I visited a hidden gem yakiniku restaurant called "Niku Yorozu" located on Sannenzaka, about a 7-minute walk from Kagurazaka Station. This place offers high-quality meat cooked using a traditional hearth called "Yorozu Yaki." You can enjoy your meal while watching the meat being grilled one after another on the hearth set up in the center of the open kitchen. While they have a la carte options, this time I tried the most popular "Niku Yorozu Course (9 dishes/6600 yen)." We started with Ebisu draft beer (750 yen) for a toast. The first dish was a plate of tender and melt-in-your-mouth sliced raw wagyu beef, made from Olive beef from Kagawa prefecture. This was followed by raw lean beef tataki. Both dishes were exceptional due to their use of meat approved for raw consumption. The daikon radish with chrysanthemum mixed in and ponzu sauce added a refreshing touch. The salad served at this point was a nice palate cleanser, with a dressing made using raw eggs. The hand-rolled sushi came with plenty of sea urchin, adding a luxurious touch to the dish. The hot pot with raw beef ribs, hot tuna, and bonito dashi was also delicious. The warm dish of beef tendon chawanmushi with mizuna bean paste was accompanied by a refreshing taste of trefoil. The main dish was the eagerly awaited grilled lean beef thigh, cooked slowly over a distant flame to concentrate the umami flavor. The more you chew, the more you'll be enchanted. Crushing the fresh pepper with your back teeth while enjoying it adds an endless deliciousness. The crunchy texture of the udo also adds a nice touch. The today's rice in a clay pot included Ichibo, lamp, and sirloin cuts. Mixing in the crispy Kujo green onion and onsen egg resulted in a mellow finish. They will make onigiri with the leftover rice for you to enjoy later at home, leaving you with a lingering sense of happiness. This is definitely not a budget-friendly place in Kagurazaka, but it's worth making a reservation and visiting!

I was invited to Kagurazaka tonight and went to the restaurant called Irori Niku Yorozu. It's located a few minutes uphill from Iidabashi Station, and this area is filled with nice atmosphere restaurants. We started with a toast with draft beer, having a 2-person party to celebrate our hard work in Kagurazaka tonight. The restaurant was full, but if there were seats available, they would guide you to one. It's called a yakiniku ryotei, but since the course is under 10,000 yen, it may be different from a traditional ryotei. They use Olive Beef from Shodoshima, which has delicious lean meat and refreshing fat. As an appetizer, we had raw beef slices and raw lean beef. Both were from the thigh and loin. It's been a while since I've had raw meat, but it was delicious. For a brief break, we had a salad with homemade egg dressing, where small pieces of meat complemented the vegetables' taste. The uni and meat hand rolls were delicious, with the combination of sea urchin, seaweed, and meat being very tasty. We had different types of sake, enjoying one cup each. I forgot to take a picture of the bottle due to being engrossed in conversation. The rib shabu-junsai dish was amazing, with raw beef placed on top and shabu-shabu broth poured over it. It was a small portion, but very tasty. The primal yorozu grilled lean meat was cooked over charcoal and served with vegetables, corn, and asparagus. The condiments included Maldon salt from the UK, salted black pepper, and wasabi. The special sauce was provided separately. The charcoal-grilled lean thigh meat had a unique aroma and was even more delicious. The beef tendon chawanmushi was a unique chawanmushi shape, and it was delicious. The rice cooked in a small pot was accompanied by pickles and miso soup. The rice was Niigata Koshihikari, and it was mixed evenly and delicious. The pot-cooked rice was very tasty, especially when eaten with the raw beef. For dessert, we had strawberry sherbet. Thank you for the delicious meat dishes and sake tonight.

