I casually stopped by to have some tsukemen. Guurindai, located in front of Fukuchiyama Station, is a place that specializes in karaage (fried chicken). I tried it right away and it was juicy, tender, and very delicious. As for the tsukemen, I prefer the spicy version over the regular one. Even the normal level of spiciness is very hot, so be careful, everyone!

I was able to easily enter after 1 pm on a regular day! I was curious about the maze-soba, but since it was my first time, I chose the specialty of this restaurant!
- Large serving of vegetable tsukemen 990 yen
It feels like a Jiro-style vegetable dish! There's a lot of bean sprouts! The texture of the noodles is amazing! It's so chewy! The soup is thick with a seafood and pork bone base! Just this alone will fill you up, and since there are a lot of vegetables, it seems good for your body too!

A noodle shop specializing in tsukemen located on the north side of JR Fukuchiyama Station, right in front. Purchased a meal ticket at the ticket machine. Chose the popular vegetable tsukemen. The interior of the shop is mainly counter seats in a U-shape, with three table seats. The atmosphere seems to have a fast turnover of customers. The pillars are decorated with lively posters and panels. It takes a little time to cook the noodles after ordering. The soup is rich, with bonito and sesame as the main flavors. The noodles are thick and delicious when mixed with the soup. The vegetables consist mainly of bean sprouts, with cabbage coming next. I would like to see more variety in the types of vegetables if possible.

Visited the restaurant with two colleagues for a company errand. We ordered the meat tsukemen and kuurin donburi at the counter. I chose the cold tsukemen! The meat was surprisingly substantial and quite satisfying. It wasn't the melt-in-your-mouth type, but it had a good meaty texture and chewiness. When dipped in the soup, it had a flavorful broth with a mix of seafood and pork bone! It was really delicious...! As someone who loves fukuchian, I really enjoyed it! I was thinking of getting a refill of the soup, but the noodles soaked it up quickly and it disappeared, haha. The kuurin donburi was delicious too! The noodles tasted great with a squeeze of lemon at the end. I don't often go to Fukuchian, but I would like to visit again next time!

Today, I visited Guryindai, a tsukemen restaurant near Fukuchiyama Station in Kyoto. I ordered the Ajitama Tsukemen for 870 yen from the ticket machine, opting for cold noodles. The standout feature of their tsukemen is the thick dipping sauce. By the time I finished the noodles, the sauce was nearly gone. It was incredibly delicious and I finished every last bit. Thank you for the meal.

I decided to eat before heading back from my first visit to Fukuchiyama, so I entered this restaurant near JR Fukuchiyama Station. Personally, I'm not a big fan of tsukemen, so I didn't have high expectations, but I was surprised by the deliciousness of the noodles here. They are made with whole wheat flour and have the strongest aroma, sweetness, texture, and thickness I have ever experienced. To be honest, the noodles alone are so delicious that they would be satisfying even without the dipping sauce. Although the noodles left a strong impression, the dipping sauce and chashu were also delicious, so I was very satisfied. The only problem is that I don't expect to visit Fukuchiyama again in my lifetime. It's a shame to think that I won't be able to eat these noodles again. If Fukuchiyama had an online store, I would definitely buy from them. Looking forward to it.

Got rejected by two places... Tonkichi, Menya Somie's, and Tsukemen Honpo Guurindai in Fukuchiyama, Kyoto. I had the Niku Tsukemen with extra noodles (2 servings) and the Guurin Donburi. Tonkichi only does takeout, while Somie's is closed until after Golden Week. They offer self-service condiments like black shichimi, white sesame, and curry powder. Arrived at 12:05 and it was mostly empty, about 80% full.

I wanted to eat tsukemen for the first time in a while, so I stopped by for lunch. There is no parking lot, but there is a parking lot at Fukuchiyama Station that offers 30 minutes of free parking. This time, I ordered the meat tsukemen with cold noodles and vegetable tsukemen for my partner. I chose the cold noodles for the meat tsukemen. It had plenty of meat and I really liked the rich taste. The noodles were also great, with a nice texture that didn't get overshadowed by the dipping sauce. The thick noodles provided a satisfying chew. The vegetable tsukemen had lots of vegetables in the dipping sauce. The fried chicken was soaked in a delicious sauce.

