When passing through Susukino during work, I saw a sign for a limited lunch curry mixed noodles. There are few lunch options in Susukino, so it's convenient. Apparently, they have renewed their menu starting April 1st, with a lunch session and a night session (reservation only for Genghis Khan). For lunch, they offer curry mixed noodles and cheese curry mixed noodles, along with some side dishes. The drinks are also at a discounted lunch price, including cheap alcohol. It seems like a good place to visit for lunch on holidays. Now, about the curry mixed noodles - I chose medium spiciness with a normal serving of 200g noodles. It was quite filling with plenty of vegetables, not just the usual green onions but also onions, cabbage, mizuna, paprika, and celery. They mixed it with homemade yogurt sauce (with a strong spice aroma) and achar. The sauce was also homemade, made with coarsely ground Hokkaido lamb with plenty of spices, topped with nuts and domestic lemon peel. And all of this for only 880 yen! It was delicious - more like spiced mixed noodles than curry! The aroma of the spices was amazing, and the taste was refreshing. I silently finished it all. It was a unique and delicious experience. I will definitely come back for the reservation-only night session as well. Thank you for the meal.

Opposite the ramen shop Isono Kazuo-san, there is a shop that offers Australian lamb shoulder roast for 900 yen, lamb tongue for 930 yen, lamb roll slices for 720 yen, assorted seasonal vegetables for 730 yen, and a selection of kimchi for 650 yen. We ordered 3 Sapporo Classics and 2 highballs, bringing the total to just over 9000 yen. The shop owner has a strong commitment to quality, appearing friendly at first but actually quite stubborn. Reservations can only be made through the website, and there is an additional service charge for orders under 5500 yen. The owner runs the shop alone, so be prepared for a wait. The drinks and dishes we received were all delicious, especially the lamb tongue which was the best I've ever had. It was thickly sliced with cuts in it, something I had never seen before. Whether eaten with butter sauce or fermented green onion sauce, it was delicious. The special condiments were a nice touch, although they may be too particular for some tastes. The effort put into the condiments was evident, with special fried leeks, spicy oil, black vinegar dressing, flavored green onions, rock salt, and more. Overall, the shop felt like a hidden gem that is worth visiting if you can get past the high hurdles. Thank you for the meal. Thank you very much.

The high ceiling creates a sense of openness, and the friendly and courteous master runs the place alone. The background music is upbeat Western music from Australia. The menu includes a variety of dishes suitable for a dining bar setting, with slow chopping sounds in the background. The master provides detailed explanations at the end of the meal, which may seem unusual to some. The "all-you-can-eat and drink" option may make you wonder if the meat takes longer to come out. The Negi Namul has arrived, with flavors that complement the beef tongue well. The lemon sour is delicious, with a sauce reminiscent of the sauce used for pork bowls. When mixed with chili oil, it balances out the saltiness. The meat has arrived, time to grill it! Today's offering is Suffolk from Setana Town, with cuts of meat rather than offal. It has more fat than lean meat, but the fat is elegant. The meat was not thawed properly, causing it to stick together. The Hormone Nanbanzuke was the last dish to arrive, but the onions had soaked in the flavor well. A hidden gem Genghis Khan restaurant in Setana Town, Hokkaido, where they buy a whole sheep every time! It's always fully booked on weekends, but I was able to get in on a weekday. The interior is small but beautiful with a nice atmosphere. Today's Hokkaido lamb was the shoulder meat. They recommend eating it grilled on one side. It's delicious! The moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness of the oil and refreshing aroma spread. And the homemade sauce is amazing! It is made from Hokkaido organic soy sauce and fruit, completely homemade with no additives or chemicals. You eat it with toppings like green onion namul. Other meat options include herb salt Genghis Khan, spicy Genghis Khan, and nostalgic rolled slices. For side dishes, we had lamb and Kitakari macaroni cheese, raw lamb Tataki, and Hokkaido mountain wasabi cream cheese. The variety of dishes here is amazing and everything is delicious. The wine selection is also extensive, and they recommend a wine that complements your food or preferences. I left feeling very satisfied and full. Honestly, if you want to eat delicious Genghis Khan, this place is highly recommended over the typical old Genghis Khan restaurants!

I came here once with a friend shortly after the shop opened, and it's been a while since then! This time I came alone, so I sat at the counter. Surprisingly, even though it's been almost two years since I last visited, the owner remembered me and said, "You came when we first opened, right?" I was really touched that they remembered me, even though I'm not particularly noticeable. Of course, the meat here is incredibly fresh and delicious, but what really stands out is the owner's personality! It's a shop where even women can feel comfortable dining alone ♡ The conversation was fun and the drinks were great (^^✨ Thanks to them, I had a great time dining alone. Also, the draft beer here is very clear and delicious (apparently because they take good care of it). They have a wide variety of dishes and drinks. The wine rack is filled with bottles of wine! (It seems like a recommended time to visit is after 11 pm when you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere♪) Next time, I want to come with friends and try out different dishes. The meat was incredibly delicious! Thank you for the meal (o^^o)

