In the world of food blogs, a veteran and a rare drink in Susukino wander around the second place we visited was "Susukino Chuo Building 3F" "Wolves Aren't Scary" ... Just looking at the name of the restaurant, it makes you want to sing, a privilege of the Showa era dad haha. I was brought here without any information, but it seems like they moved from around Susukino. No previous customers, no subsequent customers. We sat at a table for four people. Looking at the menu ... In addition to drinks, there are "hamburgers, pasta, desserts, salads, a la carte," etc. We ordered "Mapo Tofu Burger 1,260" and "Truffle Potato Fry @680". Drinks were "Highball (Canadian Club) @750" and "BEER (Premol Koku Ale) @680". A bit of a wait, and 12 minutes later, the food was served. A combination of hamburgers and mapo tofu is unusual, but when you try it, it surprisingly fits well. The mapo tofu has a mild spiciness and a slight acidity. Personally, I would have liked a bit more kick of spiciness. The hamburger is a smooth, fine-grained type that is neatly kneaded like meatloaf, with a heavy, firm texture. Truffle Potato Fry ... The potato used is "Inca no Mezame" ... A sweet potato with a strong sweetness, fried well, and the truffle flavor is perfect. It's delicious to eat quickly and drink before leaving. If you feel like eating hamburgers and pasta in Susukino at night, how about a place like this? The diet dad seems to have little chance of encountering it haha. Hamburg Steak and Pasta enthusiast here, not afraid of wolves. Previously located in the F45 Building with the golden egg as a landmark, I finally made my way to the new location after hearing about the relocation. Located near Sapporo Station, I walked there with a fellow reviewer, burning calories along the way. They also have a branch in Kotoni, where I have enjoyed their Hamburg Steak lunch with 100% pork meat and rice cooked over charcoal. While I prefer the Hamburg Steak at the Kotoni branch, I was intrigued by the combination of Mapo Tofu and Hamburg Steak this time. The Mapo Tofu was a bit light on the tofu, but the combination of the Mapo Tofu sauce and the Hamburg Steak made me crave for more rice. The Truffle Potato Fries felt a bit dehydrated, but I sometimes prefer this texture over fast-food fries. I enjoyed a Highball with Canadian Club whiskey.
