I finally made it to Toriki! Welcome to Sapporo! The Kizoku-yaki is a must-try dish, often referred to as the Neo Soul Food for Osaka locals. I used to frequent this place a lot when I was in Osaka, but it's been two years since I last visited. I'm so grateful that they opened a branch in Sapporo! Thank you, President Okura! And they even opened a branch in Tanuki Koji. I think their waiting list system is excellent. They contact you via email or LINE while you wait, so I went to another bar just for drinks while waiting. I couldn't eat the famous Kama Meshi to my heart's content this time, so I'll have to go back soon. When you compare the price difference with Toriki's skewers, you can see how affordable Toriki is. Even though they raised the prices from 300 yen, everything at 360 yen is still cheap! The Kama Meshi I mentioned earlier, as well as the draft beer and Chita Highball, all at this price point. It's a shame that ZIMA and bottled drinks are no longer available, but I am still satisfied! In my heart, this chain restaurant is a 5 out of 5!

On Saturday, I arrived at 16:00 and was the 9th in line. There was a handwritten explanation saying that customers after number 29 would be seated after 19:00, which I found very considerate. Around 17:00, a customer arrived and was in the 30s in line. The wait time was 2 hours. It seems like the Torikizoku boom in Sapporo is still going strong. The food was delicious today as well. The drinks were a bit slow compared to last time, but the cost performance is excellent, so I will come back again!

I was curious about Torikizoku, which recently opened in Hokkaido. I had been avoiding it because I assumed there would be a long line, but I decided to give it a try since it should be less crowded by now. When I arrived, there was already a small line outside the restaurant, so I wrote my name on the paper list and waited. They also call you when your table is ready, so you can wait elsewhere if the wait is long. After about an hour, I finally got seated inside. The menu prices are all 360 yen including tax, so you can order without worrying about the cost. I was a bit disappointed that there was no all-you-can-drink option. We ordered Hormone Negi Ponzu, Sasami Shio, Sunagimo, Momo Kizoku Yaki Shio/Tare, and Yamaimo Teppanyaki. The skewers were large and filling, and the overall cost was reasonable. However, you can only order skewers in sets of two, so you can't try just one. The taste was average, nothing special. The Yamaimo Teppanyaki was a good appetizer, with a great taste. It's a shame there's no all-you-can-drink option, but if you can get in without waiting, it might be worth considering.

Today's third izakaya stop is Torikizoku in Susukino. It's quite crowded, but there is a reception area outside where you can put your name down. We had to wait for 12 groups ahead of us. They use LINE to show the waiting list, which is convenient. While waiting, you can go to other places and they will hold your spot for 15 minutes if called. When our turn came, we entered the restaurant. It was bustling. We placed our order verbally at first, then used a touch panel. The skewers were all quite large and filling. You can order a variety to share. However, some skewers seemed a bit burnt, maybe overcooked. The chicken breast was a bit dry. Overall, it was decent.

Sapporo Chuo-ku/Susukino Torikizoku This day was a rush-GO sake① I always couldn't get in because it was always crowded at Toriki-san. When I peeked in this day, there were only 2 groups waiting. I pressed the button at the reception and waited for a while. I was called in about 20 minutes! It was nice because last time I saw it, there were 40 groups waiting. Quite a big glass. Crunchy, well-seasoned, good snack. Both Momo and Mune have a sense of value above their price, as befits the restaurant's name.◆ ✔️Kinmugi Mega ✔️Chita Highball The cooked rice was ready. I've always wanted to go there but it wasn't available here, finally my dad came to Sapporo~ I've been waiting for you! Let's go to "Torikizoku Susukino branch". It was still crowded at the beginning of June, but my dining companion managed to get in and we met up at the restaurant after work. We ordered a plate of cabbage, momo kizoku with sauce, mune kizoku with spice, chicken liver, chicken cartilage, yamaimo tororo yaki, and tori kamameshi. We enjoyed it with a large mug of beer. The momo kizoku was juicy and flavorful, using domestic chicken meat. The chicken pieces were big and juicy, so it was understandable that the green onions got burnt. The spice on the mune kizoku was a bit too much, while the chicken liver and cartilage were just average. The yamaimo tororo yaki was slightly sweet when grilled, it would have been better if it was grilled a bit more for a crispy texture. The free refill cabbage was crispy and delicious. The tori kamameshi cooked at the table was perfectly steamed and mixed well, with a great broth flavor and perfectly cooked rice. This is a must-order item! As many of you may know, the Torikizoku Holdings CEO is the father of Kanjani8's Okura-kun. "Toriki" is a holy place for Eito fans and we affectionately refer to the CEO as "Papa". Without flattery, the management philosophy and skills of Papa, who built a group from a single yakitori restaurant to this level, and the ability to maintain a uniform price of 380 yen (including tax) even after raising prices, is amazing. For around 3,000 yen for two people, it's cheap and delicious! Thank you for the meal♪

