"Ebi Miso Ramen + Zangi (deep-fried chicken) Set Meal" for 900 yen plus 250 yen for a boiled egg. By signing up for the official LINE service, you can add a boiled egg to your meal. Upon entering the restaurant, there is a ticket machine where you can select your meal in advance. The popular choices are "Aragoshi Miso" and "Seabura Shoyu," but this time I chose the third popular option, "Ebi Miso." Zangi is a must-have for me. Once seated, a staff member will come to take your ticket and ask if you prefer Asahikawa-style noodles or Sapporo-style noodles, as well as if you prefer salt or sauce for your Zangi. I chose the thin Sapporo noodles and the addictive Zangi with Genghis Khan sauce from Bel Foods. I also added a boiled egg by signing up for the official LINE service. When the meal arrived, I first tried the Ebi Miso. It was delicious, especially for shrimp lovers. I highly recommend it. The Sapporo noodles were the right choice, and the large Zangi was as delicious as ever. The crispy coating and juicy meat pair well with rice. The Zangi is a popular choice among customers for a reason. The flavorful ramen makes you want to finish the soup while eating. Overall, it was a tasty meal."

It is a ticket system, so you have to decide quickly from the many menu options available. Aged miso ramen with chunky noodles (Sapporo style) + 1 piece of fried chicken (soy sauce flavor) costs 1,160 yen. You can choose between Sapporo style noodles and Asahikawa style noodles, as well as soy sauce or salt flavor for the fried chicken. It seems that a small rice comes with the fried chicken. Be careful not to order too much, as there may be options like getting a drink included. Check the signs in the restaurant for more details!

At the Hokkaido Fighters, Aoki Koji, who had been active as a player for 3 years and as a staff member for 3 years. In fact, I am originally acquainted with Aoki through my friend and former Fighters player, Koike Yuichi. Koike was Aoki's direct junior, but if he had been a former Lotte player... that would have been even more exciting! I am currently working in Hokkaido, so we decided to have lunch together on this day. "Tigers?" No, it's not related to the Tigers, it's a ramen shop called Tora Tetsu. The zangi is also delicious. It's spelled as "Tora Tetsu." It has nothing to do with the Tigers. It is related to the Consadole, though. "What's good here?" I was asked, and I replied, "I like the strong white miso." So we decided to have that. "Oh, I'm fine with just ramen and a small bowl of rice." I thought, but the tickets had already been purchased. "Oh, you eat so little?" "Oh, no, there's quite a lot here. In the past, I used to eat two zangi, but now if I'm not feeling well, I don't have zangi. I can eat a small bowl of rice though." I was called a light eater for this amount. "This is big, isn't it?" "Yes, it's quite filling. In the past, I used to eat two of these, but now one is enough." Without ramen, there is no set meal at Tora Tetsu. It's Sapporo noodles. However, since it's Tora Tetsu's original noodles, they are quite different from the rubbery, elastic noodles. You can also choose Asahikawa noodles, but Sapporo noodles go well with the strong miso. However, depending on the maker, the taste may vary slightly. As expected, the noodles made by the legendary former manager, Tezuka, are somewhat different. "Nori-tama." Tora Tetsu is known for its nori-tama. There is a sign on the external wall of the Toyooka branch that says "Rather Zangi." But I prefer nori-tama. With this, I can even go for a large portion of rice. It is an absolute ace in the delicious furikake world for both adults and children. Unexpected refill: In fact, as you can see from the comparison with the previous photo, the size of the rice bowl has changed. The small bowl of rice that came with the set meal. It wasn't enough, so I ordered an additional large bowl of rice. And then, Aoki casually muttered, "With this size of zangi, I could easily eat 3-4 of them." Really??? Ugh! Then, I should have just pressed the button for a set meal of 5 zangi. I wanted to see a mountain of zangi. Next time I go, I'll press it without asking. Eternal free nori-tama: If you register on LINE, you can get free nori or a flavored egg forever. This is a valuable service since eggs are currently expensive. A soft-boiled egg, it's totally different with or without it. The yolk was nicely done this time. And then... "Can I have your autograph?" "Huh? Oh, you are..." "Nice to meet you, I'm Manager Tezuka. Our Kaomangai is always grateful to you. Oh, you are..." The elusive Manager Tezuka who hasn't been seen since the opening! No wonder the flavor of this day's ramen was so solid! Yes, I'm the strange manager. That's fine, but can I have your autograph? Whose autograph? It's obvious, I'm a fan. A Tigers fan even though you're a Fighters fan? No, I'm a BayStars fan, so I want Manager Miura's autograph... but they are from different teams... And with that, we quickly finished our meal and left the restaurant. But Aoki seemed satisfied with the taste of Tora Tetsu, so that was good. Thank you for the meal. ⇒ ◇ Even one is quite challenging Zangi set meal ◇