Dedicated to the restaurant industry!! A gourmet friend with a passion for food. I invited my No.1 gourmet friend and made a reservation for our first visit. [Assorted Meat Course] 6600 yen ☑️Raw Olive Beef Sashimi ☑️Raw Olive Beef Tataki ☑️Salad with Homemade Egg Dressing ☑️Uni and Meat Hand Roll ☑️Rib Toro Shabu-Shabu ☑️Steamed Egg Custard with Mushroom Sauce ☑️Assorted Primitive Grilled Red Meat ☑️Rice in a Pot ☑️Red Miso Soup and Pickles ☑️Dessert: Milk Gelato (from ami cono in Jiyugaoka) Drinks ☑️Sparkling Wine ☑️Glass of Red Wine ☑️Glass of White Wine ☑️Plum Wine with Soda (for friend) ☑️Grape Juice (for friend) From the first bite of raw meat, my stomach was captivated. The Uni and Meat Hand Roll was also amazing!! I want to eat more!! I want to come back again!! That's how I felt. As we progressed through the meal, the delicacy and perfection of the dishes increased. The performance of pouring the broth for the Rib Toro Shabu-Shabu was captivating. The Assorted Primitive Grilled Meat for two was served together, and for a moment, I thought it might not be enough, but the flavor and satisfaction of the meat were incredible!! The exquisite peppercorns!! The way they served the meat with wasabi and probably Maldon salt was amazing!! Perfect!! The last dish, the rice in a pot, was incredibly delicious!! It was on par with sukiyaki!! The richness of the egg and beef was extremely intense. Even though I was full, I devoured it all!! The dessert was Milk Gelato from ami cono in Jiyugaoka. The gentle sweetness of the natural ingredients was outstanding. It didn't disappoint until the end, and I am grateful for that!! The glass of wine (both red and white house wines) perfectly matched my taste. The quality of the wine elevated the taste of the dishes. Especially the White wine was my favorite! I wanted to know the brand, but I forgot to ask. I am completely satisfied to the point where I want to eat the exact same course again next time!! I want to visit with my loved ones again. It was such a wonderful restaurant. Thank you for the meal!!

I ordered the Meat Assorted Course for 6000 yen and everything was delicious! It was fun to eat while watching the meat being grilled on the hearth! The additional order of Yukhoe was also good! The sherbet at the end was a refreshing citrus flavor!

This is a lovely restaurant located right between Kagurazaka and Iidabashi, with a cozy atmosphere and a sunken hearth. We were seated at the counter and opted for the ¥6600 assorted meat course. The highlight of the restaurant is the central sunken hearth where meat is grilled using primitive charcoal fire technique. The course started with raw beef sashimi made from the thigh meat, which was flavorful and served with homemade soy sauce. Next was the tender lamp meat, followed by a delicious salad with plenty of egg dressing. The hand-rolled sushi with sea urchin and meat was a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The rib meat hot pot with tuna and bonito broth was a comforting dish, and the beef tendon steamed egg with mushrooms and grated yam was soothing. We also added the rib lamp for an extra ¥700, which was tender and flavorful. The green onion sirloin was a rare treat, and the beef and green onion complemented each other perfectly. The meal ended with a hearty beef and green onion rice bowl, served with pickles and red miso soup. We also enjoyed a refreshing sherbet for dessert. Overall, the restaurant offers a great dining experience with high-quality food at a reasonable price. Even though we couldn't drink alcohol, we had a fantastic time. Both the location in Mitaka and this one are wonderful places to dine. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I visited Nikuyorozu in Mitaka before and enjoyed their delicious meat dishes cooked over firewood. I found out they have a branch in Kagurazaka, which is conveniently located just one train ride away from my home. The restaurant is tucked away from the main street, providing a cozy hideaway atmosphere. I ordered the "Niku Yorozu (Lean Meat) Course" and added the Ichibo Lamp as my choice for the primal grilling. The meal started with raw beef sashimi and beef tataki, both bursting with rich flavor and a delightful texture. The "Uni and Meat Hand Rolls" were a heavenly combination of uni's sweetness and meat's umami, wrapped in nori for a perfect finish. The salad with egg dressing was impressive, with a refreshing crunch. The "Rib Toroshabu" was a performance in itself, with a light yet flavorful broth and tender meat that melted in the mouth. The primal grilling of Ichibo Lamp was a sight to behold, beautifully seared with a hint of charcoal aroma. The meat, lightly seasoned with salt and served with plenty of wasabi, was incredibly delicious, with a perfect balance of fat and sweetness. The warm dish of Nameko Chawanmushi was comforting, with a delicate dashi flavor and the interesting texture of nameko mushrooms. The finale of the meal was a hearty clay pot rice with chunks of meat, spring onions, and a creamy onsen egg. The combination of meat umami, onion fragrance, and creamy egg was a delightful end to the meal. If you're too full, they offer takeout service for the rice. I also tried the raw beef yukhoe and the unique Negima skewers, both of which were delicious. The raw beef yukhoe had a melt-in-your-mouth texture, while the Negima skewers were a luxurious treat with the rich fat of the sirloin. Despite not having alcohol, the meal was surprisingly affordable, with a satisfying meal for under 10,000 yen per person. This is definitely a restaurant I would love to visit again!

