It was a long time since my last visit. On this day, there was a wine tasting and exam for the Sommelier Association's Bronze Class. After the exam, everyone felt like drinking wine. All the participants passed the exam! Congratulations.
- La Capitale de Baronnerc Baron Philippe de Rothschild: A wine from the South of France, owned by Baron Philippe de Rothschild, the Chateau Mouton Rothschild. It is made with the same method and barrels as Mouton Rothschild, with a concentration of flavors, rich tannins, long finish, elegance, and complexity. A top-notch wine from the South of France with black fruit, pepper, chocolate, cocoa, and cigar notes.
- Becker Chardonnay: Known for the fox logo, Friedrich Becker, the top producer from Germany! Made from Chardonnay grown in the best area of limestone sandstone soil in the village of Schweigen in the Palatinate. It has aromas of lemon, grapefruit, and minerals, with sharp acidity, fruitiness, sweetness, and saltiness. A refined wine with elegant aroma and mineral notes.
- Barley soda mix.
- Salt and pepper grilled chicken wings. Simple and delicious, crispy on the outside.
- Tomato and avocado salad. A simple salad with tomato and avocado, topped with bonito flakes.
- Oden with daikon radish, fish cake, and white konjac. The broth is flavorful, and the soup is finished to the last drop.
- Cheese fries. Deep-fried camembert, a perfect snack with wine.
- Homemade curry. A blend of two types of curry roux cooked and frozen to intensify the flavor. Served with freshly cooked Yayoihime rice. The Keyma curry vibe is also present.
I intended to stay for a short time, but ended up lingering. The addition of karaoke has made the place even more enjoyable.
