A shop opened on April 24 in a residential area near Nagayama, Asahikawa City, and Nagayama Aeon. The shop operates as a cafe during the day and as a bar in the evening. When I visited during the day, the shop was run by a lovely couple. They renovated a private house for their business, and they mentioned that they did a lot of the interior work themselves. The husband is also a shoemaker, so the shop has a space for displaying and selling leather shoes. They offer semi-custom shoes. They have also run shops in Kyoto and Okinawa. This time, they opened a shop in Asahikawa, the wife's hometown. For lunch, I chose a Kyoto-style dish - "Dashimaki Tamago Sandwich" (680 yen), and "Kyoto Matcha Latte" (600 yen, with a snack set for 100 yen off). For dessert, I ordered "Gateau Chocolat" (550 yen). The Dashimaki Tamago Sandwich was made with freshly baked egg omelet soaked in dashi. It was sandwiched with cucumber and was a Kyoto-style egg sandwich. The dashimaki tamago was fluffy and delicious with a generous portion. The Kyoto Matcha Latte used Uji matcha from "Kinagasaen" in Kyoto. It had a wonderful aroma, and I thoroughly enjoyed mixing it well. The Gateau Chocolat had a smooth and moist texture like a ganache, and it was rich and delicious. I wonder what kind of menu they have for the evening bar. Looking forward to that too!

The ordering style is to write on the provided memo paper and hand it over. The food was delicious, but being creative, there were some flavors not suitable for children. It would have been nice to have more classic menu options. The beef sirloin steak was incredibly tasty ♥️ The atmosphere was stylish and very nice! It seemed like a husband and wife team running the shop. When their friends arrived, it got a bit noisy, which was a bit disappointing. The leather products made by the husband were really wonderful.
