I'm sorry, but here it is common to order just the tempura toppings without the rice bowl. The "Master Tempura Bowl" includes 2 large prawns, squid, onsen tamago (soft-boiled egg), eggplant, lotus root, green beans, and shiso leaf. First, I cooked the rice and made miso soup, then had a tempura set with one large prawn tempura, shrimp tempura, squid, half of the fish cake, green beans, shiso leaf, and onsen tamago. In the end, I turned it into a mini tempura rice bowl, a bit contradictory I know. The next day, I made tempura soba with fish cake, eggplant, green beans, and one large prawn tempura. It may not be as good as freshly fried tempura, but it's still tasty. We don't usually fry food at home, so having tempura like this is a treat for us. It's interesting that they only sell tempura toppings separately, not the full bowl. I wish they would offer that option for all their dishes. Thank you for the meal. By the way, the difference between the large prawn tempura and shrimp tempura seems to be in the thickness, not the length.

Thank you, I found out that this delivery-only store with multiple brands is affiliated with Chicago Pizza (I got a pizza coupon from them). Here, you can only order the toppings for rice bowls, so I have been using it more like a deli recently. This time, I ordered a tempura platter for 580 yen (eggplant, shrimp, squid, shiso, lotus root), with additional items like chikuwa tempura for 120 yen, green bean tempura for 50 yen, onsen egg tempura for 250 yen, and fried chicken for 530 yen, totaling 1530 yen. Orders over 1500 yen get free shipping. I added one more dish (ginger stir-fried chicken breast) for a decent lunch at home. Finally, I had a mini tempura rice bowl. Unfortunately, the onsen egg tempura was slightly torn, so I got a 5-yard penalty. Of course, I will save it for dinner. I appreciate the fast delivery, especially in this hot weather. Great job!

The unique feature of this restaurant is the option to have only the top part of the donburi. We ordered the "Gokumai Daiebina Ninjin" for 1320 yen and the "Chicken Tatsutaage" for 530 yen. Since delivery is free for orders over 1500 yen, we added a separate dish instead of forcing it into a tendon. It included two large prawns, squid, tempura egg, eggplant, lotus root, green beans, and shiso leaf. We had to prepare our own rice and miso soup. The tempura wasn't freshly fried, so it wasn't perfect, but it was still tasty. Of course, we couldn't finish everything, so we packed some in a bento box. The only issue was that the tempura dipping sauce was too strong. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. The delivery was also fast.

I would rate this place 3.9 for food, 4.0 for service, 3.5 for value for money, and no rating for drinks. This is another brand of the same restaurant I sometimes go for lunch. Today, I couldn't resist my hunger around 3:30 pm, so I decided to order delivery. I got the grilled eel bowl for 2320 yen, which was a bit luxurious. I chose the white-grilled eel instead of the usual kabayaki because the kabayaki here tends to be too strong or sweet. The delivery was very prompt. The taste was decent, but I got full after eating about two-thirds of it, so I saved the rest for the next day and made ochazuke with it. I used my own dashi stock, and it turned out even better than when I ate it fresh. This is the advantage of getting delivery and enjoying it at home.

This is my third time using this delivery service, which is quite convenient. This place is a delivery-only store, so please take care of me. This time, I ordered a Jumbo Chicken Cutlet with sauce for 930 yen and a Shrimp Tempura for 830 yen, totaling 1760 yen. First, I had the shrimp tempura with my own barley rice and sauce that I prepared myself because the sauce that came with it was too sweet. The shrimp tempura was smaller than before but there were still 3 pieces, and the quality was good. It also came with green beans, lotus root, and shiso leaves. I was satisfied with it. The chicken cutlet didn't look very big at first, but when I tried it, it was actually quite a generous portion. The taste was surprisingly good. I used store-bought sauce for this one and it worked well. This was enough for two meals. Overall, I was quite busy lately, so I've been ordering delivery a lot.

I have some work to do, but there's no rush to finish it today, so I've been lazing around. I didn't even know what holiday it was until I read the newspaper. There's nothing good on TV on days like this, even NHK BS Premium is showing baseball anime all day, which is strange. I ended up watching a music channel, realizing how out of touch I am with current music. For lunch, I only had leftover tempura rice bowl. White wine? No way. I prepared my tempura rice bowl with 1 shrimp, squid, 1 green bean, half a tempura, and half a fish cake tempura. It was delicious. The problem with rice bowl dishes is that the rice portion is often too much, especially for someone my age. It's difficult to leave food uneaten, but the rice portion is usually too large. Most delivery services offer "extra-large for free" but rarely have options for a smaller rice portion. However, this restaurant offers a solution with their "Tempura Topping" option, where you can adjust the rice portion and choose the type of rice (multigrain, barley, brown rice, etc.). I ordered the "Large Shrimp Tempura Topping" for 1260 yen, which included 2 large shrimp, squid, poached egg, eggplant, lotus root, green beans, and shiso leaf. I also added fish cake tempura and vegetable tempura, making the total cost 1760 yen with free delivery. This way, I can enjoy two bowls of tempura rice. The taste is decent, not freshly fried, but it's a satisfying solution to my long-standing issue. I'm debating whether to have the second bowl as is, or with salt and white wine.

I am happy that there are more options for delivery these days, but I am worried that it may reduce the frequency of cooking at home or dining out. This was my first time using this service. Since there is a delivery fee for orders under 1500 yen, I ordered two items, which is enough for two meals. The Charcoal-Grilled Oyakodon costs 1050 yen and the Pork Cutlet costs 630 yen. The delivery time was quick, only 20 minutes. The Oyakodon was decent, but it felt like the grilled chicken was not fully utilized in the dish. Oyakodon is a simple dish and maybe it's better not to overcomplicate it. Surprisingly, the Pork Cutlet was delicious. The coating was crispy and it tasted freshly fried. I see potential in this place, so I will consider using it again in the future.
