When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, especially for this designated rare disease. Unfortunately, there is still no medicine that suits my rare disease. I was hospitalized for rare disease treatment in April-May after being hospitalized in September last year and January this year. Your supportive comments were a source of energy for me during my hospitalization. I am truly grateful. I was discharged in early May, but the test results in late May were not good, and the doctor mentioned the possibility of hospitalization. The June test led to a retest in July. It seems I may need to be hospitalized in July due to worsening conditions, but it will likely be after 2 weeks following the second dose of the COVID vaccine. The doctor instructed me to confirm the vaccine schedule, and when I inquired with Sapporo City, they mentioned that those aged 65-74 would be completed by the end of February next year, which is slightly earlier than before. Those under 64 with underlying conditions are prioritized, and they have started sending vaccination tickets to those with underlying conditions since July. Prime Minister Suga mentioned that those aged 65 and above would be completed by July this year, but both the first dose and second dose vaccination rates in Hokkaido are the lowest in the country. Due to this, the number of deaths in Hokkaido accounts for 30-40% of the national daily death toll, with more deaths than Tokyo. Despite this, events like the Olympic marathon will be held in Sapporo. While vaccine distribution for younger groups has progressed in Tokyo, it has not in Sapporo, where the elderly are not being vaccinated as quickly. What could be the cause of this disparity? Thank you for your continued support. [July 2021] As this is the 9th review, I will briefly talk about "Asakusa Imahan," a long-established beef bowl restaurant founded in 1895. They also serve beef curry and beef hayashi. Their beef dishes are well-known, and they excel in beef-related dishes. There are no dining establishments of Asakusa Imahan in Sapporo, so mainly gift assortments are popular. From experience, gift assortments with beef dishes like beef simmered in soy sauce are well-received. A few years ago, they started selling "beef bento" at Mitsukoshi Sapporo Store. This time, I tried the "Asakusa Imahan-style beef bowl for 756 yen" as a side dish for my evening drink and rice. The dish included: - Beef simmered (70g) - Konjac simmered (40g) - Seasoning sauce (80g) The beef was made from domestic beef and was well-seasoned. The konjac was thick and lightly seasoned, and the sauce was slightly sweet with a luxurious taste. The price was 756 yen (tax included). The "beef simmered series" is a staple of Asakusa Imahan, known for its reliable taste and quality. They skillfully adjust the seasoning based on the ingredients paired with the beef, resulting in a delicious flavor. The "Asakusa Imahan-style beef bowl" uses domestic beef with a pre-seasoned base and seasoning sauce. The beef, konjac, and sauce are separated into three packs to be cooked and served together. This style ensures a delicious dining experience, which I believe is the commitment of "Asakusa Imahan-style." It pairs well with alcohol and rice dishes, offering a delightful taste. As always, Asakusa Imahan provides a reliable taste experience. I might go for the simmered dish next time. Thank you for the delicious meal.