First, let me introduce the current system. You cannot make a reservation in advance, you have to make a reservation at the machine in the store. You can see how many groups are waiting, scan the QR code that comes out, add LINE or email, and the reservation system that doesn't require being LINE friends is groundbreaking. You will receive a notification when your turn is near, so it's convenient!! I couldn't imagine how crowded it would be, so I went a little before 5 pm on a weekday, got in around 5:30 pm, waited for 4 groups at 6 pm, and waited for 10 groups, but I was able to get in in less than an hour. They only have tablet orders, but there are paper menus as well. The yakitori, such as thigh and chicken breast, are all large and the sauce and salt were delicious, but the spice flavor I chose for the breast was too strong and salty. But the kama meshi is only 360 yen!!! You cook it at your table. It's delicious with a gentle broth. Cabbage is free for seconds!!! You can choose salt or sesame oil. I wanted to try the melon drink, but it was marked as sold out. However, I was able to order items that were marked as sold out later, so maybe I could have ordered it. I had Chita highball. I thought I was going to attend a social gathering at Park Hotel, but it seemed like there were no seats available. I could have probably found one if I looked harder, but I didn't want to go through all that trouble. The staff organizing the social gathering should have guided us, they weren't very considerate. So, I had a sudden idea that if I went early, I might be able to get a seat, right? And that's how I ended up at Torikizoku. It was just before 6 o'clock when the staff at the hall operated the ticket machine and gave me a slip of paper. I waited outside the restaurant as they said they would call me second. Many young people gathered around. I was seated within 10 minutes. I started with a Premium Malt beer. You order from the staff once and then use a tablet for the rest. It's quite impressive that they serve such high-quality beer at this scale. The beer mug is a bit slim, though. The Shio-Dare Kyuri (salted cucumber) arrived quickly, even before the beer. By the time I finished the cucumber, the beer arrived. I ordered various grilled items like Chicken in Garlic Sauce, Chicken Liver, Teriyaki Chicken Wings, Chicken Tempura with Ume Plum Sauce, and Chicken Breast with Grilled Spice. The Chicken Tempura with Ume Plum Sauce was particularly delicious. Overall, the grilled items were tasty. However, the Chicken Breast with Grilled Spice had too much salt and pepper, which was disappointing. Just when I finished my beer, a staff member came to prompt me for a refill. They don't even need the tablet for that! They must have good training here. I wonder if the staff get incentives for taking orders without using the tablet? It was my first time at Torikizoku and I really enjoyed it. Thank you for the meal.

I arrived at the restaurant at 16:35 and was the fourth in line. I think I was called by 17:05. There were many seats for two people, with plenty of space between them, making it comfortable. Ordering through the touch panel was smooth and the food arrived quickly. The noble grill, salted chicken wings, grilled chicken liver, chicken tempura, and chicken rice bowl were delicious. It cost 5000 yen for two people! I will definitely visit again.