The atmosphere of the restaurant was outstanding! With black wallpaper, black floors, and a large counter in a U-shape, it created a wonderful space. The food was really delicious, especially the meat dishes! However, I think the staff should be mindful of their breath when serving food.

After a long time, I went drinking in Kagurazaka. It was just the two of us, so we sat at the counter seats. They also have table seats. This time we had the assorted Ichibo course! - Fresh beef sashimi - Fresh lean beef tataki - Today's salad - Uni and beef hand rolls - Rib and tender shabu-shabu - Today's hot dish - Assorted Ichibo grilled - Today's clay pot rice - Today's dessert One of the dishes in the dessert course was the Rib and tender shabu-shabu. The broth was delicious and fragrant. The high-quality Olive beef fat didn't make me feel heavy! The broth is delicious and the aroma is enjoyable because they pour it right in front of you. The combination of the meat umami, light broth, and vegetables is irresistible! The sake was from Nagaoka's Choyo Fukumusume. The hand rolls were also delicious and blissful! The tataki was also tasty. Even after eating this much meat, I didn't feel heavy, maybe because of the good Olive beef fat. The tomato cocktail was also delicious with the umami of the clam broth! And the Ichibo grilled on the hearth was cooked just right and full of flavor. It goes well with wine. The clay pot rice at the end was also delicious, and I finished it all! I feel pleasantly full. It was delicious!

I made a reservation for a red meat course at a nice atmosphere restaurant. Since I was seated at the counter, I could watch the meat being grilled carefully. All the meat was delicious, but my personal favorite was the winter melon and beef stew. The homemade sorbet for dessert was also delicious.

I started with a course of appetizers, followed by uni, shabu-shabu, and luxurious meat dishes! The main grilled thigh meat was delicious whether eaten with salt or sauce! The finale of clay pot rice was incredibly tasty, making for a perfect course to enjoy the meat. The atmosphere of the restaurant is especially nice, making it a perfect choice for a date!

I had been curious for a long time and finally visited this place! From the first bite to the last dessert, everything was really delicious...!! My favorite was the red meat sashimi that came out in the beginning. I could have easily eaten more than the two slices that were served per person. The main red meat was also delicious, especially when customized with salt, pepper, wasabi, and the original sauce. The restaurant is clean and calm, but also has a lively atmosphere, making it a great place for a date or hanging out with friends!

The counter seats can be hot depending on the location. The area towards the back, near the restroom, is cooler, but near the entrance where they cook the meat it can be a bit warm. The restaurant is overall bustling, so if you're looking to entertain guests, a table is recommended. The taste was really good.

I visited Nikuyorozu for the first time, which was introduced as "No.1 in the channel's history" on Wakki TV. I had the Nikuyorozu course (filet) and the recommended fresh Yukke. The counter seats provided a view of the open kitchen, allowing me to enjoy watching the cooking process. All the dishes were delicious, but if you order a la carte, the must-try items are the rib shabu-shabu and the hot pot rice. By the way, the speed of food service is fast, so even with the course, you can finish eating in about an hour and a half. The menu included: - Fresh beef sashimi - Fresh lean beef tataki - Today's salad - Uni and meat hand rolls - Rib shabu-shabu - Today's hot dish - Primitive assorted grilled fillet - Today's hot pot rice - Today's dessert - Fresh Yukke

