After carefully listening to the server's recommendations, I wrote down what I wanted to eat. Personally, I recommend the Nasu Dengaku, Ebi Mayo, Ebi Ikura, and Extra Large Premium Sujiko Nigiri! If you love eggplant, you must try the Nasu Dengaku! It goes perfectly with the hot miso on top! The Ebi Mayo is irresistible. I couldn't stop eating it. The Ebi Ikura is consistently delicious. Since it's the New Year season, I splurged on the premium sujiko! This is a luxurious dish. You can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and spend quality time with your family at your own pace. The variety of side dishes is also great for refreshing your palate! I ordered the crab soup from the sushi restaurant this time. It had a rich crab flavor and was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

On January 23, 2003, I had dinner alone while on a business trip. Starting work tomorrow. I drove 180km from Asahikawa to Obihiro in 5 hours (tears). Bad weather and highway closures were painful. I don't feel like doing anything anymore. I will be going back home this weekend, so I only bought the essentials at the supermarket. I thought about having sushi for dinner, so I looked at the deli section. The prices didn't seem worth it. As I left the supermarket and headed home, I suddenly decided to turn the steering wheel. Somehow, my car ended up in this parking lot (laughs). This is a revolving sushi chain that represents Hokkaido. It's been 9 and a half years since I left Kushiro and visited here. Of course, the sushi was consistently delicious. Every piece I picked was tasty. While looking at the menu, I calmly enjoyed my meal. Ah, it was delicious (^_^) Tonight's bill came to 3404 yen. I visited Nagoyakatei R38 for the first time! It's a new restaurant along R38 and it's very impressive. The interior is bright with a Japanese theme, and they use stained glass decorations. The counter seats are spacious and very comfortable. The staff recommended the specials, but I started with the Wan Koso Soba. It was delicious! The sushi that followed was also excellent. The Tako (octopus) was tender, the Ikasalada (squid salad) and Ebi Mayo (shrimp with mayonnaise) were generous in portion, and the Zuwai Crab was a highlight. The service was friendly and efficient, and the self-checkout system made payment easy. Overall, it was a satisfying sushi experience.
