient destruction, and squeezes the juice, so that more nutrients from vegetables can be taken in. The price is reasonable, but it's not just vegetable juice, it's a natural and nutrient-rich organic vegetable juice. Unlike smoothies, it feels like a direct nutrient supplement. The Red juice contained beets, carrots, and lemon, and I could immediately taste a unique flavor when I drank it. It has a strong vegetable taste. It was my first experience with such a rich vegetable juice. Personally, I liked the taste, but some people may not. I had a rare experience, and since there don't seem to be many shops like this, I felt that the shop itself is a valuable presence. Organic vegetables from Hokkaido are scarce at this time, but they also handle organic vegetables from Honshu, and I felt that it was a vegetable shop with a strong commitment. In addition to Red, there were also Orange and Green vegetable cold-pressed juices. Orange contained orange, carrot, and ginger, while Green contained kale, spinach, and lemon. Lemon was common in all of them, but I didn't feel much sourness when I drank Red. ☆☆☆ Next Episode Preview ☆☆☆ It seems handy when you want to feel refreshed and revitalized.
