The popular menu item is the "Wagyu Roast Beef Bowl" made with homemade Wagyu roast beef that is very tender. The "Sea Bream Hand Roll Bowl" features fatty sea bream grilled and marinated in a special yuzu sesame sauce. The "Black Wagyu and Yuba Ankake Bowl" has a ginger-based sauce covering tender black Wagyu and yuba. The "Clam and Seasonal Mixed Rice" with clams, mushrooms, and Kyoto vegetables was delicious. Ingredients vary by season. The "Yellowtail Shabu-Shabu and Yuba" is served in a broth made with sea bream and kelp, with yellowtail shabu-shabu, Kyoto tofu, and Kyoto vegetables, accompanied by homemade grated ponzu sauce. I tried the summer limited edition tasting set with hamo shabu-shabu, a summer tradition in Kyoto. The broth, made by simmering hamo bones, with vinegar and chrysanthemum flowers, was refreshing. The hamo meat was elegant and refined.
The A5-ranked thigh meat, carefully grilled and served with sweet sauce and condiments, was incredibly tender and delicious.
The Tai hitsumabushi was presented beautifully in a glass dish, with a choice of condiments and a blend of katsuobushi, kombu, and tea-infused cold or warm broth from the hamo shabu-shabu. It had a cool and refreshing flavor.
The freshly cooked kamameshi with salmon and seasonal vegetables was rich and flavorful, perfect for summer.

It was perfect for summer, especially the sea bream with hittsumabushi and eel with Kyoto vegetables shabu-shabu were delicious. The access from Fushimi Inari is excellent, so be sure to visit when sightseeing. I hesitated because 4000 yen for lunch seemed too expensive, but since it was a special trip, I decided to indulge. The taste wasn't exceptionally delicious, but it was nice to eat while looking at the Inari Shrine. Unfortunately, it was raining, but if it had been sunny, the view would have been even more beautiful. It was nice to be able to eat conger eel, which I don't usually eat. The staff were friendly and explained the dishes in detail.

The flavors were all delicious. Some dishes were a bit strong in flavor. The sushi rice was very sour. I wondered if this is how it is in Kyoto, so it didn't bother me too much. I was a little worried about the meal time because the seating time was 50 minutes from entering the restaurant. I think the youngest girl, who I assume is a part-time worker, was working very hard. I could feel the pressure from her seniors. That girl will grow and improve.

However, there is a time limit so you can't really take your time to enjoy the meal, which is a shame. The rice bowl tasting set was all delicious, making it hard to decide where to start! The food is not delicious but expensive! Why do we have to take off our shoes? I won't go there anymore, what a shame! Around 2,300 yen? Too expensive! Everything feels like it could be made at home. There is no effort put into it, just relying on the location.
