Fresh boiled oysters, asparagus with butter, soy sauce grilled tuna, and marinated tuna sushi rolls. The oysters are small and easy to eat in one bite, while the marinated tuna itself is delicious and the seaweed is superb. Although it's not the season, the quickly frozen asparagus is flavorful and delicious. A cost-effective restaurant.

Daily visit to the restaurant, where I enjoyed delicious bluefin tuna belly and scallop sashimi with grilled asparagus seasoned with salt and pepper, and butter soy sauce with seaweed. The tuna slices were thin but incredibly flavorful, and the scallops had great texture and taste. The thick and juicy asparagus was delightful, and the seaweed had a fantastic aroma. Everything was delicious and affordable.

I ate grilled hairy crab shell, grilled oysters with butter and soy sauce, and grilled asparagus with butter and soy sauce. The boiled asparagus was delicious. The oysters were plump and tasty.

The shop at Hakodate Morning Market called Notsuke offers delicious and affordable dishes like scallops, mussels, asparagus with butter and soy sauce. Great value for money and very tasty.
