I knew about the famous meat shop Yamamura-ya Gyubei-san, but I didn't know there was such a restaurant. Anyway, I enjoyed various meat dishes that came out. It took a little time from ordering to serving, but other than that, it was perfect.

I visited "Yamamura Ushiohei" near Shijo Omiya Station with my friends after playing golf. We had made a reservation in advance. There was a small handwritten greeting card on the table, which made us feel welcomed. We ordered the all-you-can-drink course and started with the exciting dish of searing meat with a burner. It was a meaty and satisfying night. I was worried about getting a stomachache, but it never happened, which was great. The service, atmosphere, and food were all excellent. It was a fantastic restaurant. After that, we stopped by a bar (to be featured later) and stayed at a hotel for the night. The next day, we continued with an early morning golf session, making it a challenging schedule.

The complimentary ham was delicious and the meat was tender. It's great that you can enjoy various flavors. They also have special drinks like the Dice Dice Lemon Sour. If you roll an 8, you can get a jumbo Lemon Sour for 800 yen. There are discounts or even free drinks depending on the dice roll.

I have been to this restaurant for dinner a few times and I like it because they have a wide variety of menu options and great service. This was my first time having lunch here and I ordered the Omi beef hamburger. The sauce was more tomato-based than demi-glace, which was not exactly to my liking, but it had a homemade feel and was delicious. My friend ordered the lean steak and hamburger, and they said the steak was especially tasty. The lunch set came with a drink bar (orange juice, muscat juice, yuzu lemonade, iced tea, iced coffee, oolong tea) and a soup bar (today's soup was something like egg drop soup). You can have unlimited refills of rice and salad, which is great. I immediately ordered an extra salad. With prices ranging from 1000 to 1500 yen for lunch including drinks, rice, and salad, I would definitely come back again.

At lunchtime, I stumbled upon a restaurant and decided to go in because I was craving meat. I ordered the dice steak, minced cutlet salad, soup, rice, and a drink with free refills. The salad was decent, and the soup was promptly replaced when it ran out. The main steak was cut into bite-sized pieces and had a moderate portion. The sauce was flavorful, but the meat itself was a bit lacking in taste. The rice was tasty and went well with the meal. The minced cutlet, however, was disappointing as it was dry and lacked juiciness. The meal was filling, especially with the option to refill the salad and soup. The drink refills also added to the good value. I would like to try something different next time.

The meat at Yamamura-ya, which is a direct management store, is safe and reliable. It was surprising to see the meat coming out from the protrusion! The steak was delicious too. It went well with the onion sauce. It goes well with alcohol. The anchovy cabbage is simple but incredibly delicious. It goes well with alcohol. The teppanyaki stir-fry has a good texture and a delicious taste typical of offal. It goes well with alcohol. When the glass is empty, the owner quickly comes to ask if you would like a refill. I ended up drinking too much.

I went for the first time with my junior, and the first thing I noticed when I sat down was the thank you message for visiting. The message was printed by hand, but the name was handwritten, which made me very happy! The hospitality was evident, and the staff were all very polite and kind. Most importantly, everything I ate was delicious! We had prosciutto as an appetizer, and it was so good that we ended up ordering two more servings! It's that delicious! The atmosphere is great! The staff is great! The food is great too! I definitely want to go again!

For the aperitif, I had sparkling wine. It was relatively dry and seemed suitable for both before the meal and with the meal. However, when it comes to meat, red wine is the usual choice, so I decided to stick with sparkling wine for before and after the meal. The first dish that came out was seared black wagyu rib loin yukhoe. The raw rib loin was seared on a hot plate in front of us by the server, making it a visually appealing dish that I regret not capturing on video for Instagram. I was instructed to wrap the yolk around it and eat it in one bite, but it was too much for one bite, causing the yolk to overflow and spill. It was tender and the fat melted in a delicious way, but personally, I would have preferred to cut it in half with a fork and knife and savor it slowly rather than eating it in one bite. It might be a bit challenging for some ladies. The appetizers were a trio of cold dishes and homemade aged black wagyu prosciutto. The prosciutto was delicious, and the accompanying vegetables were also tasty, making it a great pairing with the wine. From here, I alternated between glass red wine and sangria red at a moderate pace. The photo is of the sangria red. I had shrimp and mushroom ajillo with baguette. It had been a while since I had something fancy like ajillo, and it was delicious with a strong garlic flavor. My companion lamented that there wasn't enough baguette. Perhaps sparkling wine or white wine would have been a good choice here. I had fried potatoes and beef fillet cutlet. The demi-glace sauce was incredibly delicious. It had a flavor that made me want to pour it over rice and eat it. Finally, I had a comparison set of black wagyu rump steak and Omi beef Hanasaku steak as the main dishes. It was hard to choose between the two, as they each had their own deliciousness, but personally, I preferred the Omi beef. However, both were truly delicious. For dessert, I had vanilla ice cream, which surprisingly paired well with the sangria red. I forgot to take a photo, but before dessert, I also had bolognese. It was a bolognese with lots of meat chunks, truly living up to the reputation of a butcher's bolognese. I was satisfied with the delicious meat and the all-you-can-drink wine, considering the price. I enjoyed a full and delicious meal. Thank you for the feast.