Fukuchiyama Station, meeting point for transferring to the Tango Express, with an hour to spare. Feeling a bit peckish, I decided to go out for a bite to eat. As I descended to the concourse, I noticed a sign for a restaurant called Guurindaisan, right in front of the station. I could see it from there, with flashy lights. I crossed the station square and entered the restaurant immediately. I bought a ticket from the vending machine for spicy tsukemen, karaage, and a shochu highball. The spicy tsukemen had three levels of spiciness to choose from. Although I can handle spicy food, I was cautious since it was my first time at this restaurant. I opted for medium spiciness. The noodles that arrived were thick and straight, similar to Inaniwa udon. The sign said to try the noodles first, so I did. They were chewy and had a robust texture, made with whole wheat flour. The dipping sauce was a rich blend of pork bone, chicken, bonito, dried sardines, and vegetables simmered for twenty hours. Surprisingly, it was not overly salty and had a refreshing taste. The sauce was not too salty, allowing me to dip generously without feeling guilty. The karaage, coated with the sauce at the tip, was also excellent. It was perfectly fried. The sauce at the tip added a nice touch of flavor. I even ordered another shochu highball. It was a great restaurant. I later found out that Fukuchiyama Station area is a competitive ramen battleground, which explains its popularity. I will definitely come back. Thank you for the meal.

An old man had ramen in Fukuchiyama. He first went to a kushikatsu restaurant in the city and had some drinks, feeling good. But he still wanted more food, so he decided to have ramen as a finishing touch. Ramen is like devil's food, making you crave it after drinking. The restaurant he visited was called Guurindai, which specialized in tsukemen. The old man tried the tsukemen with a big serving of chashu. The soup had a seafood flavor, the thick noodles were soaked in it, and he enjoyed the meaty chashu. Both the chashu and the thick noodles were delicious. After drinking, ramen is hard to resist even though it's not good for you. Overall, it was a tasty place and he recommends trying it out if you have the chance.

The Ajitama Tsukemen with whole grain noodles is delicious. The thick noodles have a nice firmness and chewiness that is addictive. It was my first visit in a while, and I must say the noodles here are really tasty. I think the whole grain noodles would be perfect for a cold noodle dish. The soup is a seafood-based broth that doesn't leave you feeling heavy. The service of offering extra soup is also great.

On a scorching hot day (36.4℃ in Fukuchiyama), I decided to skip the planned ramen with broth and opted for cold dipping noodles instead. I went to Tsukemen Honpo Guurindai in Kyoto, Fukuchiyama, and ordered a dipping noodles and rice bowl set with extra noodles (1.5 servings). The dipping sauce was rich in seafood flavor, and the dipping noodles came with slices of pork, seasoned egg, seaweed, and bamboo shoots. I did not add extra pork slices, but opted for extra noodles which amounted to around 250g before cooking. I also ordered a mini Guurindai rice bowl, which came with shredded pork, seasoned egg, seaweed, and self-serve sesame seeds and curry powder for seasoning.

I wanted to eat at two ramen shops in Fukuchiyama City, but both were temporarily closed. I was wondering where to eat when I stumbled upon "Tsukemen Honpo Guurindai"! Today's lunch is decided here. First, I purchased a meal ticket. The ramen menu only has tsukemen. I ordered the tsukemen set for ¥990. The homemade medium-thick straight noodles typical of tsukemen. You can choose between warm or cold noodles, but of course, tsukemen is best with cold noodles. The dipping sauce is pork bone-based with fish powder sprinkled on top. It was described as rich, but it tasted quite ordinary. The fried chicken is served with a secret sauce and is light and tasty. It was small but delicious. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

It was a ticket system. I purchased the classic set meal of shime rice and a bottle of beer. When I handed the ticket to the staff, they asked if I wanted the noodles hot or cold. I chose hot without hesitation. The noodles were made from whole wheat flour, with a light brown color. They were smooth and chewy, with a strong flavor. The soup was simmered for 20 hours, making it rich and very delicious. The toppings included thin slices of chashu, a boiled egg, menma, and a large sheet of seaweed. The rice for the finishing touch had green onions and shredded chashu on top, with a small amount of sauce. I had never been a fan of dipping noodles because I had a lukewarm and fishy image of them, but I was extremely satisfied with this one. Despite the generous portion, I finished it easily. I may not have the opportunity to visit this place often due to its location, but it was a memorable and wonderful restaurant.

