I made a reservation online the day before and visited the restaurant. It's easy to order using a tablet, but I ended up ordering too much, haha. The food and drinks didn't take long to arrive. I went with a friend and they seemed to enjoy it, so I'm glad.

Night in Sapporo. I was alone, so I wandered around and ended up entering this restaurant. There are several restaurants around Susukino, so I was curious about what kind of place this was. However, since I was alone, I couldn't eat too much, so I ordered a sashimi platter of shellfish and decided to have a light drink. The shellfish sashimi was fresh and quite delicious. Since the sashimi alone wasn't enough, I also added a crab cream croquette. It was okay, nothing special, but I was satisfied. I wanted to try other restaurants as well, so I left this place with a bit of energy left.

The Apia store is my favorite because of the counter seats at the back and the extensive menu. This was my first time visiting. The entrance to the seating area is long, with a view of the kitchen, and you can hear the welcoming voices from there. It's nice. Although there aren't many lunch options, I really like the cozy interior of the store. The service from the female staff in the dining area was also good. I ordered chicken breast because when I cook it myself, it tends to be dry, so I decided to have it while dining out. I could choose between a rich butter soy sauce and a homemade ginger sauce for the sauce, so I asked the female staff for advice on which one would go well with chicken breast, and I chose the ginger sauce. The strong ginger flavor of the sauce complemented the mild chicken breast perfectly!!! It was a good decision to follow their recommendation. Also, while it's common for fried chicken in other places to be undercooked inside and appear pink, making me feel uneasy, the lighting here didn't hide anything, and the chicken was cooked thoroughly inside, so I could enjoy it without any worries. Thanks for the 100 yen discount coupon from Tabelog.

Lunch is cheap. I went to a seafood-focused izakaya restaurant affiliated with Colowide for lunch. I had only been there at night before, but I was surprised at how inexpensive the lunch menu was. I had the special sea urchin rice bowl (with miso soup) for 980 yen. Next time, I think I'll try the cheap and delicious-looking steak set meal for 500 yen.

It's great that you can enjoy a cut steak for just one coin, and the atmosphere service is also good! The guide, who is like a butler, is always so kind. The ambiance feels like being in the dark, but it is calming and nice. The restroom is also clean. ❤️

Ebi Tempura Soba for 500 yen (three pieces of shrimp tempura). I walked along Tanuki Koji. I always use this bus stop, so I was curious about this place. Lunch. Many people dining alone. The interior is dimly lit, quite spacious, and comfortable to sit in. I was surprised to find out that the soba was served warm, as I had thought it would be cold. The person next to me had requested cold soba. It was a very hot day, but the air conditioning in the restaurant was blasting, so it was okay to have warm soba. Well, after eating, I had to rest for a while to cool down my body (that's when I wrote this). The soba resembled the ones you can find in supermarkets for around 40 yen. It came with three small, crispy shrimp tempura that were addictive with their crunchy coating. The broth tasted like the typical soba restaurant's broth, not just watered-down soy sauce. It seemed to be made with some care. If you can easily eat a meal like this for this price, you'll be even less motivated to cook at home (laughs). The portion was just right for lunch, leaving you feeling satisfied but not too full. If you eat too much, you'll get sleepy and sluggish, so it was nice to be able to rest comfortably and have a good digestion. Thank you for the meal!

