This is a tonkatsu restaurant located in the MIPPLE shopping center. The view from the shop was nice. Since it's in a shopping center, there is plenty of parking available. This time, I had the service lunch with shrimp and pork cutlet. The pork cutlet was not too thick and had no pork smell, it was delicious pork meat. It also came with shrimp fry so it was a good deal. There is salt and sesame on the table for seasoning, so you can change the taste. Overall, the pork cutlet at this tonkatsu restaurant was delicious.

For lunch today, I went to Katsufuji in Mipple near Amanohashidate. It's a favorite place I've been to many times, but surprisingly my first time posting about it. I had the pork cutlet set meal for 930 yen and added some chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets are for when you're feeling a bit greedy! At this restaurant, you can get unlimited rice and cabbage, but I decided to pass on that today.

It's a shop I visited quite a while ago. Located in Miyazu City, home to Amanohashidate. There is a Mipple in the center. I visited for lunch. Without any plans, I found that many shops were closed due to the pandemic, and the ones that were open were not empty. Feeling troubled... I happened to find this place after searching. It's a tonkatsu restaurant commonly found in facilities. There isn't any particular feature, but it's well-maintained. I ordered the shrimp loin cutlet set. I should write faster before I forget. Sorry about that. I waited about 10 minutes after ordering. About 30% of the seats were filled. What's the point of discriminating only against restaurants for COVID measures? It's baffling. The cutlets, shrimp, both were decent. Of course, they were delicious. It's hard to say if there is any exclusive charm. Well, being safe is reassuring. Thank you for the meal!! I hope the pandemic ends soon!

I had lunch at this restaurant located inside a shopping center, where there are also government offices and a library. The place was quite busy. I ordered the Katsudon set, which came with a freshly fried, large piece of pork cutlet. The portion of rice was a bit small. The egg topping had a good flavor and the broth was tasty. The dish was a bit on the salty side, but overall it was a delicious Katsudon.

The Ebi Rosu Katsu set meal! I thought this was quite affordable for just over 1000 yen considering the volume!

Katsufuji at the dining floor of the building where the supermarket Sato is located next to Michi-no-Eki Miyazu offers delicious tonkatsu dishes for lunch under 1,000 yen. The tonkatsu is served on a silver net, with all-you-can-eat rice and cabbage. Despite its appearance resembling a family restaurant, the quality is quite high. Moreover, you can enjoy a great view of Miyazu Bay from your seat. Bon appétit!

In the northern part of Kyoto Prefecture, you can find the famous Amanohashidate, one of Japan's three most scenic views, located in Miyazu City. In the heart of Miyazu City, there is a supermarket called Mipple with a restaurant on the 4th floor. Among the 4-5 restaurants there, you will find Katsufuji. They offer dishes like Tonkatsu Don with mini udon and a service lunch with Ebi Rosu Katsu set. You can have unlimited rice and cabbage. The restaurant has about 60 seats, so it gets crowded at lunchtime. The prices are reasonable, so it's worth a visit. The best time to go might be around 1 pm.

You can see the sea (depending on where you sit...) I visited for lunch. I had the Mixed Fry Set for 680 yen, which included shrimp fry, fried chicken, and a bite-sized cutlet. I was very satisfied for the price. Most tonkatsu restaurants offer free refills of rice and cabbage, and it was the same here. I think this place used to be the same tonkatsu restaurant before, but the name seems to have changed (I apologize if I'm mistaken). My daughter was also very satisfied, but the pickles were sliced unusually large, making it a bit difficult to eat. It might be even more challenging for those with dental issues. I would like to visit this restaurant again if I have the chance.
