When staying at a hotel near Kyoto Station for a business trip, I use this restaurant for dinner. It's great to be able to enjoy this taste without waiting in line at the food court. I was called by the buzzer in about 5 minutes and quickly enjoyed my meal at a nearby table. The chashu pork had 3 slices and was just the way I like it, with plenty of fatty meat.

Popular ramen restaurant in Kyoto, Shinrai. On this day, I went to Aeon Mall with my family. For lunch, we ate ramen at the food court. The food court here has Shinrai, Due Italian, and Nagasaki Chanpon. The ramen costs 780 yen. I ordered it without green onions to share with my daughter, but it looks a bit plain without them. The soup is pork bone soy sauce with a layer of fat on top, and it comes with sliced chashu. Instead of bean sprouts commonly found in Kyoto ramen, this one has bamboo shoots. If it had green onions, it would feel more like a Kyoto-style ramen.

Hello, this is 4Nyokki. After finishing watching the movie "Monster," I went to Kamikita in the food court at Aeon Mall. I used to frequent the Nishiiin station store. Even though it was 2 o'clock, it was quite crowded, including foreigners. First, I wasn't feeling like eating ramen due to my physical condition, but after taking a sip of the soup, I thought, "Yes, this is it." Tonkotsu shoyu ramen is the most comforting. Next, I decided to try the fried rice, which was probably my first time ordering fried rice at Kamikita. One bite and I thought, "Hmm, it's sweet. It's greasy and sweet. I didn't quite understand why it was so sweet, but maybe if I was feeling a bit better, I could have enjoyed it more." I quickly finished it. Now, back to the ramen. I took a slurp of the noodles. Yes, delicious. This is it. Kamikita is known for its chashu ramen. I really wanted to have some chashu. As I was eating, I thought, "This is like pork sukiyaki." The chashu is so tender, almost like a monster. It's so delicious when soaked in the tonkotsu shoyu soup.

I tried it for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious both the ramen and fried rice were! Even considering that I was very hungry, I still think it was really tasty! The noodles were straight and medium-thin, with a rich flavor typical of Kyoto ramen. It paired well with the fried rice, which was also delicious. I was impressed by how good the fried rice was. I heard there is a main store in Nishikujo, so I will definitely come back to try it again when I visit Aeon Mall.

After buying Gunpla at AEON Mall KYOTO, we had dinner as a family at a food court where everyone can eat what they like. The food court has many stores that are found in other AEON malls. My son wanted fried rice, so we decided to go to Jyurai Menya Shinrai together. This ramen shop has its main store in Nishiiin and has 6 branches in the Kansai region. My son ordered a large portion of fried rice (520 yen), and since he also wanted to try some ramen, I ordered the Ramen Fried Rice Set (990 yen) in a large portion (+130 yen) to share. They also have rice and fried chicken available. You can choose the firmness of the noodles and the amount of green onions when you order. It's easy to understand because it's written next to the register. The ramen and fried rice were ready in about 5 minutes after ordering. The noodles were quite plentiful because we ordered a large portion. The toppings included thin slices of char siu, bamboo shoots, and green onions. The soup was a pork bone and soy sauce flavor with back fat. The noodles were thin and straight, typical of Kyoto ramen. It tasted similar to popular Kyoto ramen shops like Kairikiya and Raitei, but it was really delicious. The fried rice was also tasty with a strong flavor and a nice texture. Overall, I thought it was quite delicious for a food court.

I tried ramen for the first time at AEON Mall Kyoto store! I thought there wouldn't be anything special in the food court, but it was delicious! It tastes like something I've had somewhere before. I like the thinness of the noodles! Thank you for the meal!