So, today we visited Kagurazaka, a rare choice for us. It's about a 5-minute walk from exit B4b of Iidabashi Station, with a cool entrance like a Japanese restaurant. Inside, there is a large L-shaped counter surrounding a hearth, where they cook in front of you, allowing everyone to enjoy the view. The dimly lit interior is lively and not too formal, creating a nice atmosphere. We tried the Meat Variety Course, which offers a variety of meat dishes incorporating Japanese cooking techniques, such as "meat sashimi" and "primitive mixed grill" cooked slowly over charcoal on the hearth. What's great is that all the meat is from Kagawa, the home of the restaurant, using locally sourced olive beef! Just a bit disappointed that the main dish, the lamp primitive mixed grill, was a bit tough. The portions overall are a bit small, so two men could finish the course in an hour. Also, the wine selection is impressive, featuring Napa Valley's "KENZO ESTATE," so wine lovers can enjoy themselves. The manager was friendly, and the other staff members were polite, leaving a good impression. A great place to show off when you want to! Thank you for the meal. 【Today's Menu】 Meat Variety Course: ⚫ Olive Beef Sashimi ⚫ Lamp Tataki ⚫ Salad with Homemade Egg Dressing ⚫ Uni Meat Hand Rolls ⚫ Rib and Tofu Hot Pot ⚫ Winter Melon and Beef Tendon Cold Stew ⚫ Lamp Primitive Mixed Grill ⚫ Momoi Ichibo Lamp's Clay Pot Rice ⚫ Mascarpone Ice Cream ⚫ Drinks: 2 Lemon Sours, etc. 【Today's Restaurant】 ■ Kagurazaka Irori Nikuyorozu (Meat Cuisine) ■ 5-minute walk from Iidabashi Station / Open daily / ¥8,600 ■ Food Blog Rating: ★★★☆☆ 3.66 ■ Hotalog Rating: ★★★☆☆ 3.6 【About This Account】 ◉ We introduce high-cost performance gourmet recommendations for people in their 20s and 30s, mainly in Ebisu and Ginza. ◉ We solve the problem of "I wish someone had told me before I went" with "You must eat this!" and "Be careful with this!" ◉ Please follow us on Instagram! @hotalog

I went here with friends who live in Kagurazaka. Inside, the space is stylish with a traditional Japanese house atmosphere typical of Kagurazaka. I recommend sitting at the counter where you can see the hearth right in front of you. We had the Meat Assorted Ribeye Course (7,300 yen). The course started with ribeye and sirloin meat sashimi and tataki, followed by warm dishes and side dishes, and ended with the famous assorted grilled meat and a hot pot rice. The raw meat was very fresh and delicious, with a sweet taste. The main dish, the assorted grilled meat cooked slowly over the hearth, was excellent. Choosing ribeye was the right decision as it was tender and had a slightly marbled texture, making it easy to eat. The atmosphere was great, and with courses starting from 6,600 yen, including drinks, it's very affordable for a meat cuisine restaurant. The dessert in the course was also delicious, made by a famous gelato shop.

Based on what I saw on Tabelog, I thought it would have a chic atmosphere, but it was actually quite lively and bustling. The food, drinks, and service were all of good quality! However, due to the lively atmosphere, it didn't feel like a place to fully enjoy the excellence of the grilled dishes. It's great for having a fun and lively time.

The restaurant is located about an 8-minute walk from Iidabashi Station and Kagurazaka. It is situated in a charming alley typical of Kagurazaka. The grilled meat cooked over charcoal in front of you looked delicious from the start. Although it was a course menu, the dishes were served very quickly, giving the impression of having to eat quickly. It felt more like serving the dishes as soon as they were ready rather than providing service. The Olive Beef Tataki we had at the beginning was delicious.

