Reservations allowed We have a full two-hour reservation system. Last order is taken 90 minutes after the entrance to the restaurant. We do not accept reservations via auto-reserve. Please call us directly for reservations. No one is allowed to enter or exit the restaurant from the employee entrance at the rear of the restaurant. Please be sure to enter the restaurant from the entrance.

Children are allowed. Please be careful not to burn your children as we provide a charcoal charcoal charcoal grill at your table.

This is a slightly upscale yakiniku restaurant where you can eat Kobe beef! Recently, I haven't been able to eat a lot of fatty cuts like kalbi and sirloin, but the tongue (cut) had less fat and was recommended for women! They also take thorough infection prevention measures and since it's a private room, I was able to enjoy my meal with peace of mind.

I'm back in my hometown. I wanted to go to my usual reliable yakiniku restaurant, but it was closed for renovations. When I asked my brother where to go for good meat, he recommended Kobe Charcoal Yakiniku BUZZ. Today's visit was at 8:00 PM, with 10 customers already there and 4 more coming later. A bottle of beer was priced at 540 yen, but it tasted like metal, which was a big downside. They had bottled beer as well, so I switched to that after the first drink. [What I ate] - Rare cuts platter (2800 yen) - Reed bower (520 yen) - Heart sashimi (840 yen) - Top sirloin (1480 yen) - Wasabi tongue (800 yen) - Harami (880 yen) - Hormone (550 yen) - Top tripe (780 yen) - Teppanyaki (530 yen) - Salted tongue (980 yen) - Kimchi platter (550 yen) The quality of the meat was decent for the price, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The white meat dishes were quite good. Overall, it was a decent yakiniku experience, but lacked that special something to make it memorable. The rare cuts were not as flavorful as I had hoped, so I ended up ordering more basic cuts. It's a good option for around 5000 yen in Hakodate, but I would probably try a different place in Sapporo.

I visited a newly opened yakiniku restaurant that I had been curious about for a while. I tried the special selection kalbi, harami, and premium salted tongue. The meat was very tender and had a nice sweetness to it. The premium salted tongue was especially delicious, with a thick cut and plenty of marbling. It was so good! It's a shame I don't have a picture of the salted tongue, but trust me, it was amazing. Additionally, it was rare to see salted tongue served with ponzu sauce in Hakodate, but surprisingly, it paired really well with the meat. Everything else on the menu was also delicious. The rice was a bit soft, but overall, I would definitely go back to this restaurant. I rated the food taste as 4.2, but the premium salted tongue gets a perfect 5!
