On the second floor, there are several bars lined up. The first one is run by a female owner, with male customers here and there. The next one is simple and neat. We received some recommendations and tried a highball called BUSKER at the counter. It had a soft, sweet Irish taste. There is no cover charge, so it's casual and easygoing. They don't have much food yet, but they are working on it. The owner, who used to work in a corporate job, is very laid-back. Looking forward to trying the homemade chocolate! Thank you for the meal!

In Sapporo's Chuo Ward, at 998 Minami 3-jo Nishi 9-chome, new stores are popping up at M's West, and one of the shops on the second floor is Chi-ta. I had a day where I drank almost half a day, and thought the sake was delicious. The owner at the final stop of the bar hopping was smiling and had a good personality, making friends with everyone. They had two staff members working, and everyone in the neighborhood seemed to get along well, with the owners of nearby shops like White Room, Joni, and Bastet visiting to have a drink. I was taken care of this time, so I definitely need to visit White Room, which I haven't been to yet.
For the first drink, I had a Jameson highball with fresh lemon squeezed in. They can make it with or without lemon, and the ice and concentration were just right. It was delicious. The second drink was an Ezra Brooks Black highball. The memo says "angle highball" for some reason... but it tasted really good with a strong concentration, which I enjoyed in my tipsy state. The third drink was tequila, which was treated by a certain owner. Everyone was friendly, and I had a fun time interacting with the regular customers, but I had to retire after a few tequila shots. I lost count after 3 or 4 drinks, and as it was close to 5 o'clock, I left feeling sleepy and drunk. It was a fun night. And... I totally forgot to take a picture of the facade... haha
