On the first night in Tokyo, I had dinner at an izakaya called "Shinbashi Ippashi" in Shinbashi. It was my first visit to this place and it has been selected as one of the top 100 izakayas. We started with a sashimi platter that was beautifully presented and made with aged fish, it was delicious. The beer went well with it. What impressed me the most was the grilled herring. I don't think I've ever had grilled herring before, but it was sweet and full of flavor, really tasty. All the other dishes were also delicious, and I had a great time there.

I visited the restaurant and tried the special "Tamagoyaki with seasonal vegetables course" with 2-hour all-you-can-drink option. The service was polite and the speed of serving was stress-free. I used it for entertaining guests this time, but I think it would be perfect for casual occasions as well.

The flavors were all delicious with no disappointments. I especially liked the potato salad. It was satisfying and had a memorable taste with a spicy kick from the chili oil. The atmosphere of the restaurant was a bit lively but had a charming vibe. The staff's service was excellent, and I felt they were very attentive.

I had been curious about this tamagoyaki for a while and finally tried it. It was fluffy, soaked in dashi, and melted in my mouth. The raw vegetables were a bit of a mixed bag in terms of preference. The sashimi, smoked dishes, and rice dishes were all delicious and lived up to the standard of a good izakaya.

The fluffy egg omelet was delicious. Everything was tasty. However, I was a bit nervous on the day of the reservation because they had charged for 3 people out of the 4-person reservation made with a credit card a month in advance. I was worried about getting sick, but luckily everything turned out fine. It would be better if they notified about the charge at least 3 days before.笑

This time, I had the opportunity to sit at the counter and enjoy a leisurely drink after a long time. The lineup for the day included: Beer (Asahi Jukusen, Asahi Super Dry), Imo-today, Tobiroku, Moriizou (forgot the image), and Rokasezu. For food, we had fresh corn, fried blowfish, raw water eggplant, salt-grilled sweetfish, and more. It was a delightful 2-hour experience! What makes this place special is that you can almost always find Kagoshima's 3M here... It's rare to find a place that has all of them. They also have a wide selection of sake, including top-notch brands like Ishidaya and Nizaemon. This place is great for large group gatherings, business meetings, or for a cozy time at the counter. Whether you're drinking 3M or sake, enjoying delicious fish, this convenient izakaya has it all!

I made a reservation for Thursday at 5:30 PM and visited the restaurant. It is located a 2-minute walk from Shinbashi Station. The course meal with all-you-can-drink option costs 6,000 yen. The food is delicious, and the all-you-can-drink option is also good. It's no wonder it's a popular spot. The sashimi is amazingly delicious, and the rice is also tasty.

I visited "Ippashi" in Shinbashi and it was delicious! The fish was fresh, the meat was tasty, and they had a wide selection of sake. Everything was not too oily, except for the fried food. I was impressed by their cooking methods, which seemed to involve less oil. We also used a private room and had a very satisfying day. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I went to a shop in Ginza and had a great experience, so I also visited the Shinbashi branch. It's great that you can make reservations online. The assorted sashimi, cod fish tempura, and fried mehikari were especially delicious. The drink menu is also extensive, so I would like to come back again.

It seems to be a famous izakaya in Shinbashi. When we arrived around 9:30 for the second time, there were seats available, but they informed us that it was already last order for food. However, they were serving alcohol until 11 pm so we decided to enter. The fluffy omelette for 600 yen seemed to be a specialty, so we ordered that. Since we were quite full, we only added the pork with miso sauce. The sake was reasonably priced at around 700 yen per glass. While waiting, the person who seemed to be the manager informed us that it was last order and offered us a serving of yellowtail sashimi aged for a week as a service. It had a rich and delicious texture. The specialty omelette had a unique texture, I wonder how they make it. The pork with miso sauce had a good quality and was delicious. Finally, a clear soup made with fish broth was served as a finish. This restaurant is considerate to the salarymen in Shinbashi and serves delicious food, no wonder it's popular. It was a great restaurant.

I visited the second branch of Ippa-san, the Shinbashi branch. The energetic service at both the Ginza and Shinbashi branches is consistent, and the quality of the dishes, from sashimi to grilled fish, is high. The selection of Japanese sake and shochu is also rich, so I always feel comfortable using their services.
