Also, many shops around Sapporo offer items for takeout, which is very convenient for tasting before going to the store. I often bookmark the delicious bento boxes and side dishes I found here. I have purchased bento boxes several times. The bento boxes are from famous restaurants, making them very appealing. Today, I bought the shokupan from Véritable Clair. While Véritable Clair's shokupan is relatively delicious, it doesn't have any distinctive features. Thank you for the meal♪

I heard that pearl barley is good for the body, so I went to look for it right away. It has twice as much dietary fiber as burdock root! It can be cooked together with rice, so it's hassle-free. It's perfectly balanced in nutrients. If you're concerned about the chewiness, you won't even notice it in dishes like risotto or fried rice. I found the purple one and ordered the Purple Pearl Barley for 505 yen. Eating out often can be worrisome, so I'm continuing with it, but my body feels good. :)

On this day in July, when I was walking home through Rue de Trois, everything was half price! Bread and bento boxes, all half price. The bento boxes here are usually a bit pricey, so getting them at half price is really nice. This bakery is the best! I ordered the Veil Clair bread for 315 yen, which was also half price. [mogu&coco] - Ham and Cheese Sandwich for 378 yen. The bread is fluffy and filled with plenty of ingredients. It's not just the appearance, but the taste is also great, just like a convenience store sandwich! [Harapeko Tei] - Chinese-style appetizer quail for 320 yen. The thick sauce is slightly spicy and goes well with alcohol. It was a delicious treat (^ω^)

Visited "Wakuwaku Hiroba" for the first time in July 2021, following a visit to Ario Sapporo. The store is located in a fashion building called "Le Trois," which is a bit difficult to enter. Compared to Ario Sapporo, the store felt smaller, with more food items than vegetables. This is understandable as it is located in the central downtown area of Sapporo. On the same floor, there is also "Donguri" and their onigiri shop. I bought "Karita Shichimi Spice" for 246 yen, a local specialty from Tsukuba. Next time, I'll try the shichimi spice. At home, we bought some prepared dishes as part of our "easy meal series." The shrimp chili from "Taiwanese Cuisine Hao Hao" is a hearty Chinese dish with great flavor. We also got potato salad from "Motomachi Harapeko Tei," a bento shop in our area. Both are conveniently located in the Higashi (East) Ward. "Wakuwaku Hiroba" is a convenient place to shop.

In this neighborhood, when Kato Shouten-san opened, various other shops opened too! It seems like there is one in Ario as well. I decided to take a stroll. There are vegetables, various ingredients, sandwiches, and bento boxes on display. I predict that lunchtime will be quite bustling. I ordered the following: - Delicious nori plum for 398 yen - Bento box, Omuraisu for 250 yen. Interesting! The Omuraisu is more seasoned with vinegar rather than ketchup, and it's quite tasty. For office ladies, wouldn't this and something else be good enough? In this hot weather, we need salt. Since it has plums in it, I had to buy it! I haven't eaten it yet, but it's definitely delicious! It seems to have won an award too. Despite the ongoing pandemic, new restaurants are popping up one after another. We sell a variety of bento boxes, bread, vegetables, sweets, seasonings, etc. Our rice flour scones come in black sugar cocoa mix and nut cocoa flavors. We use organic ingredients and they are surprisingly soft with a mild sweetness. Our organic scones made with carrots and pumpkins have a color reminiscent of pumpkins. The taste is stronger in pumpkin flavor than carrot.

The curry was not spicy at first but the spiciness gradually kicked in. The rice was a bit hard and clumped together, which was disappointing. The nori mochi was unexpected - it was described as soy sauce flavor, so I didn't think it would be sweet. I imagined it would be salty, but when I tried it, it was surprisingly sweet! It had a sweetness similar to sweet bean paste.

Naan is similar to a manju skin with a sweet taste. It would be better if it had less sweetness for a meal. It is filled with various vegetables and chicken, making it a satisfying and hearty option.

The thick-cut steak made with Hokkaido pork at this meat specialty shop is delicious! The meat is fatty, tender, and flavorful, and the sauce is perfect! The stick bibimbap is packaged in a unique way, wrapped in a thin omelette like omurice. The rice inside is not too orange like chicken rice, but it's still good.

Mixed Pork Bowl with Double Layers: Top Layer - Pork Loin, Bottom Layer - Pork Belly??? The top layer seems to have more fat and feels like pork belly. Pork belly is tender meat -> rice -> meat -> seaweed -> rice... A luxurious pork bowl. The Ham, Cream Cheese, and Tomato Sandwich: As expected, the tomato's moisture makes it soggy over time, which is a shame.

The large fried chicken cutlet is like a Chicken Katsu with plenty of green onion sauce. The taste is flavorful like Popcorn Chicken with a perfect blend of garlic and herbs. The salmon rice ball is generously filled with salmon, but the saltiness is a bit lacking.

The Chicken Teriyaki and Soboro Bento was 600 yen, now half price. There is a Zangi specialty store called Oboro no Bento in Toyohira-ku, Sapporo. I didn't know about this Oboro store, but they have a store in Toyohira and seem to sell Zangi and onigiri. They also sell Zangi and onigiri at department store exhibitions nationwide. Now, the bento box contains chicken teriyaki, soboro rice, tamagoyaki, and pickles, a very simple combination. The chicken teriyaki looks delicious. In reality, the sweet and salty sauce is well soaked, the meat is tender and easy to eat. The thickness of the chicken meat is satisfying. It's delicious. I now want to visit the actual Oboro store. "Wakuwaku Hiroba" is a useful and enjoyable shop.

On the first floor of Le Trois, there is a delicatessen shop. They sell a variety of dishes from different stores, so it may seem a bit eclectic, but it's a convenient place when you're struggling to decide on dinner. This time, I bought some pastries from Mogu and Coco to take home. I got a chocolate tart and a cookie chou. They are small, but the taste is really delicious! They are reasonably priced, so it's hard not to buy them. This time it was sweets, but they also had main dishes, so I hope I can review those too. Thank you for the meal.

I arrived at the store after 7 pm! All bento boxes were half price, and many people were buying one after another. There weren't many options left, but the half price deal was really worth it! I bought 5 items of the store's side dishes and bento boxes for 1800 yen, which made me happy! It seems like I can discover new stores and I would like to use it again!

I did it again, got hungry and ate without taking a picture of the cheese naan and Indian curry bento set. There was also regular naan available. The sandwich got crushed on the way back, Mog&CoCo's apple sugar whip had a crunchy apple compote inside. It's too hot, so without an ice pack, the cream didn't hold up well, which was disappointing.

As soon as you enter the main entrance of Landmark, you will find a variety of food on the first floor. There are simple tables with cloth laid out with side dishes and bento boxes. The selection is extensive, giving off a vibe similar to a market event. There are sandwiches and sweets in the refrigerated case, and on the walls, you can find seasonings and more. There are also allergen-free food options available, along with vegetables and fruits, giving it a supermarket-like feel. It would be nice if there was a place to eat the bento on-site. It's a shame that at Odori Park, the crows might get to it again. I definitely want to visit again!