After finishing work, my partner and I decided to have ramen together. The restaurant my partner found on another website was all gone, so we used the navigation system to find one nearby. I had miso ramen and my partner had salt ramen. Both were delicious, with various unique touches in the soup and noodles. I always thought Hokkaido miso ramen had a thinner soup, so I was surprised to find it quite thick. However, I enjoyed it and finished every last drop of the soup. My partner, who usually doesn't finish the soup, must have really liked it because they ended up holding the bowl and drinking it all up.

Tora Tetsu Toyooka store. Since the Omachi store opened, I haven't been coming here as often. But, this day, they had a limited item that my friend produced, so I decided to go check it out. As expected, it was crowded. It was just before 1:30 PM and the place was packed. It's always a popular spot. But, the head chef, Tezuka, is never there... I wonder if the Khao Man Gai that I've been eating for a long time is still on the menu. Until late January. Starting from December 20th. My friend, Kono from Oklahoma, produced the Miso Jumbo Barazangi with pork soba. What's this? Looks so appealing!! Well done, Kono!! Pork soba miso jumbo barazangi for 950 yen. You can't choose the type of noodles, it's predetermined. The flavor is already intense, unlike my usual preference for strong flavors. Apparently, it's based on the taste of the pork soba miso from 15 years ago when Tora Tetsu was founded. I only know the taste of Tora Tetsu since I came to Asahikawa. It comes with ginger on top. The topping is pork belly ginger-fried zangi. Also, ginger, green onions, and seaweed. But... isn't it that big? No, it was huge. It just sank in the bowl. So, when I lifted it, it was bigger than the diameter of the bowl. When I took a bite, the flavor was rich and delicious. I wish this was a regular topping option... I like it more than the chashu. The ginger flavor is quite strong. Now, about the taste of the miso soup from the founding period... it's completely different from the current flavor. It has a strong punch for a miso soup. The saltiness is quite high. It lacks a mild taste and has a manly flavor. Furthermore, when you eat it with the ginger, the flavor expands significantly. It strongly emphasizes the ginger, so it was a bit too spicy for me. But it definitely warms you up. The noodles are custom-made. You can usually choose between Tora Tetsu's special Sapporo noodles or Asahikawa noodles, but this time it's a special wheat-flavored, straight noodle. It smoothly intertwines with the thick soup due to its straight shape. I wonder if they're trying to recreate the taste from the founding period with these noodles? If so, it has changed a lot over the years. I like my noodles slightly undercooked. In the past, there used to be a ticket system for unlimited toppings. You could choose between a boiled egg or seaweed. Now, you can use it anytime by just registering on LINE. I chose the boiled egg... it was perfectly undercooked, just the way I like it. Unfortunately, Tezuka, the head chef, was nowhere to be seen on this day as well... The Khao Man Gai, who pretends to be a busy chef, was also pretending to be busy. He's a Thai guy who has been working as a part-timer for a long time, acting like he's the manager. He didn't come out of the kitchen pretending to be busy this day. But, he occasionally looked at me and smiled, so he probably noticed me. Thank you for the meal. ⇒ ◇I want to put pork belly zangi on white miso◇

