Highly recommended. This is a fugu (blowfish) restaurant, but their crab dishes are also delicious. Fugu is not very popular in Hokkaido, but they serve dishes with a strong flavor. The boiled fugu skin and tessa (fugu sashimi) get tastier the more you chew, and they are excellent. However, the real highlight of this restaurant is the crab. The crab miso special, with plenty of crab meat, is addictive. And the standout dish is the crab shell sake. It's not your average crab shell sake, but I'll keep the secret of what makes it different. The young hostess also provides excellent service, making customers feel good. Fantastic!
