The restaurant had four faces: Inari sushi, Zangi (fried chicken), tonkatsu (breaded pork cutlet), and grilled eel, and mainly focused on takeout. This type of establishment seems to be doing well lately. I pass by this place continuously during the day (due to work). Takeout is convenient for various reasons, so I plan to try it out here sometime. I was undecided on which genre to choose from the four. I ordered the thick-cut pork loin tonkatsu bento. The breading was crispy and the meat was not fully cooked in some parts. It seemed like they may have fried frozen cutlets that were pre-made and then reheated. However, I prefer my tonkatsu piping hot. The parts that were not fully cooked were almost cold, which was quite disappointing. If the tonkatsu had been cooked properly, the side dishes and shredded cabbage were tasty, so it could have been a good meal. The tonkatsu itself had a delicious salty flavor, although it did not come with sauce. I seemed to have forgotten something, not just about the sauce. Despite this unfortunate coincidence, the staff were friendly, so I will give it another try.

Opened on June 16, 2021, I visited for the first time on June 19, 2021. This is a small shop with only four seats, so I'll keep it brief. I will be a regular here from now on. It's located on the first floor of Takase Building. I bought the seared pork with black pepper bento for 690 yen. The quality of the rice was good, and the pork was also of good quality. It was tender and delicious. Since it's a bento, I felt like it could use a bit more salt, but overall it was great.
