Today, I visited a noodle-themed restaurant for lunch, which was the second one I visited today. The restaurant was not fully prepared for the evening service yet, so I opted for the lunch menu. The interior was similar to the previous udon restaurant, with a large black table in the center. The lunch course consisted of four dishes: appetizer, main dish, dessert, and a closing dish. I chose the Red Curry Noodles with Grilled Chicken as my main dish. The appetizer was a salad and what seemed like a carpaccio of bream, both light and delicious. The Red Curry was tasty, although it was more like a regular red curry than a Thai-style one. The grilled chicken was flavorful and went well with the soup. The condiments like fried onions, chili oil, and powdered cheese were unnecessary in my opinion. The closing dish was a cheese grilled rice ball, which was my favorite. The dessert included matcha ice cream and white balls, both of which were delightful. The lunch course cost 1,600 yen before tax, which I found to be a good deal considering the quality and quantity of the dishes.
