Today, I visited the restaurant "Uru" in Tokyo, supervised by former sumo wrestler Chiyonofuji. The concept of the restaurant focuses on creating dishes that are not only delicious but also good for the body. The food, presentation, and portion sizes were all excellent, and the staff took the time to explain the different cuts of meat and the best way to enjoy each dish. If you feel like eating fugu and turtle, this is the place to go. I keep coming back to this restaurant. You can see Tokyo Tower from outside, which is a nice bonus. The service is great, the interior is clean, and they offer both classic dishes and seasonal specials. I always order the celery salad, grilled fugu, and hot pot. The staff grills the fugu right in front of you with care. The hot pot comes out bubbling hot, making it visually appealing. The leftover soup is mixed with rice and mochi for a perfect finish. Everything I've tried here is delicious. The prices are casual but you still get a sense of luxury. This is a restaurant that will make you want to come back again and again. Thank you for the meal!

The restaurant has a stylish design with a counter and a semi-private raised seating area. The blowfish dishes are enjoyable as you can choose different parts and seasonings. The staff cooked everything for us. The softshell turtle hot pot was delicious, and we ended with a tasty risotto. The chocolate cake for dessert was quite large!

I arrived at 18:30 and the restaurant was full except for the counter seats. There were many families with children, creating a lively atmosphere. It was my first time trying blowfish grill, so I ordered a three kinds assortment and they grilled them all for me, which was incredibly delicious. The softshell turtle soup had a hint of ginger aroma and no unpleasant smell of the turtle, it was smooth and tasty. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Famous fugu restaurant in the area of Kamiyacho and Toranomon. I had been wanting to go for a while and finally decided to splurge and go. The restaurant is run by a daughter of Chiyonofuji, and there is a sumo wrestler's belt displayed at the entrance. Very cool. I ordered the "Special Clay Pot Rice Course" from the set menu. It included fugu skin appetizer, thick slices of sashimi, fried items, grilled items, and a clay pot for the finale (the miso soup with seasonal vegetables was also very good). It was a great experience to enjoy fugu in various ways. Especially the grilled items were enjoyable with different flavors and aromas. The price is not cheap, but I think it is worth a visit. The only downside was that the staff seemed rushed to clear plates. I wish they would let customers enjoy their fugu meal slowly.

The turtle hot pot (with rice porridge) was particularly satisfying. The rice porridge had a well-balanced presentation with the egg yolk in the center. Other dishes such as grilled blowfish, blowfish sashimi trio, and blowfish stew offer different flavors like garlic, spicy, and are all enjoyable. We ordered a special plate for my boyfriend's birthday in advance, and we could choose between cake or fruit. The dishes are good for the skin and healthy, making it a recommended option even for those on a diet! We will definitely visit again.

I was craving something healthy and found a yakifugu restaurant in Toranomon. Yakifugu! What a catchy name. It's healthy but you can still enjoy the feeling of eating grilled meat. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very sophisticated, perfect for business dinners. The dishes did not disappoint, especially the fried chicken was amazing! I would love to come back again. I used it for my birthday. Urufu, a restaurant where you can enjoy fugu, run by Chiyonofuji. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful and very comfortable. The course meal included dishes that made you feel like you were eating a whole fugu. The hot pot had a rich and delicious broth. We also enjoyed the ramen at the end. The grilled dishes were carefully prepared by the staff and were delicious. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The second time having grilled blowfish, tessa (blowfish sashimi), maguro katsu (deep-fried tuna), salad, clay pot rice, and dashimaki tamago (rolled omelette) were all delicious. They also offer a green juice highball which is good for health-conscious individuals. The restaurant is located in Atago Hills. The service was neither good nor bad. I will come back again.

The first time trying grilled pufferfish and other dishes like tuna cutlet, medium fatty tuna sashimi, and grilled cod milt was amazing. Personally, I thought the tuna cutlet and cod milt tempura were very delicious. It was my first time trying pufferfish, and it was so delicious that I definitely want to visit again. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also great!

Located near Atago Green Hills, this area sees a high turnover of shops and often has long periods without any stores. Despite being very close to my workplace, I had not visited for over 7 years until I was invited for a business meeting. I enjoyed every dish, especially the fugu. The staff provided excellent service, and the atmosphere at the counter seats was lively with many groups. The prices were reasonable, so I plan to come back for individual dishes next time. The chanko nabe course I had was specially arranged and included seasonal appetizers, fugu sashimi, grilled fugu, fugu tempura, and a delicious fugu hot pot with Inaniwa udon. The highlight was the signature dish, "grilled fugu," which was incredibly tasty. The staff grilled it tableside with great care. The restaurant is operated by "Tokyo Premium Dining," which also runs other establishments like "Restaurant Il Brio" and "Azabu-Juban." Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I used it for dinner. I made a reservation for the "Fugu Grilling Party Plan" for 12,980 yen. I also ordered additional tuna katsu and shirako sashimi. All the dishes were delicious. The tessa, karaage, tuna katsu, shirako sashimi, and suppon hot pot were all amazing!!

I've been here so many times that I've lost count, but the mixed rice was so delicious that I decided to post about it. When I come here, it's usually with a large group, so it's more about snacking while drinking than eating a full meal. We always order the grilled blowfish, with three flavors: green onion salt, garlic, and spicy miso. There are other flavors available, but I always go for these three. They are all delicious, but personally, I prefer the garlic. The staff grills it for you, so you get it at the perfect moment. And this time, the dish that was a big hit with everyone and we even ordered seconds of was the crab cream croquette. It was creamy, crispy, full of crab, and delicious. Lastly, we had blowfish hot pot rice! I usually only eat snacks, so it was my first time trying hot pot rice, and it was incredibly delicious! We added crab and salmon roe on top. It was so delicious that even though I was already full, I ended up having two servings. I definitely want to visit again. Thank you for the feast!

I actually didn't have high expectations before going, but this restaurant turned out to be really good. The staff were friendly, the interior was clean and cozy. I was looking forward to the chanko-nabe, but the fugu was actually more delicious. The staff cooked the fugu for us, and they also prepared the chanko-nabe. It was a very nice place to eat.

I was invited for the first time and visited the Kyujo-beya, which was managed by the late Chiyonofuji. There were several sumo wrestlers there. Even though I am not very familiar with sumo, Chiyonofuji was so cool back in the day! I had fugu and chanko. I forgot to take a picture of the fugu skin, and I also forgot to take a nice sizzling photo because I was enjoying the conversation. The fugu skin and fugu sashimi were a bit disappointing. The three types of grilled fugu were a specialty and quite delicious. The key is to enjoy fugu with some ingenuity. The most delicious dish was definitely the chanko with fugu. But the most delicious thing of all was the fugu fin sake. I had a great time, the conversation flowed, and my body and soul were warmed. The staff's service was excellent. Thank you for the meal.