When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, it is a designated rare disease by the government. Unfortunately, there is still no medicine that suits my rare disease. I have upcoming hospitalizations scheduled for September last year, January this year, and likely around May or June in recent consultations, given the current situation with the coronavirus pandemic. Thank you for your continued support. [March 2021] "Umihe Minami 3-jo Store" is an izakaya that offers a reasonable 500 yen lunch. A previous article in the Hokkaido Shimbun featured a 500 yen lunch at a related store. I visited for the first time for lunch with my usual companion. The restaurant is located on the first floor of a building near Tanuki-koji in the Susukino area of Chuo-ku, Sapporo. For the exact location, please check on Tabelog. I visited around 1:30 pm on a weekday. The interior of the restaurant has a luxurious feel to it, with partitioned table seats and a counter seat. There was one customer before us and two customers after us. We were seated at a table. There are six 500 yen menu items. Both of us ordered the "Cut Steak Set" from the 500 yen menu. We also ordered two pieces of "Ebi-Ten" for 100 yen each. After a 10-minute wait, our dishes arrived. - Cut Steak Set: The cut steak is served on a hot iron plate. It weighs about 150g, which is quite substantial. The beef is different from the beef fat-injected type at the Minami 6-jo store. The steak is relatively thin. The vegetables included are onions and leeks. The miso soup ingredients are seaweed and miso soup. The rice was served warm. Price: 500 yen (tax included) - Ebi-Ten: The Ebi-Ten is served hot and crispy, freshly fried. The small shrimp tempura was fried to a nice crisp, and was enjoyed with salt. Price: 200 yen for 2 pieces (tax included) The "Cut Steak Set" was served hot on an iron plate. The meat weighs about 150g. It's a good lunch menu for 500 yen including tax. The "Ebi-Ten" was also served hot and freshly fried. The hot "Ebi-Ten" and salt are a great combination. This is a lunch spot that makes you want to visit again. I wonder which 500 yen lunch I'll try next time. Thank you for the delicious meal.

It's Sunday lunch... I visited a few places, but it seems many are closed due to the pandemic. I searched for a nearby restaurant and ended up at "Umi e Minami 3-jo Branch". As I entered, a middle-aged man greeted me and showed me to a table at the back. I looked at the lunch menu, which mainly consisted of items priced at 500 yen including tax. I ordered the "Sushi 8 pieces @600 yen (tax included)" and the "Shrimp Tempura Donburi @500 yen". All the dishes arrived in about 8 minutes. The sushi included tuna x2, salmon x2, squid, scallop, marinated mackerel, and rolled omelette, served with miso soup. The rice was well-cooked with a mild vinegar flavor. It was a bit disappointing that there were only 2 pieces each of tuna and salmon, and the rolled omelette was counted as one piece. However, considering the price, it was a good deal. The miso soup had a good balance of salt, but the seaweed flavor was lacking. The shrimp tempura donburi had 5 small shrimp, which may be the best they could offer at that price point. You could add an extra shrimp tempura for 100 yen each. Overall, the lunch was reasonably priced and customizable with additional menu options for a satisfying meal.

I came again in search of a one-coin lunch! This time a different man guided me than before. Instead of the steak set, I chose the shrimp tempura soba ❤️ and added a soft-boiled egg for 100 yen to customize it. It arrived in about 6 minutes. I tasted the broth... it was so salty that I felt like asking for hot water... Adding the soft-boiled egg helped a bit. There were 3 shrimp tempura pieces... great value for the price! However, maybe I should go to a soba noodle restaurant for the noodles... The shrimp tempura was average. Next time, I might go back to the steak set... Thank you for the meal.