I visited this restaurant for the first time. I had heard that it is a chain that mainly operates in Sapporo. I also heard that their Zangi (fried chicken) is very delicious. I arrived at 11 am and there were two groups of customers already there. I purchased tickets from the machine, I ordered the Aragoshi Miso flavor and my wife ordered the regular Miso flavor, both of us chose the fried chicken set meal. My wife asked for less rice. We could choose between Asahikawa and Sapporo style noodles, and we chose Sapporo style. We were seated at a table and the service was very pleasant. We were told that there are both salt and soy sauce flavors for the Zangi, so we ordered one of each. It took a little while for the Zangi to be ready, about 15 minutes. The regular Miso soup was white, while the Aragoshi Miso soup was red. The soup had a slightly strong salty taste with a unique thick texture. The noodles were Sapporo style with a nice firm texture. The fried chicken was crispy and hot, very delicious. Both the salt and soy sauce flavors were tasty. I ordered enthusiastically but ended up leaving some noodles uneaten, maybe it was too much for a 53-year-old like me... Nevertheless, I had a delicious and enjoyable experience. There was a family with young children at the next table, and they could watch DVDs on the TV. They were playing Tom and Jerry, which seemed nice for the kids. It's a family-friendly restaurant, which is quite valuable. I look forward to trying other flavors, the soy sauce one looks delicious too. Thank you for the meal!

Matured chunky miso ramen with Asahikawa noodles (780 yen) + rice & one salted zangi (200 yen). Lately, there have been many ramen shops that come and go, so I decided to go to the reliable "Kotetsu." I ordered the popular "chunky miso" and zangi from the vending machine. Many people have commented on the chunky miso soup, but I found it to be just average. The noodles were Asahikawa noodles. Were Asahikawa noodles supposed to be thick? I thought they were quite thick. I regretted not choosing Sapporo noodles when the ramen arrived. However, the salted zangi was delicious. The crispy coating and juicy meat were a perfect match. Many customers come here just for the zangi. Cheap and tasty zangi is definitely worth trying.

On this day, I had some business in Toyooka, so I came here. Well, there are many Omachi, but I heard a rumor from Kaomangai that there is a legendary Manager Tezuka here. I thought it would be surprising if I unexpectedly showed up. If Manager Tezuka is here, I would be a little nervous meeting him for the first time. The parking lot is quite spacious, but there is not a single parking space available. Luckily, I found one empty spot and parked there quickly. I guess I need to adjust my timing next time. I already purchased my meal ticket, so I placed it on the table where the menu is displayed. Looking at the menu, I realized that this Toyooka branch offers oil soba. I should try the oil soba next time. I ordered the zangi. I used to be able to eat two pieces when Toratetsu first opened, but now one piece is enough for me. The flavor during the event is good, but I prefer the soy sauce flavor over the salt flavor. I haven't had tonkatsu in a while, so I might go for that set next time. There are two types of ramen. I brought a guest with me this time. Miso is their specialty. I suggested that, but they ended up choosing the salt flavor. I prefer the rich white miso flavor. I chose Sapporo noodles for both types of ramen. Surprisingly, they were quite light. I had only tried it once a long time ago. I tasted the soup, which was light with a Japanese taste and a strong dashi flavor. It didn't taste like tonkotsu and had a gentle flavor unique to Toratetsu. The white miso flavor, rich as I requested, was made by Kaomangai and had a sweet taste. He knows my preferences well. However, the bowl I had this time had an equally delicious taste that was not inferior to Kaomangai's. But I didn't see Kaomangai in the kitchen, and the name tag I glimpsed read "Samgetan," Kaomangai's top apprentice. Well done, Samgetan. It was piping hot. I've eaten Toratetsu's white miso ramen many times, but this time I didn't feel it was as hot as usual. I wonder if they changed the way they make it. No, that couldn't be it. Nevertheless, the ramen was incredibly delicious, and I found myself slurping the noodles noisily. I like to eat hot food even hotter. Perhaps this is Samgetan's commitment. The zangi (soy sauce flavor) was as big as ever. It was cut for easy eating, but I prefer it uncut so I can bite into it. I forgot to mention it. There is no particular reason, I just want to bite into the big one as it is. This is essential, right? Looking at this, I think most Japanese people would know the name. Yes, noritama. I think everyone, young and old, likes the taste... But it's not noritama, right? In the past, I found something that made me go, "Huh?" It was here when I ate at the Omachi branch. It was the same Marumiya product, but it was called tamago furikake. The taste was the same, but... Noritama, huh!!! So, I checked the bottle... In Toyooka, it's noritama!!! Tamago furikake is only at the Omachi branch... Huh, what on earth is the difference? It's probably best to ask Manager Tezuka about it. However, I couldn't find him... This person was working hard here. He looks like Okurahoma's Kono-kun, the manager. And now I learned that he is a twin. He was working hard to make ramen and zangi. But as I confirmed with Kono-kun on LINE the other day, he said it's not the manager, so he must look like him. I wonder when I'll get to meet Manager Tezuka. Thank you for the meal. ⇒ ★The white miso was just the right richness I like ◇If you like ramen, please press the button, and if you don't, please press it too. No registration required. B-class gourmet.

