The menu only had drinks and soufflés, with about 6-7 seasonal options available. I chose a plain soufflé and a drink set. The soufflé took about 15 minutes to bake, so the drink was served slowly. The soufflé was beautifully shaped and looked like a piece of art. A hole was made in the middle, cream was poured in, and then it was gently broken with a spoon before eating.