If you're going for Genghis Khan, this is the place to go! It's my second time here for a girls' night out. If you want to eat smelly Genghis Khan, you might want to try a different restaurant (lol). Today's menu included: Genghis Khan platter, beef heart tataki, salt herb Genghis Khan, vegetable platter, pickled vegetables platter, and pickles. Be careful not to overcook the meat! If you time it right, the waiter will compliment you saying, "Well done!" The salt herb Genghis Khan, which I couldn't finish last time because I was too full, completely changed the concept of Genghis Khan and was revolutionary! I want to eat it again ♡ Last time, it was empty and we had the place to ourselves, but today it was quite crowded. Is it a popular place? If you're greedy and want to try different dishes, I recommend going with about four people and ordering various menu items. Thank you for the meal ☆

I went to a restaurant rumored to have delicious meat! Inside, it was a bright and stylish Genghis Khan restaurant that felt like a cafe! The staff were friendly and nice. Taking a girl with you might earn you some points, guys! I tried both Japanese and Australian lamb, and both were delicious. The Japanese lamb had different cuts depending on the day. The addictive sauce was homemade. The menu is so varied that you can enjoy it over and over again. Thank you for the meal! I will definitely be back!

Sapporo Genghis Khan dining Rokka is a clean and stylish Genghis Khan restaurant located in Susukino, Chuo-ku, Sapporo! This was the fifth stop of the "Zero Review Tour" for the day, already around 2 am, but the excitement is high because, well, it's Genghis Khan - how can you not be excited, right? The location is on the same floor as the popular ramen shop "Isono Katsuokun" and there was a line even at this late hour. We are visiting "Rokka," also known as "Rika-chan"! The dining area is beautiful and bright, making it hard to believe it's a Genghis Khan restaurant - it's a stylish place! We started with a small glass of draft beer for 280 yen and the recommended Genghis Khan assortment for 2-3 people for 2,480 yen, which included lamb tongue, lamb shoulder, and shoulder loin. We started with a toast with the beer! Since there were no other customers, it felt like a private dining experience. The staff was managing everything alone, so it took about 15 minutes from ordering to the meat and hot pot being prepared. It took a little too long... maybe they were being careless because there were no customers? Or maybe because they provide each piece of meat freshly cut for each order? The answer became clear when the assortment of meat arrived! Each piece was carefully cut with incisions to make it easy to eat, and the meat was very fresh. We grilled them one by one! The lamb tongue blossomed beautifully when grilled, and the thick, soft lamb shoulder and shoulder loin were also delicious. The meat is very fresh and the atmosphere is great, but there's a pitfall - there is only exhaust up above, probably prioritizing the interior design. I wonder what it would be like if it were full of customers (laughs). But it was delicious, so if the timing is right, I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal! In the center of the table, there was a square-like recess for placing a shichirin, which was surrounded by polished stainless steel, shining brightly. The restaurant had a clean and welcoming atmosphere, making you excited before ordering! In terms of cleanliness, this Genghis Khan restaurant is the cleanest of the three I have visited. Sapporo Genghis Khan Dining Rokka is still not very well-known, as we were the only customers during our visit, while other restaurants on the same floor had customers waiting outside. The quality of the meat can vary, so it's hard to say where this day's meat falls compared to the average, but recently I was most impressed by Yagiya-don. We ordered the recommended Genghis Khan assortment with shoulder, shoulder loin, and special tongue, all of which seemed to be from Austria. While the meat was juicy and tasty, it lacked a bit of impact. However, the sauce here was incredibly delicious. It was comparable to a famous pork bowl sauce that has been passed down for years. The special rich sauce is homemade with a focus on quality ingredients, using Hokkaido soy sauce, red wine, aromatic vegetables, fruits, herbs, and spices, resulting in a deep fruity flavor. The drink was Sapporo Classic beer. We intended to order additional drinks but ended up just sticking with the beer. The coupons had a very high threshold of ordering three items per person, which seemed excessive, so we ended up not using them. Overall, we left the restaurant feeling like we didn't fully experience its potential. Overall rating 3.4, Taste 3.4, Service 3.3, Atmosphere 3.8, Value for money 3.3, Drink 3.3. The restaurant had a wide selection of drinks, so I ordered a Balvenie 12-year-old. The portion was generous. Today's Genghis Khan platter included lamb shoulder, shoulder loin, and lamb tongue. The freshness was good, so they said that it was fine to lightly cook everything except the tongue. It was quite delicious as it looked. The restaurant was still new, clean, and had a cafe-like atmosphere, not like a typical Genghis Khan restaurant. There were small items and fresh flowers in the corner, with interior decorations that would appeal to women. However, the high duct near the ceiling made the smell stick to my hair, which bothered me later. I wondered if the smell would be even stronger if it was crowded. There was no coat check or wrapping service, and despite the nice interior, the service aspect left something to be desired.