I usually try to eat something different each time I buy a food ticket from the vending machine, but I always end up ordering the same thing. The staff asked me if I wanted Asahikawa noodles or Sapporo noodles, and if I wanted the Zangi (fried chicken) with salt or sauce. This time, I chose Asahikawa noodles with salt. Asahikawa ramen with pork fat soy sauce is not something you see often, but it's delicious. First, the Zangi and rice arrived, followed by the ramen. The Zangi was crispy and juicy, very tasty. It was nice that they cut it into pieces because it was large. The ramen had slightly thick noodles and the soup was creamy and delicious. I ended up finishing it while drinking the soup. They gave me a limited-time coupon, so it would be a good deal if I went there often, but as someone who uses Tabelog (restaurant review site), I want to try different places. Maybe someday I'll go back! It was delicious.

There are 17 Ramen and Toratei shops in Hokkaido. There are 2 shops in Asahikawa, the Toyooka shop and the Omachi shop. I've heard that the store manager is there, but I've never seen them in person. Today, we visited the Toyooka shop with three people, but the manager seemed to be absent. Although the store was not very crowded, they were receiving a lot of orders from Demae-can. They are aiming to be number one again. Tsukemen in Asahikawa, there are few shops that serve rich Tsukemen like those in the Kanto region. Among them, Toratei's Tsukemen stands out with its rich dipping sauce. It's delicious with plenty of fish powder. I've tried all the different types of miso available at Toratei, including aged coarse miso, shrimp miso, spicy miso, and white miso. Among them, I like the rich white miso the best. The spicy miso, which was said not to be very spicy, turned out to be very spicy for me. It's on the sweeter side. They renewed their miso a few years ago. I preferred the old miso taste. I've gotten used to the new taste now, but a slightly richer miso brings out the sweetness of the miso even more. You can choose between Asahikawa noodles and Sapporo noodles. I usually choose Sapporo noodles. This time, I felt that the noodles were slightly less chewy than usual, but the noodles are still alive. Nevertheless, I think Sapporo noodles are more suitable at Toratei. Nori-tamago rice Toratei is known for its nori-tamago. It's placed on the table for unlimited servings. It's delicious! Nori-tamago is always the best. It's the ultimate furikake. I've been wanting to try the limited-time champon that I missed. It's a collaboration champon between Ittetsu in Sapporo and Toratei. To cut to the chase, I wish they would offer this as a regular menu item. Unfortunately, it seems to have ended on May 5th, but I hope it will be revived. The collab ramen that came out looks normal. It looks similar to Toratei's miso ramen. It had a slightly larger amount of vegetables, but it was super delicious! The miso at Toratei, the umami of the vegetables, and the stir-fried flavor all blend together perfectly. It's so tasty! It's like an upgraded version of the rich white miso. It's packed with seafood, which is typical of champon. So it has cabbage, bean sprouts, shrimp, scallops, squid... Stir-frying enhances the umami, which then seeps into the soup. I want to eat it again. It has thick noodles. The noodles are original champon noodles, so they are thick and chewy. It goes well with the soup. I've tried all the Toratei collaborations, but this is my favorite taste so far. By the way, I haven't been to Ittetsu in Sapporo yet. They don't have miso flavor, so I won't be able to try it again. I regretfully ordered the seafood umami salted zangi. It seems this was also a limited-time flavor. When ordering zangi, you are asked about the flavor, soy sauce or salt. I confidently said soy sauce, but then I realized my mistake after a while. It was written on the back of the menu. I should have chosen this. Oh, what have I done...

