There is a charcoal grill spot in the center of the restaurant, creating a great atmosphere. We ordered a 120-minute all-you-can-drink option, which included Sapporo Classic beer, and enjoyed seasonal dishes like deep-fried asparagus, pork belly, and yam. The grilled squid is well-seared with a nice texture, served with plenty of grated ginger and soy sauce. The chewy texture of the squid and the flavorful taste of the fish are a delight. The grilled shima hokke is large and juicy, with a delicious taste and sweetness from the fat. However, some may find the skin not as crispy as expected. Sharing the winter limited miso oden with a fellow diner, you can enjoy the traditional dish with a savory miso sauce.
