I remember visiting a neighboring restaurant with a reviewer I went out with. The kitchen staff were men, and the servers were women. We had a continuous attack of yakitori from Torikizoku. We drank Japanese sake. The first drink was a fruity sake chosen by the restaurant, called "Romen." The appetizer was chicken cartilage, which had a refreshing taste. I forgot what the other small dishes were, but they were quite ordinary. The grilled dishes were easy to eat, including chicken wing skewers, homemade raw meatballs, and unique chicken breast skewers. The chicken wings were easy to eat with just the right amount of salt. The raw meatballs came with a raw egg on top, but the meatballs themselves were smaller than expected. The chicken breast skewers had a unique texture but tasted too much like protein. The second sake we had was "Gayakudai - Utashiro," which was slightly dry and went well with the meat. The food didn't seem to be set at a high price. Thank you for the meal.
