I tried going by myself first to use it with customers next time. When I called on the day, it was lucky that they had availability. There was a regular customer at the counter, and they seemed to be having a good chat with the owner, so it was fun to join in a little. Venison loin is really good. It's surprising that there aren't many places that serve deer meat. There are even fewer places that serve bear meat. This would probably be well received by people from outside the region.

It's so amazing and incredible. This is my third visit just this year. I became a big fan after being introduced by a friend from Sapporo, who was recommended by a friend visiting from Tokyo. The deer meat doesn't have any strong smell. It's delicious!! The portion size is great too!! But most of all, the ankimo with ponzu sauce is amazing. You have to try it. The ankimo with ponzu sauce here is the most delicious I've ever had in my life. A few days ago, I had ankimo with ponzu sauce at a different restaurant and my boyfriend and I said, "It's totally different from Slowdown's, right?" and once again confirmed how delicious it is (*´艸`*) I'm so frustrated that I forgot to take a photo this time!! The ankimo is visible behind the oysters!! Ahhh... it was another moment of bliss this time too...

The ambiance is amazing! And the taste is the best in the world!! Since my friend introduced me to this place last time, I've been wanting to come back so badly, and I finally made it! It was so delicious that my boyfriend also enjoyed it when I introduced it to him. The deer meat was the best!! I tried the whale meat this time, which I didn't have last time, but it was also amazing. I ordered the ankimo again this time, and oh my goodness!! It's so rich and creamy, I can't find the words to describe it!!! Why is it so rich and velvety in texture! Oh my goodness, manager, you are a god!!! Even though there were only two of us, we managed to finish all this food, haha. How do you run the restaurant so smoothly by yourself (*・ω・) Amazing.

I was introduced to this restaurant by a friend who came from Tokyo and I came here. Shocking!!! The most touching restaurant I've experienced in the past few years!!! I will definitely come back!!! Is deer meat delicious? Is it Instagrammable? The foie gras is too good! The carpaccio is delicious! The seasonal asparagus is stuck in a cup in front of you, and you take it out and cook it (*・ω・) Oh, how happy this restaurant is... I wish I had known about it sooner. *The photos are reused from the ones my friend sent me.

I was recommended to come to this restaurant in Sapporo from Tokyo to try deer meat and mountain wasabi, and I was impressed. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is like a bar. I started with ordering a beer and the appetizers were delicious. First, I had three fresh oysters and they were big and chewy, I hesitated at first but I'm glad I ordered them. Then I tried the deer tartare, which was surprisingly delicious. The deer meat was prepared like carpaccio with mountain wasabi on top. At first, I thought the wasabi was cheese, but the amazing taste of the mountain wasabi was unforgettable. I thought deer meat would be gamey, but it was actually easy to eat without any strong flavors. I would love to come back to this restaurant.

I have been here many times and this time I enjoyed the deer meat course. I added extra carpaccio, a hamburger, and changed the pasta to deer fat fried rice just for this visit. The deer meat has a rich flavor but absolutely no gamey taste! Each dish is so delicious that I couldn't help but exclaim "delicious" with every bite. The deer fat fried rice at the end was so tempting that I couldn't resist taking a bite before taking a photo. Looking forward to the next visit!

I came to Hokkaido on a business trip and decided to try Ezo deer venison cuisine. From the appetizer to the main deer meat dishes, everything was delicious. The garlic rice with deer fat is best enjoyed warm! I truly enjoyed the deer meat in Hokkaido! There are more counter seats than table seats, making it a cozy place even for solo diners. I would definitely love to visit this restaurant again next time I'm in the area!

Speaking of deer meat, it's all about slowing down and savoring the flavors. This time, I added extra deer meat carpaccio and deer meat hamburg steak to the "Deer Meat Enjoyment Course" where you can enjoy various deer meat dishes. Even though the course is satisfying on its own, I can't help but indulge in the deer meat hamburg steak and other tempting dishes here. I always end up eating until I'm completely full! 😂✨

The venison deer meat dishes are exquisite! They have a mild smell and taste, making it suitable even for first-timers. Also, be sure to try the Kunbu Mori oysters, shrimp a la plancha, and roasted chicken wings. Enjoy!

The carefully prepared roasted venison had no gamey smell and instead had a concentrated deliciousness of venison. The myoga sauce with a Japanese taste made it even more delicious. It's also good with wasabi. The whale meat, like the game meat, was delicious without any unpleasant smell. I would like to visit again. The friendly owner was also good. Thank you for the meal!

A friend researched and took me to a deer meat restaurant for my birthday month. I love deer meat and was nervous about trying it out for the first time, but it turned out to be amazing! The deer meat had no gamey taste, was full of flavor, and we enjoyed a deer meat feast with dishes like roast, prosciutto, carpaccio, bolognese, zangi, and liver pate. The highlight was the roast venison and deer carpaccio, which were incredibly tender and flavorful. The cost performance was great, and we even added some oysters to our meal. The appetizer platter was also delicious with smoked scallops and camembert. The fresh and plentiful vegetables were a nice touch. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and I look forward to going back in May for more deer meat!

Today is the 4th restaurant visit. DGD brought me here for my "first review," but I had trouble finding the place as I was led there without knowing the location. After some searching, we finally found it, but it took longer than expected. When we entered, I couldn't find the restroom, and a person pointed me to a counter where someone told me to sit down. Turns out, that person was just a customer, and the owner had gone to the restroom. The owner had asked the regulars to seat us because DGD had mentioned coming. We started with a toast with beer. When asked why I came, I mentioned that no one had written about the place on Tabelog, and I was curious. The owner runs the place alone, with regulars at the counter and a couple at a table. We had some pickles, crackers, and cheese, which were good. I skipped the oyster ajillo and the venison roast as they are not my favorites. The owner seemed a bit perplexed but was entertaining, thanks to the regulars.