Lots of variety. Well, it's a place with a lot of volume and reasonable prices, right? Overall, the prices are fair and I am satisfied. Two skewers and other items for 360 yen with no appetizers, which is nice. It's a popular chain restaurant and I visited it because it was the first time in Hokkaido, but considering the prices, it's okay. If you're looking for extremely delicious food, then this may not be the place for you. It's better to go to a proper restaurant. Of course. But at the very least, compared to the current Kushi Tori, it's definitely better! The skewers are long, the meat is big, and there's plenty of volume. If you're thinking of going to Kushi Tori, then Torikizoku would be better. Kushi Tori used to be good in the past, but now, it's just not that great - small portions, expensive, and disappointing. First, the cucumber and cabbage from the speed menu. It's delicious! Just the right amount of seasoning. Now onto the skewers, the salt-based skewers are too salty. Maybe the person grilling them is tired. I couldn't eat them. I left them. I'm sorry. The sauce was still not as salty as the skewers. My throat was parched. The skewers were overall overcooked and a bit dry. Is this normal or just because it was crowded? Well, at this price and volume, it's not a problem. The grilled yam is good. The rice cooked in a pot has a cheap feel to it, but for this price, I'm satisfied. I'd like to try other items too, but I'm full... The salt was quite salty, the skewers were overcooked, but it seems like it might improve once it settles down. This is definitely very popular. And cheap.

With over 600 stores now, and having acquired "Daikichi," they have surpassed 1000 stores nationwide, an amazing restaurant has appeared in Susukino! I received a notification when there were only 3 groups ahead, so I headed to the restaurant. After settling the bill at another place, I presented my ticket to the staff and was promptly seated in a booth. The restaurant interior was divided into small booths, with wooden chairs and touch panels for ordering. Both drinks and food items were priced at 360 yen including tax, and you could customize your order as you liked. There were no cover charges. I ordered the "Salted Cucumber," which arrived quickly and was delicious. The "Pork Belly Skewers" were tender and flavorful. The "Fried Chicken" made with chicken breast was not dry and had a good taste. The "Stuffed Bell Peppers" had a nice balance of flavors and textures. The "Chicken Thigh Skewers" had a tasty sauce that complemented the meat well. The "Chicken Wings" were boneless and very delicious. The "Chicken Rice Bowl" took about 30 minutes to prepare but was worth the wait with its rich flavor. I also tried the "Salted Chicken Wings," which were perfectly cooked and seasoned. All ingredients were domestically sourced, making the dishes even more delicious. This restaurant sets a high standard for quality and taste, and local establishments in Hokkaido need to step up their game. A satisfying dining experience, thank you for the meal!

I used to frequent Toriki a lot in Tokyo. I thought there was no Toriki in Sapporo after moving there last year, but it opened in less than a year. The free refill cabbage, tsukune cheese yaki, kizoku yaki, seseri, horumon negi mori ponzu, and premium beer are all great choices. However, I was disappointed with the dry and burnt potato fries at the Susukino branch. I highly recommend first-time visitors to try the tori kamameshi.

Finally, Toriki has arrived in Susukino. The place was packed! You order your first drink from the staff and then order from a tablet. All drinks and food are priced at a flat rate of 360 yen, which is amazing. I started with a Chita highball and cheers. We ordered cabbage, hormone with green onions and ponzu, momo kizoku yaki (with sauce), mune kizoku yaki (with salt), pork belly skewers, tebasaki banzai with salt sesame oil, tebasaki banzai with sweet sauce, fluffy yam iron plate grill, and knee cartilage karaage. We switched to mega highballs halfway through and finished with tori kamameshi. It takes about 30 minutes to cook, and it's nice to cook it on solid fuel at the table. However, the rice was a bit hard. Maybe it needed more water... Still, it's amazing value for under 3,000 yen per person for four people. I can see why it's popular with salarymen and young people.

