The rich black sesame soft serve was delicious, but the size was smaller than expected and a bit pricey. When my friend ordered the rich black sesame latte, it came out looking completely different from the menu photo, with about half the amount and a little whipped cream on top. When we asked the staff, they said it had changed from the photo. Not good. However, they later brought more whipped cream. Hmm, it was tasty but disappointing! They should change the menu photo sooner.

There were some low ceilings due to the roof, but there were a decent number of seats. Orders are placed through a QR code. Although there were paper menus on the tables, they were hard to see in the dim light... It was easier to see from a smartphone. There were several parfaits that caught my eye, but this time I ordered the "Blueberry Cheese" parfait. It had blueberries and a cheesecake-like chocolate on top. The cheesecake was delicious. The ice cream was milky and tasty too! The KLIM parfait with black sesame ice cream that my companion ordered also had a strong black sesame flavor and was delicious. The payment process was smooth using the QR code.

When you think of Hokkaido, you think of Shime Parfait. The interior of the shop is like a café, with a counter and about 3 table seats on the second floor. In addition to parfaits, there are various menu items, making it more like a café than a parfait specialty shop. We visited as a pair and ordered coffee and the most popular KLIM parfait! The parfait included tapioca, black sesame, and cheese. The size was just right, and I was personally very satisfied as I was able to finish it all by myself. The Shime Parfait in Susukino is definitely decided here!

We ordered: Carlsberg beer for myself, black sesame soft serve with coffee set for my wife (I tried a bite and the black sesame soft serve here is really delicious), and a chocolate parfait for the daughter (her choice was youthful). We had a leisurely time at Crim and then said goodbye to the daughter.

K.L.I.M Susukino Store opened in April 2022! Finally got to go there \( ¨̮ )/ I've been curious about K.L.I.M in Susukino for a while. K.L.I.M is a shop that offers fragrant black sesame soft serve ice cream. The two-story white building has a sophisticated atmosphere with an open kitchen on the first floor featuring white and dark brown tones. The second floor has a cozy, wood-filled atmosphere like a hidden retreat. You can also enjoy a relaxing space there. In addition to parfaits, the Susukino store also serves specialty coffee, alcohol, and snacks, making it a dining bar. The main attraction of the day was the Black Sesame Japanese-style parfait. You order by scanning the QR code. It's a K.L.I.M special Japanese-style parfait with black sesame soft serve, black honey, roasted soybean flour, Tokachi red beans, and two pieces of rice cakes. The sponge cake at the bottom of the cup is delicious. The Cheese Butterscotch also looks tasty!

Visited the Susukino branch of "Crim" today! This will truly be my last visit here! That's how I keep pushing myself and tormenting my stomach! I had a parfait at the main store, but here at the Susukino branch, I came for the soft serve ice cream! I ordered the "Soft Serve Ice Cream Mix Cup (¥400)" where you can taste black sesame and milk. It's cheaper if you get it in a cup compared to the main store, but being in the fierce competition area of Shime Parfait in Susukino, the parfaits are priced higher here. Although it's cheaper than other parfait shops, the main store had a limited edition 700 yen corn chocolate, while here it's 900 yen. But with the variety of parfaits, toppings, and alcohol available, you can enjoy a different experience from the main store or other branches, so I'm not worried about their customer base! By the way, you don't hear much about black sesame soft serve, right? The slightly bitter and fragrant flavor of black sesame, combined with the mild sweetness and refreshing milk taste, actually go quite well together! It gives the impression of a soft serve that even those who aren't big fans of sweet treats can enjoy without worry! I ordered the "Black Sesame and Japanese-style Parfait for 900 yen + Courvoisier Brandy for 300 yen". It was completed in between takeout orders. First, I enjoyed the taste of the black sesame soft serve without pouring the brandy. As it was a Japanese-style parfait, it had toppings such as shiratama, kinako, and azuki beans. Now, it's time to pour the brandy. There was more brandy than I expected. The taste changed to an adult flavor. I was planning to enjoy the parfait with alcohol, but just the brandy was enough (laughs). The parfait was a good amount for takeout or eating inside the shop. It was a delicious ending parfait. It was so delicious that I regret not buying it before. I hesitated because of the pandemic, not wanting to take off my mask to eat, but since there were few people around, I decided to buy it. I purchased a mix of milk and black sesame flavors. The milk flavor was sweet and refreshing, not heavy but with a nice sweetness. It complemented the rich black sesame flavor well. We searched for a soft serve ice cream shop open at this time on a Sunday night and found out that K.L.I.M, which we had visited before at its first location in Kiyota Ward, also has a branch in Susukino. We visited the "K.L.I.M Susukino Store" for the first time. As of June 2022, they have four stores in Kiyota, Kotoni, Susukino, and Obihiro. The Susukino store, being in a lively area, is open from 7:00 pm to 3:30 am (last order at 3:00 am), with seating available on the first and second floors for enjoying their signature black sesame soft serve ice cream. I ordered a cup while my wife got a waffle cone, and we took it to enjoy in the car. Even with a blindfold on, the rich flavor of the black sesame was unmistakable, and the soft serve had a chewy texture, maintaining the deliciousness of the original store. Visited again on June 9, 2022 for a drinking session with a young lady. It was the third stop, not sure if it was the last one, but we decided to have soft serve ice cream here as a finale. Unlike last time, we opted for dine-in this time. For some reason, all three of us ordered the same thing - black sesame mix. It was delicious, especially since we were dining in this time. The situation itself made it taste even better. During our conversation, someone mentioned Totoron, which caught the attention of the staff at the shop. They asked if we were talking about Totoron. We were caught off guard, but luckily we didn't write anything strange in our previous review. Thanks to that, we were even allowed to use the golden soft serve ice cream statue for a photo. By the way, there is a second-floor seating area here as well. It looks like a hidden room. If you're interested, give it a try and check it out.

After drinking at Niku to Robata Sand, I followed the wife and her friend's daughter to a cozy wood-themed Clam Susukino store. I had a Premium Malt, shared a delicious pizza with prosciutto and mozzarella, had another Premium Malt, and finished the night with a Highball. The daughter had a chocolate parfait, and the wife had soft-serve ice cream. It was a fun night in Susukino!
