I searched for a restaurant in Asahikawa and found a place I hadn't been to before, so I decided to try it out. The name of the restaurant was Sumika. They had a variety of meat options like beef, pork, and chicken, as well as side dishes, soup, dessert, and rice dishes. The prices seemed reasonable overall. They also had a daily recommendation menu which included lamb. The menu also featured items like bacon, sausage, squid, and takoyaki, which seemed more like izakaya dishes. They offered three types of dipping sauces: homemade sauce, salt and pepper, and salt sauce. The Namul side dish they served was mixed together and had a strong salty flavor. The miso-flavored hormone dish was a bit watery and the miso fell off the meat while cooking, resulting in a lighter miso flavor. The chicken meat dish was served on a square plate and was seasoned with salt and pepper. The texture was good, but it split in half while cooking, resembling squid legs. The salt sauce was tasty, but the homemade sauce had more depth of flavor. The chicken cartilage dish took longer to cook and ended up slightly burnt. The grilled tongue with salt and green onions was a good combination, and the addition of extra green onions was worth the extra 50 yen. The meat had a nice color but the beef had less fat. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, especially when paired with the green onions and lemon juice. The rib and skirt steak dishes were also tasty, with the skirt steak having a unique flavor.

It's just a few minutes from my house, and in the summer, the smell of grilled meat from the restaurant is irresistible. I've tried a few dishes, but I highly recommend the beef tongue. It's so tender and melts in your mouth. I couldn't resist getting seconds. I'll definitely be back.

The table is quite large, comfortable for 4 people to sit and relax, it's quite nice♡ Now... the menu is limited, but I already know what I want to order...♪*ﾟI ordered various items, but not everything, and the freshness of the raw meat is very good (｡•̀ᴗ-)و ̑̑✧ Especially, the freshness of guts, spleen, and harami was good...♪*ﾟThe hormone had a faint unique smell... Hormone lovers kept saying "Delicious!" (^_-) The salted green onion beef tongue was thinly sliced, making it easy to wrap with green onions♬ This way of eating tongue with green onions is best when it's thin♬ It's different from thick-cut beef tongue (^_-) I ended up ordering more♬ And...