Nowadays, livestock farming is carried out in various regions with their own unique climates. In Kagawa Prefecture, the birthplace of Japanese olives, they raise and nurture "Olive Cattle" by feeding them olives, a specialty of Shodoshima. These cattle are known as "Sanuki Beef" and have become a branded beef due to being raised in the warm climate of the Seto Inland Sea. Using Olive Cattle and cooking them over an open flame, specifically using the primitive grilling method, is what you can experience at "Kagurazaka Irori Nikuyorozu." This method involves grilling the ingredients on skewers over charcoal, a technique also used by a famous restaurant in Gifu. Grilling Olive Cattle over charcoal naturally results in delicious flavors, and when it's offered at an affordable price, it's a must-try. The place was packed with customers on the day of my visit. I opted for the popular "Nikuyorozu (Lean Meat Thigh) Course for 6600 yen." It was my first time, so I went for a recommended course that offers a balanced selection of dishes. The course was well-rounded and allowed me to enjoy a variety of meat dishes. Upon entering the restaurant, you'll find a counter surrounding the open hearth space for grilling meat and a gas corner for preparing other dishes, all within the same area. The lively atmosphere adds to the dining experience. The meal started with raw beef sashimi and lean beef tataki. The sashimi was made from rib meat marinated in soy sauce and chili, while the tataki was made from lamp meat with ponzu sauce and grated radish. A salad was served as a palate cleanser, which was a perfect size for a refreshing break. The Uni and Meat Hand Roll featured uni and meat layered on seaweed, allowing you to roll it yourself and enjoy the crispy seaweed and the harmony of flavors from the meat and uni. The Rib Torowani Shabu consisted of meat simmered in a broth made from bonito and skipjack tuna flakes, creating a delightful combination of broth aroma and meat sweetness. The meat was incredibly tender and melted in the mouth. It included ingredients like luffa, moroheiya, junsai, and pickled ginger, enhancing both the meat and the broth. The seasonal dish of winter melon and soft-cooked meat was a nice touch. Then came the main dish of lean thigh meat cooked in the primitive style! While the default was lean thigh meat, I opted to upgrade to lamp meat for an additional fee. The charcoal-grilled meat was sliced for easy consumption and served with Maldon salt, salted raw pepper, and wasabi. Each bite was bursting with the delicious flavor of the meat. The clay pot rice of the day was cooked with bonito dashi and topped with charcoal-grilled thigh, lamp, sirloin, half-cooked egg, and plenty of green onions, creating a perfect blend of flavors. The plum gelato was served as the dessert, made using ingredients from a shop called Amicorno in Jiyugaoka. Lastly, they served a cup of Gyokuro tea from Gassan. Enjoying Olive Cattle in a theatrical setting in the streets of Kagurazaka, this chic yet unpretentious restaurant is suitable for dates or casual gatherings.

Tonight we went to this restaurant. We were lucky to get a table without a reservation, but the place was almost full, so it's better to make a reservation. We ordered the Meat Assortment course for 6600 yen. The restaurant mainly uses Olive Beef, a brand of beef from Kagawa Prefecture. I ordered a plum wine soda for my drink. The dishes included: - Beef sashimi - Beef tataki - Salad with homemade egg dressing - Beef hand rolls - Rib and tender meat hot pot - Cold dish with beef tendon, winter melon, and edamame - Assorted grilled meat with lamp meat - Rice in a clay pot with pickles and red miso soup - Plum gelato for dessert - Hojicha for tea. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the overall experience was great.

If you want to eat meat, this is the place! It's not a place that competes on quantity, but on the quality of the meat. The atmosphere is great and the meat is delicious. It was my first visit, and I really enjoyed it. Thank you for the meal!

Kagurazaka is a neighborhood known for its adult atmosphere. The streets are filled with Edo charm and slopes, making it a treasure trove of small Edo slopes. The names of the slopes like "Sodefuri-zaka," "Hyotan-zaka," and "Goten-zaka" add to the charm. In the gentle "Sannen-zaka (Hondayokocho)" is "Kagurazaka Irori Nikuyorozu," which blends perfectly with the Kagurazaka streetscape. I went with a gourmet friend and we tried the "Nikuyorozu Course (6,600 yen)." It's a shop run by a butcher, welcoming you with the trademark of "Koshu Toroku"! The high-quality beef is sourced from a known origin and bloodline, providing a sense of security. The meat is cooked over the hearth. The course includes: - Pure raw beef sashimi - Pure raw beef tataki - Today's salad - Uni and meat hand rolls - Rib and toro shabu-shabu - Today's hot dish - Red meat thigh primal grill - Today's clay pot rice - Today's dessert The meat is delicious, but the dressing on the salad and the dashi in the rib and toro are exquisite. The "shigure-ni" in the hot dish is a reminder of the deliciousness of Japanese cuisine. We felt like having some sake and ordered "Yamahai Junmai Kaga Tobisho (1,200 yen)." It has a sharp taste that pairs well with the meat! The main dish, "Yorozu primal grill," is amazing! The sauce, salt, wasabi, and pepper all complement each other perfectly! Mixing everything little by little or just enjoying the condiments alone is fun (laughs). We finished with clay pot rice, red miso soup, and dessert. It was a course that satisfied visually and in taste. Since it's a popular restaurant, reservations are a must! The staff seemed busy but managed everything smoothly, leaving a good impression. Enjoying meat dishes while soaking in the atmosphere of Kagurazaka is a special experience. Among the many dining establishments in the area, this one shines brightly. It's a high-quality restaurant that I would recommend to my friends. Thank you for the delicious meal.
