First visit to Oven. The opening hours were listed on the website as Monday to Sunday: 11:30-14:00, 16:00-00:00 (last order for food and drinks at 23:30), so I went at 11:30, but they weren't open yet. Had to turn back. Called around 15:30 and they confirmed that evening service was as scheduled. Sat at the counter right away. Following the manual, they tried to seat me at the most uncomfortable seat at the back, even though the place was empty. Couldn't accept that. Ended up sitting at the third seat. They even tried to seat a couple at the counter seats that were empty. Seems like they follow a manual where they try to fill up the seats, even if it means seating two people at a four-person table. The owner seems to have multiple restaurants, but... If it's a popular place with good value or delicious food, I can understand, but this seemed a little disappointing. The staff's service was very good, so it's a bit of a letdown. The meat was delicious. I just wish they would improve their value for money a bit more.