Torikizoku has opened in the 1st floor of the 3rd Green Building along Route 36 in Susukino, Sapporo. I tried to make a reservation by phone, but couldn't get through at all. I thought about making a reservation through the app, but the reservation button was grayed out and unusable for the Susukino store. I was aiming for the all-you-can-eat and drink reservation for 4 people, but had to give up this time. I went to the store directly and arrived at 6:45 PM, but it was already full, as expected of a popular place. There is a reservation tablet at the entrance. You input the number of people, a QR code is issued, and when you scan it, you can see the number of waiting parties and know when your table is ready. I waited at another store while having a drink, and when I received a message that my table was ready, I went to the restaurant. The restaurant was full, with lively and loud staff calls. The clientele was generally young, with some salarymen. You order your first drink from the staff, and then you order from a tablet placed on the table. All items at Torikizoku are priced at 328 yen (including tax). I ordered the Chita Highball, Mega Highball, Cabbage Plate (all-you-can-eat), Hormone and Green Onion Plate with Ponzu Sauce, Momo Kizoku Yaki (sauce), Mune Kizoku Yaki (salt), Kawa Shio, Butabara Skewer Yaki, Tebasaki Banzai with Salt and Sesame Oil, Tebasaki Banzai with Sweet Sauce, Fuwari Yamaimo Teppanyaki, Hiza Nankotsu Karaage, and Tori Kamameshi. The Momo Kizoku Yaki was delicious, but the green onions were almost raw, tough, bitter. The Kawa Shio was good, but the green onions were also undercooked. The Tori Kamameshi takes about 30 minutes to cook and is made with chicken, burdock, carrots, and chicken broth. The rice was slightly hard, maybe due to insufficient water. The skewers took a while to come out, but I was recommended speedier items, and the skewers arrived promptly. Condiments like Ichimi and Sansho were not provided unless requested. Sapporo residents are currently excited about this new restaurant, but I think it will calm down soon. I look forward to making a reservation next time for the all-you-can-eat and drink option.

I finally visited a yakitori chain restaurant that I've been wanting to go to for a while, which has now landed in Sapporo! I went there after being invited by a certain angel. Reservations were not accepted, so we had to wait for 2 hours with a QR code. I started with a Chita Highball drink, which was the same price as usual, but the amount was a bit less. The chicken was plentiful and had a high-torque feel. Considering the price, I think it's a good chain restaurant. The tulip fried chicken is delicious. Since everything is the same price, it's easy to order multiple items without hesitation, which I think is the best part. If it's near a station in Tokyo, I think this type of restaurant is convenient for office workers.

I've been eagerly waiting for a long time for "Torikizoku"! All menu items are 360 yen!! The chicken and vegetables are all 100% domestically produced!! It's a franchise, but it's the first time "Torikizoku" has landed in Hokkaido!! Due to various circumstances, I visited the day after opening. When I arrived 10 minutes before opening, there were already people being seated inside, but there was a line in front of the store and I was able to enter at 5:25 pm. We ordered "Premium Malt," "Fluffy Yam Potato Teppanyaki," "Chicken Nanban," "Grilled Chicken Breast (Salt)," "Grilled Chicken Thigh (Spicy)," "Chicken Neck (Salt)," "Grilled Pork Belly Skewers," "Stuffed Bell Pepper with Meat - Salt Sesame Oil," "Chicken Rice Pot," "French Fries," "Square Highball," "Mega Lemon Sour." The taste of the yakitori was rated 3.1. Compared to the familiar skewered chicken, the taste of the yakitori is not as good. However, when considering drink prices and overall evaluation, it's around 3.4. Oh, the value-priced chicken rice pot! The broth is good, but the ingredients are burdock, carrot, kamaboko, and chicken, and it's still not worth the price. Skewered chicken is much tastier! It's double the price, though. Next time, I definitely want to try the "Toriki Banquet" 2-hour all-you-can-eat and drink option (3600 yen)!! Thank you, "Susukino Store"♪

I went to Torikizoku and Kushitori in Sapporo, but the prices have been going up. Feeling nostalgic for Kanto, I decided to visit. Oh, the prices have gone up! I could only afford to order Mega Kinmugi beer and Kizoku Yaki, but I still enjoyed it. Please lower the prices of the side menu items, like negi and yakitori, as they are too expensive. I'd like to have them before the yakitori.

I went around 5 pm on a weekday and the restaurant was already full with a wait of over 10 groups. I waited for 30-40 minutes using the LINE call system and finally got in. Inside, the staff were calling out orders energetically. The menu seems to have all items at the same price, around 360 yen each. As expected from Torikizoku, the chicken on skewers is very large. Skewers come in sets of 2 as a standard. Orders are placed using a touch panel. The porridge and ramen were also delicious. The prices were quite reasonable, so I definitely want to go back again.