Highly recommended spot near Fukuchiyama Station, spacious and bright with a nice atmosphere. I'd like to take my time here if I had the chance. The noodles are chewy and have a nice texture. When I mixed the dipping sauce with the broth, it was amazing. I had 40 minutes until my train, with a 40-minute layover in Fukuchiyama. Since it was my first time here, I wanted to eat at a local restaurant, but I didn't have much time. I stood there thinking it was already dark, so I couldn't really grasp the atmosphere around the station. Then I saw a brightly lit restaurant! And it was a ramen shop! I decided to eat there! I wanted to try tsukemen in Fukuchiyama since it's cold, so I ordered a hot serving. There are many tsukemen shops these days. I've been awakening to the deliciousness of tsukemen recently, so I chose tsukemen. I was hesitating about what to eat, but I went with the standard tsukemen. The noodles looked shiny and delicious! And there was a lemon on the side. Following the advice posted in front of me, I took a bite of the noodles as they were. Yes, they were chewy and very delicious! Then I dipped the noodles in the soup and slurped them up. The thick and rich soup clung to the noodles incredibly well and was very tasty. Mixing in the chashu was also incredibly delicious. I finished it all in one go. And finally, I resisted the temptation of rice, mixed the soup with a Japanese-style broth, and savored the soup. It was incredibly delicious. I finished the soup too. I'm satisfied. It's really nice to have eating advice. First, I followed the advice, and next time, I'll enjoy experimenting with different ways to eat. I'd like to take my time next time. Located a short walk from JR Fukuchiyama Station. Today, I had lunch here. The interior of the restaurant has counter seats and table seats, and first, you purchase a meal ticket at the ticket machine. I ordered the flavored egg dipping noodles. Now, let's dig in! The flavored egg and chashu are submerged in the dipping sauce, while the green onions and bamboo shoots are served separately. The thick noodles mix well with the dipping sauce, which quickly diminishes as you eat. There is a pot of soup on the table for refills, but I didn't need it as there was still plenty of sauce left. Anyway, bon appétit! The bean sprout namul at the self-service corner is all-you-can-eat, so feel free to have as much as you like. However, the plates are quite small, so you can't pile on too much, but it's still a nice touch.笑

When I visited Fukuchiyama, I was intrigued by this shop in front of the station, so I decided to check it out. It seems to be a branch of Fukuchiyan, a shop in Fukuchiyama, as they were playing their theme song inside the store (lol). I ordered the Guryin Tsukemen and Spicy Tsukemen, and waited for them to arrive. The tsukemen that arrived had plenty of vegetables such as bean sprouts in the dipping sauce, and I thought this was the Guryin Tsukemen. However, when I looked at the photos on Tabelog later, it seemed like what I got was actually the vegetable tsukemen, so maybe the staff made a mistake. Nevertheless, the generous amount of vegetables and the seafood tonkotsu broth paired well and tasted delicious, so I was satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

Fukuchi-an's affiliated store in front of Fukuchiyama station specializes in tsukemen, but the experience was disappointing. The staff were not very friendly, and the noodles were thinner than usual. The dipping sauce was just spicy with no other flavors, and the soup was cold. Even the regular tsukemen ordered by a companion was not good. Overall, the quality of the ramen shops in Fukuchiyama seems low, and I will not be going back.

I went out with my ZZR for lunch and first headed to the meeting spot. Since I didn't know anyone there, I refueled and then went on a winding road adventure. Along the way, I came across a nice spot due to the season and saw many fish swimming. I took some photos with the electric poles in the background. After playing around a bit, I decided to move on and finally arrived at the restaurant. I was looking for the normal tsukemen on the menu, but got confused by the vending machine layout and ended up ordering the vegetable tsukemen. The kitchen seemed a bit chaotic, and there were no staff around to help. Despite the mix-up, the noodles were great, although I couldn't taste the normal flavor due to the abundance of vegetables in the dipping sauce. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't try the normal tsukemen. I finished off my meal with a soup refill and left feeling satisfied. Thank you for the meal!