I went back to the restaurant I visited last year! It's great to be able to eat lots of meat! The sushi with sea urchin on top was super delicious. The highball was around 200 yen, so you can drink a lot without it getting too expensive. I ordered a meat platter with black wagyu, lamp, and sausage, and it came with lots of vegetables, which was nice. The mashed potatoes were surprisingly delicious. The curry-flavored fried chicken was cute and had a good amount in the serving. The appetizer was different from last time, it was ham, which was tasty but I'd like to try something else next time. I don't drink much wine, so I forgot to take a picture, but the anchovy cabbage was flavorful and a great side dish. The tongue with salt was a bit mediocre.

Today, I went to drink in Omiya. Steak & Wine Yamamura Gyuhei is a meat bar run by the Omiya beef butcher shop "Yamamura-ya". In addition to their proud meat, they also offer alcohol starting from 199 yen. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is nice, with cute drawings on the menu board. They also have non-alcoholic cocktails made with fruits. The first dish I had was the juicy homemade Omi beef sausage steak 150g. It was a big sausage with steak sauce and mustard on the side. When I cut into it, the meat juice overflowed. The texture was firm and the mustard paired well with it. Next, I tried the popular menu item, the seared rib roast with sea urchin. It is a luxurious dish where the domestic black beef rib roast is seared in front of you and topped with sea urchin. The burner flames in front of you as it is cooked. The meat was wrapped around the sea urchin and it was a luxurious collaboration. The high-quality meat and fresh sea urchin melted in my mouth. It was delicious! For my second drink, I let the staff choose a non-alcoholic drink that would look good on Instagram. I had the strawberry milk, a sweet cocktail with fruit in it. I added one more seared dish, the Omi beef seared sushi with 3 pieces. It was served on a flat plate and the meat was seared in front of me. I added wasabi and enjoyed the savory meat. It was delicious and quite luxurious. Overall, the meat at this meat bar was fantastic. I found a wonderful meat bar and I would love to go back again!

A meat bar located in Kyoto, Shijo-Omiya. It is said to be directly operated by a butcher shop, so I had high expectations. Since my usual go-to restaurant was closed, I decided to try this new place. There are quite a few good dining options in Omiya. We visited without a reservation, but luckily they had a table available. We ordered a variety of meat dishes, which were a bit on the expensive side. We ordered steak platter, black wagyu beef yukhoe, garlic shrimp, aged ham, grilled sea urchin, fried cartilage, beef stew, and mapo tofu. The garlic shrimp dish was supposed to come with shrimp, but instead, they brought beef tendons. They kindly replaced it, but it took quite a while for the replacement to arrive. The meat was of high quality, as expected from a butcher shop. The mapo tofu was surprisingly good. Overall, it was delicious.

This time we only reserved seats, and we were served black wagyu beef prosciutto as a complimentary dish! It was topped with Parmigiano and olive oil, giving it a unique flavor compared to regular prosciutto. It went well with alcohol! The beef stew seemed a bit watery. I think it would have been tastier if it had a richer flavor. The hamburger was indeed a quality hamburger from a meat shop, with a thick patty. We tried three types of steak: marbled steak, chuck flap, and skirt steak. It was nice to be able to enjoy steak at a reasonable price. The beef cutlet had a crispy coating that paired well with the tender meat inside. The demi-glace sauce was made from sieved tomato cans.

I was wandering around Shijo-Omiya and stumbled upon this place. It's a butcher's shop with a cow silhouette on the exterior, so I couldn't help but be intrigued. I ordered the combo of hamburger steak and Omi beef steak from the lunch menu. There was a partition of mixed vegetables in the middle to prevent the sauces from mixing. The steak was cut to a moderate thickness and had decent quality. The hamburger steak was juicy and incredibly delicious. It was a very satisfying lunch.

I headed to Shijo Omiya in Kyoto for lunch at Omi Beef Steak & Wine Yamamura Gyubei. I had the lunch menu Omi Beef Hamburg Steak for 1000 yen. First, I had salad and soup. I wish there was a bit more salad, though. The Omi beef hamburger steak was delicious, with a rich meaty flavor and juicy texture. You can have unlimited rice refills. They even saw me off all the way outside.

I could see that the large glass window of the restaurant was bustling from the outside! I was in the mood for some meat, so I decided to go in. The smell of the meat being grilled was so inviting. I was seated at a table closest to the entrance with no waiting time. I was also drawn to the drinks starting from 198 yen on the outdoor sign! I don't really know the difference in taste of alcohol, so I'm always attracted to the cheaper options! I ordered a Highball (of course, for 198 yen). When deciding on the initial menu, they informed us that they would bring out some prosciutto as a complimentary appetizer. I love prosciutto, and it was delicious with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. There were many meat options to choose from, but I decided to go with a set of 100g of lamp, 100g of harami, and 150g of homemade sausage. It took a bit of time, so I was a little bored, but when it arrived, it was surprisingly filling! The steak sauce, salt, wasabi, and mustard were perfect with the lamp, and the harami was just right with the steak sauce. It was delicious and perfectly cooked. After that, we had pork tongue, salt, iron plate hormone, garlic rice, tartar sauce, and fried chicken. Since there were two of us, we were very full. They also had a promotion where they offered a free drink for posting on social media! We ate so much and the bill came out to be in the 7000 yen range, so it felt like a good deal. Also, there was a couple celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary, and a congratulatory song was played for them.