I chose this ramen restaurant around 9 pm. The service was good. I recommend the top left option on the ticket machine, so I had the aged miso ramen with a side of zangi and rice. It looked rich and creamy, but it was just a normal miso ramen. I wish I had gone with the Asahikawa ramen instead. I didn't really like the ramen, but the zangi and rice for 200 yen were good. The zangi with mayonnaise was delicious. Next time, I want to try the zangi with soy sauce. I wish they would serve the food earlier. It's too late. Just as I was finishing, the zangi and rice arrived. The recommended dish was disappointing. I might not go back again, as there are many delicious places in Asahikawa.

I had a sudden craving for tsukemen on this day. A rich and flavorful one... and when it comes to that, Tiger Iron in Asahikawa is the best. However, I've been going to the Omachi branch lately, so I decided to visit the Toyooka branch for a change. But... an incident occurred!! It's been a while! Back when I heard that Manager Tezuka was at the Toyooka branch, I used to frequent that location, but lately, it seems like Manager Tezuka might be a myth? Does he really exist? I've been hearing such rumors from various sources, so I stopped looking for him. I entered, bought my meal ticket, and sat down... only to realize that my ranking had plummeted dramatically. How will I be able to bounce back from this? What position am I in now? Champon!!! What the heck!! They're collaborating again. And this time, it's a collaboration with Ittetsu, a famous restaurant in Sapporo known for champon. It seems they've created a miso-flavored version that combines the flavors of Ittetsu with Tiger Iron. Oh, I wish I had known about this earlier so I could try it out. As I sat down, I noticed something. They also have a collaboration dish - the Seafood Umami Salt Zangi. It's a Zangi with flavors of crab and scallops. I want to try it!! But I already placed my order a while ago... It's available until May 5th, so I'll have to come back before then. But still, Manager Tezuka was nowhere to be seen. Where will he appear from? However... I feel like I've seen this person before. A part-timer named Tezuka. I heard that he has the same last name as the manager. It seems like he's still working hard... but to slack off in a place like this, he must have really climbed up the ladder. Anyway, I remember him being quite bold even when he was a part-timer. In Asahikawa, there aren't many places that serve tsukemen. But among them, I think Tiger Iron's tsukemen is delicious. Especially for those new to tsukemen, I recommend trying it at Tiger Iron. A few years ago, the heavily flavored tsukemen that I designed received good reviews... I'd love to bring it back again. Topped with lots of chashu, seasoned egg, and seaweed with fish powder on top. And a free coupon for an additional seasoned egg. The thick, curly noodles are quite thick. And it seems like the flavor has intensified since the last time I had it. It was delicious. It seems like I was called for tsukemen on this day after all. And as I looked back... a part-timer!! Get to work!! I saw the part-timer still standing there, playing on his phone. Hey, why are you playing games at work? I'll tell Manager Tezuka about this... But then he muttered... Well, even if I slack off, Manager Tezuka isn't here anyway... What!!! He's not here??? Does Manager Tezuka not exist at all? Or is he just not here today? When I asked... he quietly disappeared from my sight. What did his words mean? Does Manager Tezuka really exist? I choose to believe that I will meet him someday. Thank you for the meal.

