It's Saturday afternoon around 1 o'clock. After purchasing my meal ticket, I line up. I can't see the seat where the person in front of me is eating. After waiting for a while, I am directed to a counter seat with partitions, and there is no one behind me. It feels like a private room with curtains drawn. I order ramen and add a half serving of noodles. I pay in cash on the spot. The extra noodles come with broth already poured over them, so they taste delicious even when eaten as they are.

2023♡♡72nd cup, 8/25, just past 8 PM, went with my son! We had to use a birthday coupon! It was a Friday, so I forgot and it was quite a hassle finding parking. They even charged us 900 yen, can you believe it? Well, at least we can eat ramen, right? (laughs) Anyway, we waited a bit but it was expected. The staff at the restaurant were cute and attentive, so I'll give them a good rating! It's been a while since I've had Ichiran, and the flavor was rich as always, but was it always this delicious? If I didn't get the extra noodles, I would have finished the soup completely. I saw a YouTuber who can eat a lot, like 14 extra noodles, but I couldn't believe it, it's amazing! I only got half of the extra noodles and had my son help me finish it. I want to go back soon, it was a great meal. Thank you♪

I usually live in Aichi, but I came to Hokkaido to visit my daughters who are in junior high school and first grade. We had a fun time shopping and going to Round One, and when I asked what they wanted for dinner, my eldest daughter requested Ichiran. Oh, so you came all the way to Hokkaido to eat Ichiran. And you already had ramen twice yesterday. I thought, but she said that her favorite celebrity loves Ichiran and once took her there, and she got hooked. I see, okay let's go then. Yeah, it's delicious. The taste, service, and atmosphere are all fantastic. It might not matter to you, but other than cost performance, everything is great. I had never tried tonkotsu ramen outside of Kyushu, so I was curious when I heard that Ichiran had opened in Sapporo. Finally! I tried the rich flavor, but I think the base was good. I like garlic so I only added half. Maybe that wasn't a good idea, as it was different from what I had expected. My first Ichiran experience ended in disappointment, so I plan to give it another try. I will study and find a recommended way to eat it! I also added egg, wood ear mushrooms, and beer. And half a serving of extra noodles. I'm really enjoying it. Look forward to my next attempt. Last time it was really crowded and it was my first time at Ichiran, so I didn't understand the order form well. This time, I had more time so I tried selecting green onions, choosing firm noodles, and maxing out the spiciness. The spiciness was more like ichimi and even at max it wasn't very spicy. The wood ear mushrooms were crunchy and delicious. Overall, I think the cost performance is not that great.

Ichiran is delicious. I came here for the first time in about a year. I'm not confident in evaluating the quality of Hakata ramen, so I'll be modest, but I like the taste of this restaurant. I usually like the red paste, so I double it. One thing I think about Hakata ramen is that the extra firm noodles are basically not good. I wonder if there are actually people who think it's delicious when they order it. I'm too scared to order it, but I wonder what the extra firm noodles at this restaurant are like, if they're different from the extra firm ones.

I waited for about 10 minutes. The taste was good. I chose the standard options for richness and noodle firmness. It was easy to eat, with a rich flavor for a tonkotsu ramen.

I visited this restaurant after a drinking party and for some reason, even though there were many customers, it felt strangely lonely. (laughs) I remember when I requested to eat Ichiran in Hakata from an acquaintance who used to live in Fukuoka, they said it was like a tourist coming to Sapporo and wanting to go to the Taste of the Clock Tower in Sapporo, so I completely understood and didn't go. One day's dinner. The price is high, but the Hakata Tonkotsu ramen is definitely delicious! The level 10 spiciness is quite stimulating. It gets spicier as you go, but still tasty ^_^ The generous amount of green onions on top is satisfying. This is a visit to Ichiran in Susukino, Sapporo. I visited around 10:30 am on a Tuesday and was able to enter smoothly without waiting in line. The system is to buy a meal ticket first. The seats are divided by partitions, and regular customers leave as soon as they finish eating. I had the regular ramen and a draft beer. You can customize the firmness of the noodles and the spiciness to your liking. I'm not a big fan of tonkotsu broth, but the one here was delicious.

Tonight for the 5th round, I will be heading to a Hakata ramen restaurant right next door in Norbesa for the finale. I will be visiting "Ichiran Sapporo Susukino Store" tonight. The location is along the main street of Susukino in Chuo-ku, Sapporo. It is on the 1st floor of Norbesa. The exterior is stylish Norbesa, and the interior is spacious with long tables for single customers. The ramen (without the red secret sauce) costs 980 yen (tax included). When ordering, you can customize it to your liking, such as firm noodles or rich flavor. Since my taste buds are a bit sensitive from the previous restaurant, I will skip the red secret sauce. The natural pork bone soup has a special milky thickness made with Ichiran's advanced technique (according to the restaurant). It was delicious. I will definitely come back for the ramen. Thank you for the meal. Ichiran's business hours are from 10:00 to 4:00 the next day, and they are open every day.
