Today is Friday. It's Hilmo RIta. But!!! Today is a recorded broadcast. It's a pseudo-live broadcast, but please listen. I heard that a yakiniku restaurant opened in Midorigaoka. I don't go to Midorigaoka often, so I was surprised to hear that. Then, the other day, I remembered it and decided to go check it out. At first, I couldn't find the location. I'm not familiar with this area, so I didn't know where the building or the corner was. However, the parking lot is in a shared space, so I walked around that area. And... I found a sign!! If there wasn't a sign, I definitely wouldn't have found it haha. Are there a lot of yakiniku restaurants in Asahikawa? What rank will it be today? If it looks delicious, please click the "↓" button!! ⇒ Please click once. Inside, there was a red gate surrounded by a fence and a noren with "Yakiniku Kopuchan". A red gate... could the owner be a Tokyo University graduate?? I looked it up, and it seems that the owner is from the famous Kan Karan in the city. It didn't say anything about being a Tokyo University graduate haha. Kopuchan is the name of beef intestines. Touch panel. This is a good system because it won't make mistakes with orders, I think... but... honestly, it's hard to read. Young people might be fine with it, but for us older folks, we want to see all the items at once, compare them, and make a selection. Going to the next page... I might miss something. It was posted on the wall!! This is much easier to read. If there were some photos of the items, it would be even better. From the seat to the wall, there's a slight distance. Thanks to this distance, I can focus haha. Good for reaching everything and then using the touch panel. This would be the best!! The recommended items were displayed with photos. If they were categorized and all displayed like this, it would be easier to read. If they were posted separately, it would be confusing... All-you-can-eat. If this was 20 or 30 years ago, I would definitely choose this. Maybe even when I was 20, I would go if it was all-you-can-eat. Now... I definitely can't eat that much. It's cheaper to order a la carte and eat as much as you want. That's what I think. I want to tell the me from back then... "Now's your chance to eat all you can eat." So, eat as much as you want haha. Gatsu 390 yen. On this day, I tried Gatsu instead of Hormone. You can choose between salt and sauce flavors. There wasn't miso. It's Hormone, but when it's Gatsu, it's chewy in the stomach. It's pork, so it's not Kopuchan. Gas grill. It's rare in Asahikawa, not charcoal but gas. The fire comes from both sides of the grill. Actually, the center doesn't cook as fast, and the edges burn quickly. I used to see this type of grill a lot when I was in Tokyo, but I haven't used it much recently, so I had a bit of trouble with the heat control. There was no odor, and the Gatsu was delicious. I was already hungry for Shirataki. I was definitely going for Shirataki from the beginning. Of course, I got the large portion. Negi Shio Gyutan 720 yen. Gyutan comes with both Negi Shio and sauce flavors. There's also Tan-saki. Of course, this is it. The plate is served with Negi seasoned with salt. It almost looks like shabu-shabu, right? Hurry up, hurry up!! Unlike charcoal, gas doesn't wait for you. The edges cook quickly, especially. Gyutan doesn't have much thickness, so while I was taking photos, it cooked quickly. Hurry up, hurry up... Put some Negi on it and eat it all at once. Yes, with Negi and salt sauce, it's a delicious taste! Nankotsu 390 yen. How will the Nankotsu here be? Like in any other restaurant, it's also partially frozen. It's served with a handful of pieces! One serving. How much is that? Mistake. I see. Nankotsu doesn't cook well on gas. And if you're going to grill it, do it at the beginning. If the sauce or seasoning sticks to the grill, it will burn and stick. The silver grill on charcoal allows you to move it while grilling, but with an iron grill, it falls through. If it sticks, peeling it off will make it smaller.
