When it comes to Dream Dolce's soft serve ice cream, it is known for using fresh milk from its own vast Dream Hill Ranch as the main ingredient, and for using soft serve machines from Italy's Carpigiani, known as the Ferrari of the soft serve world. This year, starting from June 23rd, you can enjoy their soft serve ice cream and gelato in the underground shopping area in Sapporo. The shop is called "Tsubaki・DREAM DOLCE" as it seems to be a collaboration with the former "Tsubaki Sand" shop that used to be here. Although Tsubaki Sand offers only vanilla flavor in frozen form, it was sold out on the day of visit. The shop mainly focuses on gelato and soft serve, making it almost a Dream Dolce shop. [About the soft serve] ● Tokachi Milk Soft Serve 500 yen In this shop, there are no cup options like the main store, only black sugar cones are available. The perfect amount of air, that unique fluffy texture, smooth melting in the mouth, and the rich milkiness that comes afterwards. It is truly delicious. It's a happy thing to be able to enjoy it here without having to go to the main store.

Tsubaki Salon, famous for its pancakes, has a related shop that offers Janduya chocolate flavor in a double cup, but it's not too heavy. The salt vanilla cookie has a hint of salt and a cookie inside, so you can enjoy the texture. There are many varieties to choose from, so it's hard to decide. The overall sweetness is moderate. There are no chairs, but there is an eat-in space so you won't have trouble finding a place to eat. When leaving, the staff cheerfully said "Thank you" which made me feel good.

After having an ethnic lunch in the Odori area, I decided to explore the underground shopping area called Pole Town, which I don't usually visit. I was interested in a new shop that recently opened there. As I walked towards Susukino, the number of people gradually decreased. I couldn't find the shop and ended up realizing it was just before turning onto Tanukikoji Street (embarrassing). The shop didn't have chairs, but it had space for about five people to eat in. I ordered a double serving of corn and grape gelato. There were many options to choose from, but I decided on the corn and grape flavors. The corn was really delicious, and the grape was as expected, with a nice balance of nuttiness and sourness. I also considered the pink kiwi, but I wanted to try the seasonal fruits. Although there was another popular soft serve shop called DREAM DOLCE, I opted for gelato because of the hot weather. It seemed to be a collaboration shop with a company that operates Tsubaki Salon, but I'm not sure if they sell Tsubaki products. The shop was busy when it first opened, but I was lucky to get in easily. As the weather cooled down, I started my journey back home. There are other shops in Pole Town, such as a coffee soft serve shop and a new Banh Mi shop, which I would like to try in the future. Thank you for the meal!

I was walking in the main street of Port Town when I discovered a new shop that I had seen in Toto-san's review! I was immediately drawn in (lol). I wanted to try various flavors, so I ordered the Triple (600 yen) which includes "Volcano Chocolate" with Ruby chocolate, strawberry, raspberry, passion fruit, and red currant on top. I expected a chocolate flavor because of the Ruby chocolate on top, but it tasted like normal sour strawberry (;´∀`). Maybe it was influenced by the raspberry and red currant? The "Pudding" was a bit stronger in vanilla ice cream flavor than I expected. Maybe my taste buds are not very refined... The "Black Sesame" was unmistakably black sesame! It felt sweeter probably because of the two flavors I had before. The ice cream was scooped into the cup in a round shape with an ice cream scooper, which made it difficult to eat as the top gelato piece almost fell off when I tried to eat it. I was curious about the "Camellia Sandwich" that I haven't tried yet, but I couldn't find it, so I'll have to try it next time I visit. Thank you, "Camellia," for the delicious treats♪

I went to Susukino with my grandson to have a meal at a yakiniku restaurant with 4 people. After finishing our meal, we heard that a gelato shop called "Tsubaki Salon" had opened in the nearby Pole Town. It seemed like a perfect dessert option, so we decided to stop by. The shop had been renovated and reopened as "Tsubaki DREAM DOLCE". When we visited a few days after the opening, there were congratulatory flowers displayed. The shop was already attracting a lot of customers, and it seemed like it might become a popular spot. We ordered three double scoops of gelato for 500 yen each, with flavors like pistachio, pudding, tiramisu, mochi mochi kinako, matcha, and Tokachi vanilla. All the flavors were lightly sweetened with a smooth and stretchy texture. While I didn't try all the flavors, the pudding and mochi mochi kinako were particularly interesting. I'm curious about the other gelato flavors, and I'd like to try their soft serve ice cream next time. Thank you for the delicious meal.

A gelato shop opened in the underground shopping street "Pole Town" in Sapporo on June 23rd. I visited on the day after the opening around 3 pm. There were quite a few customers, with only about two standing spaces available for seating. I hesitated for a moment, but decided to grab a quick gelato and leave. I chose a "double" (500 yen) with flavors of "Volcano Chocolate" and "Tokachi Rare Cheese". The Volcano Chocolate had a mix of ruby chocolate, strawberry, raspberry, passion fruit, and red currants, with a nice balance of chocolate and berry flavors. The Tokachi Rare Cheese had a rare cheese gelato with passion fruit and orange sauce, creating a delicious combination of cheese and citrus flavors. This gelato shop seems to be popular, especially as we head into the hot summer months.

I visited on the opening day. According to a certain website, it was supposed to be at Odori West 4-chome in Pole Town. Pole Town should be from Minami 1-jo (^ ^;) So when I asked the store, they said it was Minami 2-jo haha, but in reality, it was on the south side, across Tanuki Koji, which means Minami 3-jo! I think the store's website also said Minami 2-jo at one point ┐(´д`)┌ Oh dear, at least I wish they would change the address to Minami 3-jo on Tabelog haha. Now, this place has been renewed as a collaboration store with Tsubaki Sando and popular gelato from Tokachi called DREAM DOLCE. In addition to the Tsubaki Sando they have been selling, they also offer gelato using plenty of fruits from Hokkaido and gelato with added twists to enhance the flavor of milk. But I couldn't find any sandwiches haha. Gelato is 400 yen for a single scoop and 500 yen for a double scoop, so I naturally ordered a double scoop. I tried Gold Pine and Pudding. The pudding was more like vanilla than pudding haha. As for Gold Pine, I was looking for the refreshing taste of pineapple, but maybe because of the strong milk flavor, the acidity of the pineapple became mild (^_^;) Maybe I made the wrong choice a bit (^^ゞ I should have gone for something like strawberry or chocolate haha.

On June 23rd, I had the Tiramisu & Pumpkin double combo for 500 yen. The Tiramisu was delicious! I think I could even try the triple combo next time. I also want to try the soft serve ice cream, so I definitely want to come back again.