I am an fortune teller looking for lunch in the Tanukikoji area. It's been a while since I've explored a new place! I happened to come across a sign for lunch while walking to the 2nd block of Tanukikoji in the morning, just before entering Tanukikoji! The sign was for a place located between the 2nd and 3rd blocks of Tanukikoji, a little closer to Susukino. The menu advertised a cut steak for 500 yen! It said that it includes beef fat, but the cost performance was amazing! I had been thinking of trying it someday. When I entered the cave-like interior of the restaurant, I was surprised to find a much larger hallway than I expected! A gentlemanly waiter prompted me to sanitize my hands and said, "I will show you to your table." I was seated comfortably by myself and was promptly served water. I decided to go with the cut steak set that I had already chosen. In less than 10 minutes, the meal arrived. It came with miso soup (with seaweed and green onions) and a generous portion of rice. I thought it was a bit too much rice... I noticed a sign on the wall that said you could get a 100 yen discount by adding the restaurant on LINE. I signed up and was told to pay at the register. The cut steak was delicious, with a generous amount of grated radish sauce that had a sweet and salty flavor. The steak was tender and not as fatty as I had feared. I finished my meal quickly (apologies for leaving a little rice). Next time, I might try the sushi, miso soup, and add 200 yen for soba! Even with that, it would be 800 yen for eight pieces of sushi. I went to the restroom, which was clean but unisex. That's why I deducted 0.5 points. The water in the sink didn't stop running even after I tried to turn it off. It was a bit concerning. If I go with a friend next time, I might add 100 yen for vanilla ice cream! You can also add 100 yen for two pieces of fried chicken and a soft-boiled egg. I'm looking forward to trying the shrimp tempura soba with a soft-boiled egg next time! (I love eggs) It was nice to have more options to look forward to! I write food reviews on my Ameblo blog, so please check it out if you're interested. Search for "Stella Smile Mao Mao" and look for the "Recommended Food Walks by Theme" section.

I heard that they started serving lunch, so I decided to come and check it out. When I entered the restaurant, it was dimly lit. I was asked to sanitize my hands. I was seated at a two-person table and provided with water and paper napkins. The lunch menu includes: Shrimp Tempura Donburi for 500 yen, Tuna and Salmon Donburi for 500 yen, Negitoro Donburi for 500 yen, Shrimp Tempura Soba for 500 yen, Cut Steak Set Meal for 500 yen, Yakitori Donburi for 500 yen, Sushi Assortment of 8 pieces for 600 yen, Sushi Assortment of 10 pieces for 780 yen. There are 8 options in total (except for soba, miso soup is included). You can change the miso soup to a mini soba for an additional 200 yen. You can also get a larger portion for an extra 100 yen. I ordered the Shrimp Tempura Donburi for 500 yen. It was served promptly. The bowl was on the smaller side and contained 5 pieces of shrimp tempura. They were crispy and not too heavily coated in sauce. The rice seemed freshly cooked and was on the softer side. The miso soup was rich and included seaweed and green onions. I received a 100 yen discount for registering on LINE. (October 2020)

Welcome.---------- October 2020 ----------Located at N3 W2, facing north, along a one-way street, Brain Miso Korokoro Korowide series |o| °д°)ノAutomatic doors~ Finally started serving lunch, huh? I saw you preparing various things in the morning, so I thought you would do it. Without thinking, I switched to daytime drinking mode. The cave-like atmosphere is full of charm, with the sound of music boxes echoing in the background, just like the reviews said. The staff members are very polite, and the menu writing is lovely (I'm smitten). "Shrimp Tempura Don" - I didn't know how big it was, but it came with 5 pieces for 500 yen. Oh, and the Happy Hour offers "Beer, Highball, Lemon Sour" for 199 yen, and "Beer, Lemon Sour" for a great price. Lunch is almost like a one-coin meal. I mean, you have to go for the "Cut Steak Set" right? 150g of meat, rice, and miso soup - the sweet and salty sauce with grated daikon has a refreshing aftertaste. The meat is tender, and I might consider paying extra for a 200g portion next time. They mention that it's injected with fat though... The freshly cooked rice and wakame miso soup are delicious. Such a great place for daytime drinking. The location is great, so why didn't they offer lunch before? Big companies must have it tough.