Tora Tetsu is becoming a chain restaurant, but they provide consistently delicious ramen, which is great. I used to choose miso or soy sauce ramen, but lately I've been going for the tsukemen with fried chicken set. The parking lot is usually full, so I think they have a lot of repeat customers. The tsukemen noodles are slightly thinner than the ones at the tsukemen shops in Tokyo, but they're firm and have a good chew. The fish powder on the seaweed adds a nice aroma and depth to the soup. The soup is thick, so it sticks well to the noodles. The large, crispy fried chicken goes great with rice. They always send you off with a satisfied smile when you leave. 😄

I chose the aged aragoshi miso ramen with a collaboration basil mayonnaise and diced tomato zangi as my order. When asked to choose between Asahikawa-style noodles or Sapporo-style noodles, I chose Asahikawa-style. It took about 15 minutes for the ramen to arrive. It had a rich and oily appearance, similar to Sapporo ramen. The taste matched the appearance. The zangi had plenty of basil mayonnaise, making it easier to eat compared to eating it plain. I was full and ended up leaving some soup, which I haven't done in a while.

Today is Hillmori. It's on FM Ribe 83.7MHz from 12 o'clock. And, it's Valentine's Day!! I wonder how many chocolates are at Ribe... Also, it seems to be Fundoshi Day. Will they do it in fundoshi on today's broadcast... haha Well, this is Toyooka. After a long time, that person returned to Asahikawa. And he really wanted to go here... Strike a pose at the entrance!!! A great smile. The former manager of Ginza Lion Asahikawa branch, Mr. Sato. He was transferred from Tokyo to Sapporo, and this time he visited Asahikawa!! The first place he wanted to go was here. He had been dreaming of striking a pose at the entrance for years. Will you choose tsukemen or spicy miso today?!! What rank will it be today?? If it looks delicious, please press the "↓" button!! ⇒ Please press it once!! Nostalgic!! The Toyooka branch used to be open until midnight. So, after the store closed, he used to come here often... The meal ticket from years ago was also nostalgic... However, back then, I had seen someone who seemed to be Manager Tezuka a few times... But... I haven't seen the manager in the past few years... I came here hoping to see him on this day too... Oh, the part-time worker I met the other day!!! The part-time worker Tezuka I met when I went to the Omachi branch the other day. I never thought I would meet him here. ⇒ Here And he seemed to remember me too. You were the one I met at Omachi the other day, right?? He said. I looked at his name tag, and it said Deputy Manager. Even though he is a part-time worker, he is serving as the deputy manager, impressive. Is this your first time here?? He spoke to me in a friendly manner. Mr. Sato, right away, Is Manager Tezuka here?? I asked. Then, the part-time worker Tezuka... I haven't met him either. Is he a legendary figure?? he asked. I don't know if he is a legend or not... But he really isn't here. Mr. Sato looked disappointed. Oh, we have the same name?? Mr. Sato was surprised. I saw his name tag and said, You're also Tezuka?? He seemed a little happy. Actually, a few years ago, I used to come here every night. Mr. Sato seemed to be immersed in nostalgia. I was going to have the back oil shoyu this day because I had the white miso the other day, but I decided to go with the tsukemen that Mr. Sato loved so much. Mr. Sato's favorite was this tsukemen and the spicy miso. He seemed to be quite torn between the two... but... I should have gone with the tsukemen after all... He muttered to himself. I can still see him looking at my tsukemen even though the spicy miso that he ordered was in front of him. ... Was it a mistake to choose the tsukemen today... I should have gone with the tsukemen after all... He muttered to himself. I can still see him looking at my tsukemen even though the spicy miso that he ordered was in front of him. ... Was it a mistake to choose the tsukemen today... I should have gone with the tsukemen after all... He muttered to himself. I can still see him looking at my tsukemen even though the spicy miso that he ordered was in front of him. ... Is it not delicious? He asked. No, it's very delicious. It's nostalgic. But, your reaction seems... Yes, it's not enough to express the excitement of the tsukemen... He said. He seemed to be in the mood for tsukemen that day after all. If I could eat the spicy miso, I would have exchanged it for you... The noodles in the homemade whole wheat tsukemen are thick noodles. It's a type of noodle that Asahikawa is not familiar with at all. Whole wheat means, as the name suggests, the skin, germ, and endosperm of wheat are all ground into flour. So, the noodles have some grains in them. Once every 1-2 years, if the noodles are rotten, intuition...

