Located just a 1-minute walk from Arashiyama Station on the Keifuku Electric Railroad, this shop had a line even on a weekday before opening time. Curious, I decided to wait and discovered it was a Miffy-themed bakery called "Miffy Sakura Kitchen". Despite it being a weekday, there was a long line, mainly consisting of foreigners. I waited for over 10 people before making a purchase. I tried the Miffy deep-fried red bean bun (324 yen), Miffy red bean bun (313 yen), and Kumachan bread (302 yen). Since the outdoor seating area was full, I decided to eat outside. The Kumachan bread was a limited edition with sakura berry cream inside, which was quite sweet. The red bean buns were very popular and tasted delicious in a normal way. I heard it gets very crowded on weekends, so I recommend going right after opening on weekdays.

The cute and lovely breads lined up in the store are almost too cute to eat. I bought a Meefee anpan, Kumachan pan, Meefee Danish cube, and a luxurious Danish. Even the bag is cute. There are also various Meefee goods in the souvenir corner next door, perfect for Kyoto souvenirs.

There is a cute bakery that I found out about, so I decided to visit during Golden Week. However, there was a long line in front of the shop, indicating its popularity. I arrived before 11:00, but still had to wait for an hour to get inside. The most wanted items like the bear-shaped bread and the special Danish were sold out, so I couldn't buy them. The store was very crowded, so the selection was not great. It might be better to visit on a weekday if possible. Also, it seems like going right when they open would be a good idea. The appearance of the bread is very cute and Instagram-worthy, but the taste is just average. It's good for photos, but if you want delicious bread, this might not be the best place to go.

My wife strongly wanted to visit this place, where you can't enter the bakery all the time, but only during specific hours. We lined up with the crowd until the next entrance time, and were surprised by the long line - it's really popular. We purchased the reliable anpan, cream bread, and cube bread. They were all delicious, and I realized that maybe they focus on appearance as well. Thank you for the meal.

They have bread in the shape of Miffy's face, as well as bread with Miffy's face drawn on it (please see the third photo on the sign). It's a paradise that will make you excited just by looking at it. I got hungry just by looking, so I bought a "Miffy anpan" (first photo, 302 yen). The outside is fluffy and soft, with just the right amount of sweet red bean paste inside, satisfying my hunger. Arashiyama is a tourist area with lots of walking, so this shop is a good spot to recover from fatigue. When I arrived at the store, there was a line waiting on the bakery side. They had a limit on the number of people entering, so once a certain number went in, they stopped letting more people in. After about three groups went in, I finally entered! My goal was to get a Miffy anpan. It was so cute that I almost didn't want to eat it. This is a shop on the main street of Arashiyama. The shop sells goods, which are cute and fun to look at. There is also a standing eating space next to the shop, but since the weather was nice, we ate on the riverbank near the Togetsukyo Bridge. The Miffy bread, latte art drinks, and cute souvenir boxes made for great souvenirs.

The pink cup is super cute♪ They serve it on a pink Miffy tray, so it's recommended to take a photo in the eat-in space❤︎ On cold days, a warm latte is really delicious. Miffy's bread sells out quickly, so it's recommended to buy it before exploring Arashiyama. I bought a cute Miffy jelly as a souvenir♪

After decades, I visited Arashiyama again at the request of my daughter. The restaurant is conveniently located near the municipal parking lot and Arashiyama Randen Station. It has a cute appearance that even old men can appreciate. The prices are reasonable, with only 30 yen for disposable items. Next to the restaurant, there is a souvenir shop where my mother and daughter couldn't stop shopping. I, on the other hand, enjoyed my time in Arashiyama after a long time, taking photos of the exterior. This is a recommended shop for Miffy fans. The only problem is when to eat! (laughs)

At the Miffy-themed bakery or gift shop, there were various types of Miffy-shaped bread being sold, and it smelled really good. The line at the register was long. My mother went to buy, so I'm not sure of the exact price, but I think it was around 300 yen. The Miffy face-shaped bread had red bean paste inside and was very delicious. The round bread was a cream puff, and the custard cream inside was also very tasty. I didn't analyze it in detail before eating, so I'm remembering and summarizing it now (laughs).

One morning, I had breakfast with bread I bought in Arashiyama the day before with a free pass. Arashiyama was not crowded, maybe because of the coronavirus or the heat. Despite that, this particular shop was popular and somewhat busy inside. I thought the combination of bread and dashimaki tamago might be strange, but it was actually quite delicious (๑´ڡ`๑). I brought them home and unfortunately, the Miffy characters got dimples and wrinkles on them (T_T). There is a standing counter in this shop, so I recommend taking photos and eating while the shapes are still intact. As a Miffy fan, I would like to visit this shop again someday. It was cute and delicious! Everything was...✨ My favorite was the first photo, the tamagoyaki sandwich! The tamagoyaki was fluffy and slightly sweet with a hint of mustard in the background (not spicy, so even children can eat it), and the bread was moist and slightly chewy.

Finally visited the Miffy Sakura Bakery! The interior is filled with Miffy everywhere! I ordered two pastries and a matcha latte. They were moist and delicious! Even the matcha latte had Miffy's face drawn on it, but it was too cute to drink =)