(Visit on April 27, 2019) I made a reservation in advance and requested to be seated as far away from the smoking area as possible, so I decided to visit this time. The staff mentioned that all seats are smoking-permitted, but there aren't many smoking customers. I arrived before the scheduled time, gave my name, and was shown to a table away from other customers, with no smell of tobacco, which was reassuring. It was quiet and nice. Now, let's take a look at the menu and try some dishes that are typical of Hokkaido. First, we ordered the Live Scallop Sashimi @690 yen, the Juicy Lamb Teppanyaki @890 yen, and the popular dish here, the Grilled Whole Squid with Cheese and Mayonnaise @790 yen. I apologize, but we'll pass on drinks. First, the scallop sashimi that my wife loves arrived. It looked very fresh and had a firm texture. It's definitely Hokkaido. Seafood is delicious no matter what you eat. Next was the Grilled Squid with Cheese and Mayonnaise. It was rich and creamy with mayonnaise and cheese, with a savory burnt flavor from the teppan. The squid used was firm, and the combination with cheese made for a rich flavor. It's a bit heavy, so it would go well with alcohol. Then came the Genghis Khan lamb dish. It seemed a bit small in terms of volume. If you eat it with a large group, it might disappear in just a few bites. It might be better to think of it as a side dish. We enjoyed the taste of Hokkaido, but decided to order something more. We added the Colorful Salad with Warm Vegetables @590 yen and the Hokkaido Three-Color Potato Fries @490 yen. The potato fries arrived first. They seemed a bit overcooked at first glance. They were so burnt that it was hard to tell the three colors apart, but the taste was completely different. I have tried Inca no Mezame before, but Shadow Queen Cha and Northern Ruby are probably not common in Tokyo, right? Truly Hokkaido. We enjoyed them. Lastly, we had the salad that is usually eaten first. The lettuce was cold, and the other vegetables had a charred color, so it took some time to arrive, which was understandable. We had refreshing lettuce and lightly seasoned lotus root, eggplant, and pumpkin to finish off our dinner. Every dish was great. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I visited the izakaya "Umi e Minami 3-jo Store" near the intersection of Minami 3 Nishi 3 in Susukino area in early December during my trip to Hokkaido. This restaurant is part of a seafood izakaya chain with about 8 locations in Sapporo. The restaurant has a seating capacity of 154, and I was seated at a semi-private table for 2 people. Looking around, about 80% of the customers were groups of 2-3 women. It seems to be a popular spot for women. I started with a "Lemon Sour" (430 yen) in hand and looked at the menu. The first dishes I ordered were "Hokkaido True Tachi Ponzu" (890 yen) and "Squid Goro Three-Masu Yaki" (590 yen). The "True Tachi Ponzu" melted in my mouth with a sweet flavor, which was irresistible for a fan of shirako. The "Squid Goro Three-Masu Yaki" had a good balance of the bitterness of the goro (liver) and the flavor of the three-masu, making it a perfect dish to accompany alcohol. I then ordered a "Yoichi Wine (White, Half Bottle)" (1390 yen). With delicious appetizers, the wine and alcohol disappeared in no time. For the main dish, I had the "Pickled Red Salmon" which had a refreshing sourness and texture from the vinegar-pickled salmon and daikon. It was a perfect dish to end the meal with a light snack. To finish off, I had a "Taketsuru Highball" (590 yen). I was in a great mood and ready to pay the bill. Thank you for the meal.

The interior was stylish, and the staff's service was prompt and polite. However, I was disappointed because I wanted to eat sea urchin. They had Hokkaido sea urchin with shells as the recommended dish, but when I asked, they said they didn't have it. I felt they could have been more considerate, especially since many people come in based on the recommendations outside the shop. I ended up ordering four dishes, including tasty asparagus tempura, but the potato salad had too strong a dressing flavor, and the mackerel was too vinegary and dry. The salmon dish didn't have much flavor. They didn't even ask if we wanted a starter, but we were served a seaweed vinegar dish. It was average. It ended up being quite expensive, so I left early.

I couldn't eat much because it was a year-end party, but I think the food tastes good and modern. The restaurant is named after the sea, so there are many seafood dishes, but they may not be too particular about the ingredients themselves. There is a wide variety of drinks. Especially the variety of sweet potato shochu is quite extensive, so it is highly recommended for shochu lovers. The interior of the restaurant is elaborate and is good for group or large parties. The stylish private room-like setting may also be good for a date. It seems to be open even on holidays, so it's good to keep in mind for when friends suddenly gather on days off.