It's been a while since I visited Menya Kotei in Toyooka. I heard a rumor that the elusive manager was at the restaurant on this day! Oh, I can finally meet the manager for the first time! So, it has to be Toyooka, not Omachi! I have to go! The opening hours seem to have changed. It's still as crowded as ever. You have to choose the right time to visit. In the past, if you went around 3 pm, it was fine, but now, with the changed opening hours, you have to be careful, or you might not even be able to get in. Today, maybe I can meet the manager!! What rank will it be today? If it looks delicious, please click the "↓" button! ⇒ Please click once. It seems that the opening hours have changed. It used to be open all day, but now the lunchtime is until 3 pm. It closes at 3:30 pm and reopens at 5 pm until midnight! They have introduced a limited-time menu from October to December. There's an Ebi Miso Ramen. I've actually been leaning towards the soy sauce base recently at Kotei. I used to prefer the miso base in the past. But I really want to try this one. Can you make it stronger, please? I asked the employee who came out after buying the meal ticket. Can you make it stronger? No, it's already quite strong, so please try it normally first. Oh, really... Can you make it stronger if it's too weak? No, it's not possible... Well then, I'll try it normally as suggested, but if it's too weak, I'll complain to the manager. Is the manager here? Well, I've never seen him... And so, I started eating the Ebi Miso Ramen. It looks quite thick. It seems to be quite strong compared to the normal white miso. This is a good balance. The soup is very rich!! I initially said normal was fine. Correct!! As the employee in front of me said, making it stronger would have been a disaster. It's dangerously rich. The unique taste of the shrimp comes to the fore. So, those who are not good with the taste of shrimp might feel a bit of a fishy taste. The soup is divisive in terms of taste. Excuse me... you got it wrong!! The employee came back. I said normal was fine. Wasn't it you who said it was better to make it stronger? I didn't say that!! What! How dare you speak to a customer like that!! Bring out the manager, the manager!! Oh, well, I've never done that... I wonder if he was on the night shift... The noodles are Sapporo-style noodles, but they are homemade. They are different from the typical chewy noodles. They are chewy and delicious. I think they go well with miso. The soy sauce is Asahikawa-style noodles. They separate them. And since the miso is rich, it goes well with medium-thick noodles. As you eat, the unique taste of the shrimp turns into umami. It was too hot!! The boiled egg was initially half-cooked. But the soup was so hot that when I cracked it open, it was quite cooked. The center was a bit soft though. Why are people happy with flavored eggs? When you go, they give you a ticket, so it's endless free toppings. The rice is Noritama. This is a classic. But it's also delicious to eat it with the rich miso. But when you have Noritama, you want to sprinkle it on. So, half with Noritama, half with soup. People who like it might think it's delicious to pour it into the soup! Is the manager here? Excuse me, is the manager here? He's not here!!! Are you a staff member? Excuse me, please put me through. It seems like she was just a part-timer... So, in the end, the manager was not there that day.

I went to Ramen Toraji for the first time with a friend. We arrived around 3 in the afternoon when there were no other customers. It was a famous place, so we didn't want to be surprised by others. The restaurant manager, who was a big fan, even came back to ask for an autograph. The robot waiter served us, and we ordered ramen and tsukemen. The tsukemen had a rich dipping sauce, and the ramen had a new miso flavor that was less sweet than before. The noodles were firm, and we could choose between Sapporo or Asahikawa style noodles. Overall, the food was delicious, but I preferred the previous miso flavor. The ramen was served with Toraji's homemade noodles, which were different from typical Sapporo noodles. The experience was unique, and the robot waiter was surprisingly fluent in Japanese.

