To start off, I recommend trying the "Saltwater Sea Urchin" for its ocean flavor and sweetness, and the "Simmered Conger Eel" with plum and wasabi for a refreshing and tangy taste. The owner also recommends the Mochi Pizza, which is a unique and delicious dish with a crispy pie crust topped with thin slices of mochi and toasted with a touch of soy sauce and sugar. The contrast between the crunchy pie crust and the chewy mochi creates an interesting texture. The attentive service and friendly atmosphere made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I entered the restaurant alone and sat at the seat on the far right of the counter. The female owner prepared various dishes for me, which was very calming. The sashimi, grilled dish, beef sirloin, and staff meal curry were all good. There was a decent variety of sake available. The amount of sake served was a bit on the small side, I had two glasses. 1.
