On July 27th (Monday), amidst the scorching heat with temperatures exceeding 35℃ for consecutive days in Miyazu City on the Japan Sea side. I visited the former Ise Kogami Shrine (the foremost shrine in Tango Province) and then headed to the inner shrine! On the way back, I got caught in heavy rain and ended up completely soaked! Despite trying to dry off with a towel and using the dehumidifying air conditioner in the car, I couldn't quite manage. Nevertheless, I continued on to a lunch spot!
I always have a lunch spot in mind when I go out. This time, it was a pizzeria where pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven!! [P-Boat] is a stylish restaurant in a log house. It's a truly authentic log house, the kind of place you don't see often. I explained my situation to the owner, that I didn't have a change of clothes and was still wet, but he kindly allowed us to come in (m(__)m). The chairs were of the wooden bench type, so it was okay if they got a little wet! We removed the cushions and sat down. Fortunately, we were the only customers after the others had left.
I had found out the day before that they also serve curry. It's a rare place where you can enjoy both. Beef curry with naan. The curry was tempting, but... I decided to go all out with the pizzas. The first one was the classic Margherita. The plate was Japanese-style, and the cheese stretched beautifully, with a chewy Neapolitan-style crust. The second one was Capotana with lots of vegetables. Broccoli, spinach, eggplant, tomatoes, all piled on top. The calzone was also fluffy, and the crust was delicious!
I was sitting right behind a wood stove, and if they had lit it, my clothes would have dried, but it's impossible in the summer. It was a shame that I couldn't see the flames from the wood-fired oven this time, but the pizzas were delicious. Once again, it was a fantastic lunch (^^)_U~~

Holiday at 12 o'clock in front of the famous glamping facility, there is a parking lot available at In Margherita for 1450 yen. Caponata for 1750 yen. Iced coffee for 450 yen. After waiting for about 10 minutes, people arrived one after another. It's impossible for one person to finish one serving, so let's share it without forcing ourselves. Margherita: Yes, delicious. The wood-fired pizza is really tasty. And this pizza has a unique taste on the crust and edges, right? It's not crispy like a burnt crust, but rather soft and chewy. Caponata: Ah, incredibly delicious. The vegetables are different from the ones you buy at the supermarket. Are they homemade? From a contracted farm? I'm not sure, but they are definitely fresh and delicious. And again, the chewy edges are the best. Many people who are nearby glamping are getting takeout. The iced coffee was just average, but I found out they have non-alcoholic options after ordering. Non-alcoholic drinks are tasty these days, so I'll go for that next time. I'll definitely come back, maybe next time for a non-alcoholic beer.

I had a Margherita pizza. It was oven-baked and the crust was soft and chewy, very delicious. It was a shame that there was no basil. The Caesar salad also had a hint of the sea, which made it unique. The restaurant is located slightly uphill from the main street, and it had a nice and calming atmosphere. Next time, I want to try the Naan curry.

- Margherita
- Genovese
- Bismarck
First time visiting! Recommended by a friend! Authentic Italian pizza baked in a stone oven! The chewy crust and melty cheese make it impossible for it to not be delicious. Ordered the top 2 recommendations and personally chose Genovese! Bismarck, with its creamy egg, cheese, and bacon, was delicious! Margherita, with its irresistible mozzarella cheese. Genovese, with the aroma of basil and the savory taste of garlic, was amazing! The tomato topping was refreshing and tasty. Will definitely go again, haha.

Today, I stayed at Marinopia Resort in Miyazu. There was a pizza shop near the villa I stayed in, so I decided to buy pizza from there. I was skeptical about finding a wood-fired pizza in such a rural area, but indeed, there was a pizza shop called P-Boat. When I entered the shop, no one was there, so I had to call out to get their attention. The pizzas I ordered, one with oysters and another with prosciutto, exceeded my expectations in taste. The oyster pizza used smoked oysters, which was delicious. I never expected to find such a great wood-fired pizza in the countryside. I think it will become very popular on weekends.

While driving along the coast, I spotted a cute little shop after climbing a bit up the mountain (about 1-3 minutes). There was a parking lot right next to it where you could park 2 or 3 cars. The charming interior of the shop had hidden apples like hidden Mickeys, and I had fun looking for them while waiting for my meal. The menu included salads, pizzas, and curries. The salad dressing seemed to be special and was really delicious. There was also a wide variety of pizza options. Personally, I was disappointed that there was no pasta on the menu. They also offer takeout, so I would love to go back again.

We went directly from Amanohashidate to P-BOAT. It only took a few minutes by car to get there. It was a weekday at 2 pm, and there were only two groups including us. The atmosphere was very quiet with pleasant music playing. We ordered the Bismarck pizza, rough-cut sausage pizza, and onion pizza. The cheese was fluffy all the way to the ears and not greasy, very delicious. I would like to visit again.

The taste and atmosphere are both good. Making a reservation on weekends or holidays gives peace of mind.

This is a pizzeria café located along the Miyazu Bay near the base of the sandbar that makes up Amanohashidate, one of Japan's three most scenic views. The restaurant is a log house with a cozy atmosphere, offering a variety of pizzas, curry, salads, and soups. The pizzas, cooked in a wood-fired oven, are delicious with a smoky flavor and a chewy crust. The Oil Sardine and Tomato pizza and the Genovese pizza were particularly tasty. The Minestrone soup was also flavorful with plenty of ingredients. The café also offers a selection of beverages, including a refreshing coffee. The restaurant became busy as the lunch hour approached, attracting both tourists and locals. It was a great find by chance.

I heard from an acquaintance that this place was delicious, so my family and I visited. The restaurant was crowded with many customers. We shared several types of pizza, and they were all very delicious. They bring out hot pizzas baked in a stone oven. The most delicious one was the Bismarck. I think it was the best pizza I've ever had. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also really nice. I would definitely like to visit again in the future.

It was delicious, but personally, I prefer the pizza crust to be a bit more crispy...

This is a pizza restaurant that specializes in stone oven-baked pizzas. The crispy crust and melted cheese emit a delicious aroma. The restaurant overlooks the sea from a lodge, providing a relaxing environment to enjoy your meal.