Today is Hillmori-ta. Live broadcast from 12:00 to 14:00!! Our commercial will also air at 12:30 and 13:30!! Please listen to FM Riberu. On this day, I had a meeting. I went to Toyooka store for the first time in a while because I heard that Oklahoma's Kono-kun, a character, was there. It had been a long time since we last met, so I was nervous. It was their 3rd anniversary, so maybe they were celebrating? He welcomed me. Long time no see!! How many years has it been? Even though we exchange messages on LINE, we rarely get to meet in person. I never expected to meet in Toyooka... But something felt off... Do you like miso ramen!!? What rank will it be today?? If the photo looks delicious, please press the "↓" button!! ⇒ Try pressing it once!! It's not the usual... By the way, they changed the soup to make it even more delicious at the end of last year... Also, they changed the miso flavor... I had tried it a few times after the changes, but personally, I preferred the previous version. So, last time, I tried the back fat soy sauce ramen, which was delicious. I used to eat a similar flavor in my 20s in Tokyo... So, from now on, should I go for the back fat soy sauce at Kotetsu... I thought, but on this day, I decided to order the white miso ramen again since the store manager, Tezuka, was there. Tezuka-san... I've never met him before, I wonder what kind of person he is... Haha, are you Tezuka-san? No, I'm Nakajee, making my first appearance here. Oh, Nakajee is it? Why are you here again today? Oh, I came for a meeting with Morita-san, right? Oh, that's right. Before meeting Tezuka, let's start with the meal. By the way... Are you ready for the noodle chopsticks? Oh, I haven't taken any photos yet, so anytime is fine... This kind of conversation was unfolding. It's definitely different. I always used to ask for a strong miso flavor. However, before Tezuka, someone else used to make it. But the flavor felt lighter to me. I wonder if this change happened after a few tries... I thought the previous version was better. But this time, I tried the one Tezuka made after the change for the first time... It's delicious... I can tell it's the taste of the changed miso... I see, this is how it turned out... It's delicious in its own way... It has a sweetness to it, and I like it this way too... It's different from the white miso ramen I had after the change... Hmm, is my tongue weird?? Let's see... and Nakajee starts eating. I see, the flavor has definitely changed. It has a spicy kick to it, and it's delicious... I see... this is how it turned out... Exactly... I said, but this is my second time visiting the store... Oh... was your tongue's memory that good?? Well, it was just delicious as usual... and it continued with Nakajee saying she can't eat zangi lately... Maybe it's because of her health or age, but she can't even eat zangi anymore... Well, not every time, but when I eat zangi here, I feel quite uncomfortable. I actually want to eat about two pieces... So, I'm satisfied with just ramen and a small rice. And noritama is a must-have item on the rice!! It's all-you-can-eat, so I pour it on generously and eat it. Delicious... I can go just for the rice. I also pour it on... Noritama is also Nakajee's favorite... If it's at home, she'll even eat the leftovers for her kids... She loves it so much that she would even buy it in bulk... She loves it so much that she would even buy shares of Marumiya... She didn't say she wants to make noritama in the future... Haha, but it's loved by people of all ages... Noritama. Oh? Don't you eat zangi? Nakajee eats it endlessly. Of course, I eat zangi without fail. I was debating whether to have 4 or 5 pieces that day... I settled for 1 piece... because I wouldn't be able to work after eating more. I wanted to see you eat 5 pieces... 1 piece is quite big... And then Kono-kun appeared!! Long time no see!! It's been a while... Have you lost weight? I haven't lost weight! And the usual greetings started... Wait, how long are you going to flex your arm and do a pose? Just be normal... Wait...

Mr. Kono from Oklahoma is the image character for this shop. The Asahikawa Toyooka store was having a fair for its 3rd anniversary. I came to have lunch on Sunday, but as expected, it was crowded! People were lining up! I also lined up. While waiting in line, I purchased from the vending machine, and was able to sit down in 30 minutes. Spicy miso ramen - 500 yen Zangi (fried chicken) + small rice - 150 yen Fair price I chose the spicy miso ramen and Asahikawa noodles. For the Zangi, I chose salt. The Asahikawa noodles are medium thickness. I prefer them a bit thinner. The spicy miso wasn't too spicy, so I added some shichimi togarashi. The soup was mild, not too salty. Delicious! I love the Zangi here. I eat it with shredded cabbage and mayonnaise, and squeeze lemon juice on it. I sprinkle Noritama on the small rice. This is a nice service! Yummy! Thank you for the meal!

It had been a while since my family and I visited this restaurant, and we tried miso ramen for the first time. It was smooth and had a strong flavor, making it easy to eat.
