The "Odori Park Building" on the north side of Odori 6-chome, with a strong business district atmosphere, appears to be a normal office building at first glance. However, upon climbing the stairs and entering the building, there is a food court located at the back. There are two Chinese restaurants and one cafe as tenants. The spacious floor can accommodate around 100 people, but the ceiling is low, giving a slightly cramped feeling. I visited after 3 PM, with only 3 groups of 4 customers already finished with lunch, so I decided to have coffee at "Takagi Coffee". The prices are reasonable with sizes available in Small for 200 yen, Medium for 300 yen, and Large for 340 yen. I was surprised to find out that having a meal at the other Chinese restaurants would further reduce the price by half. I purchased a Medium size coffee, poured into a takeout cup, paid with PayPay, and then received it. The coffee had a mild bitterness and acidity, making it easy to drink. The Medium size seemed to contain over 350ml, and the Large size may have been around 500ml. It might be crowded during lunchtime, but it seems convenient and easy to use outside of peak hours. However, I wonder why there are two Chinese restaurants in the building. I would like to visit again, but with Sunday being their regular holiday, I am unsure about the timing. Thank you for the meal.

On a certain weekday, I had lunch at a small food court in a building bookmarked at Odori West 6-chome. After lunch, if there was still some time, I would rush into the neighboring coffee shop. When I arrived, it was still early, so it wasn't crowded, which was convenient. That day, I found out that if you have lunch at one of the restaurants in the food court, you can get half-price coffee here, which was very lucky! So, I showed my receipt and ordered an "Iced Coffee L (360 yen → 180 yen)". Taking a sip... Wow, just like last time, the quite voluminous iced coffee had a strong taste and bitterness, which may vary in preferences, but for some reason, it tasted delicious this time for 180 yen (^。^;). Suddenly, I felt like coming back here again with lunch! Thank you for the meal.

I arrived at Takagi Coffee on the second floor of the building where Yakult is located in Otemachi West 6-chome. This area serves as a food court for Daiko, Nishi Roku Kitchen, and Takagi Coffee. I visited in the evening and the atmosphere was not like a party, so I could relax. Moody music was playing a bit loudly. The blended coffee size M for 300 yen was really voluminous. If the M size is this big, I wonder how big the L size would be? Next door is Nishi Roku Kitchen, and I wonder if they share staff because the lady who served me was very kind and cheerful. The coffee had a good balance of acidity, bitterness, and richness. It was brewed in advance, so it tasted delicious. There are no facilities like charging stations or Wi-Fi, but it's a nice place to relax. Thank you for the meal. ☺️

On a certain weekday in Sapporo, during a period of perseverance, I remembered a cafe I had bookmarked and decided to visit. It is located on the 2nd floor of a building in Odori Nishi 6-chome, Chuo-ku. It was my first time hearing about this coffee shop. As I climbed the stairs at the entrance of the building, I saw a sign that read "food house." Upon entering, I was impressed by the setup, resembling a food court in a department store, with plenty of seating. There was this coffee shop, a Chinese restaurant, and maybe another one called Kawasai Nishi Roku Chubo. Background music was playing, some light Western music. From the menu, I chose "coffee" and ordered an "Iced Coffee L (360 yen)." Taking a sip, I found it to have a deep flavor profile, with a strong bitterness and a hint of acidity. Personally, I felt like it would be better as a cafe latte to dilute the intensity. Perhaps hot coffee would be more suitable. I wanted to try the neighboring Chinese restaurant, but I didn't have the energy this time. It will be on my list for next time. Thank you for the meal.

Welcome. ---------- June 2020 ----------
On the north side of Odori West 6-chome, along Odori Park,
the Taiwanese home cooking restaurant Daikou has been renovated into a food court |o| °д°)ノ
Hello, we have Taiwanese and Chinese sweets here.
It might be nice to take a break with some Taiwanese sweets after a meal.
We have the Ai-ko size (L) (= ´∀´)ノ
It's reasonably priced and comes with plenty, so it will cool down your heated body.
It has a rich and authentic taste.
Even for those who can't have caffeine like Tom, it was delicious.
