After shopping at Yodobashi, we came here. It was my first visit. It was a bit of an odd time in the evening, but there were quite a few customers already there. I noticed that most people were ordering set meals. At first, my partner was going to go for the recommended set meal that was displayed outside, but when I ordered something more like izakaya style, he also wanted to try different dishes (laughs). They had options like all-you-can-drink sets or appetizer sets (drinks not included), but since I drink slowly, I find time limits difficult, so we just ordered individual items. I had a draft beer and my partner had oolong tea. The draft beer was Sapporo Black Label. For food, we had crispy chicken salad, fried potatoes, assorted skewers, and grilled chicken skewers. You could choose between salt or sauce for the grilled chicken skewers, and we chose salt. I personally prefer sauce for items like tsukune and negima, and salt for items like seseri and sunagimo (laughs). The salad with chicken was delicious and had a good amount of crispy topping. The grilled seseri was quite dark, but very tasty. I haven't been able to go to a good yakitori place recently (there isn't one nearby...), so I was really happy today to satisfy my craving for chicken. The restaurant quickly filled up with customers as we were eating, and by the time we left, there was a line outside. It seems to be a popular place.

It was around 3 or 4 PM on a Sunday when I entered. I noticed a "casual set for 2000 yen with all-you-can-drink" offer. The set included edamame, chicken karaage, pickled cucumbers, and a choice of half-size teppanyaki. The edamame was ordinary, the pickled cucumbers had a salty shark cartilage-like taste which was interesting, and the chicken karaage was delicious. The portion size was quite generous for one person. We chose teppanyaki options for our group - charcoal-grilled, salted green onion, and green onion miso. They were all tasty and varied in flavor. Despite being half-size, there were four pieces, so it was good value for money. In addition to the set, we also ordered chicken thigh skewers and "drooling chicken". The chicken thigh skewers had a nice texture and were delicious, while the "drooling chicken" had a delicious sauce. We finished with chicken porridge, which was a light and satisfying way to end the meal. Although the all-you-can-drink time had passed, we were not rushed and enjoyed our meal until the end.