It is located in the food court of AEON Mall KYOTO. According to information from Mailebi-san, it is currently a shop affiliated with Takaraya. They had a sign at the storefront saying "Today's Service Lunch 10:00-15:00" limited to 50 meals for 800 yen, so I decided to go for it. A bowl of ramen alone costs 700 yen, so it's quite a good deal. I chose the firmness of the noodles and extra green onions, and ordered with firm noodles and extra green onions. The food court was not crowded, and it was served in about 5 minutes. The nori bento (white fish fry) bowl consisted of nori, pickled seaweed, and two small white fish fries. The fries were clearly frozen, but considering they were 100 yen, it was okay. The problem was with the nori. The nori, which was steamed, was soggy and stretchy, making it hard to bite into. Just putting the ingredients on top made the flavors inconsistent. It would have been better to replace the pickled seaweed with bonito flakes. The noodles were medium-thin with a strong wheat flavor. It seems like Kondo Seimen noodles, but who knows. The soup was moderately oily with pork bone and chicken bone soy sauce broth. It was mellow with some sweetness, but personally, I'm not a fan of the sweetness. The chashu was thinly sliced with more lean meat. The flavor was moderate and well-balanced. The bamboo shoots had some really hard pieces mixed in. Overall, it was just okay for me.

I left early for a business trip and decided to do some office work to pass the time, so I went to the food court. I was feeling a bit hungry, so I ordered the ramen in front of me. It was quite delicious, similar to the taste of Yokozuna or RaRaTei. It cost 700 yen. The chashu was thinly sliced and melt-in-your-mouth tender, which I really liked. I will definitely come back again. I was originally planning to go to Daiichi Asahi Takabashi, but I was satisfied with this place, so I will visit there next time.

Ion Mall Kyoto's food court has a ramen restaurant called "Shinrai". On this day, my husband had the chashu ramen and fried rice set. We have visited the Nishiiin branch a few times before (had to park at a nearby coin parking lot as there is no parking). The impression of the Nishiiin branch is that the ramen is delicious and the rice dishes are also tasty. It seems that they have been expanding their presence in food courts in recent years, but the one at Ion Mall Kyoto had a taste that my husband enjoyed. However, being elderly, he felt that the portion was too heavy (laughs). Thank you for the meal.

When you want to eat slowly, a late-night visit to a shopping mall might be a good idea. Especially when there are many delicious restaurants to choose from. When I visited Kyoto, I went to the Aeon shopping mall near the station and discovered Kamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamikamik

It's a ramen shop in the food court. Even though there are many food options to choose from, ramen is always appealing and I find myself heading towards it! It's a tonkotsu soy sauce flavor. It has a generous amount of pork fat and the chashu is thinly sliced. It's my first time trying this shop's ramen, but it tastes familiar and comforting. There's a big chunk of fat that I had to avoid while enjoying the soup! I like fancy ramen too, but as someone from Kyoto, this flavor is the most soothing for me. I enjoyed it deliciously at a reasonable price ♡

Dinner after returning from the hospital♪ It was past 8 pm, and we had a nearby place with parking (about a 5-minute drive away). We decided to have dinner at the Coop store on the first floor, which was offering discounted prices. Although it's not the healthiest choice, we went for ramen at this time (^-^;). My husband and I are not really into moderation or dieting. We enjoyed our meal heartily this day as well (⌒∇⌒). *I wish the parking policies at Aeon stores were more consistent across locations* For our car, we get 1 hour of free parking with the WAON points card. You can get the card for free at the information desk on the first floor or the Coop service counter. If you make a purchase of 2000 yen or more (can be combined from various stores), you get 2 hours of free parking. For bicycles and small motorcycles, you can get 2 hours of free parking by inserting your parking ticket into the machine next to the Coop service counter, which looks like a time card.

Today, on my way back from work, I stopped by the au shop at AEON Mall Kyoto. While I was there, I decided to have dinner at the food court. I tried a ramen shop called Jukusei Menya Shinraii Saiin, which has its main store in Kyoto. They had a set meal with ramen and fried rice. It was on sale for 100 yen off to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the mall's renewal. I ordered the ramen with extra green onions and firm noodles. The soup was a combination of chicken broth and pork bone with back fat soy sauce, and it had a rich flavor that you wouldn't expect from a food court ramen. The thin noodles were cooked firm and had a nice texture. The chashu pork was also very flavorful. Don't underestimate the ramen shops in the food court, as this one turned out to be surprisingly good.

New restaurant tour! Yesterday's lunch was at the food court in AEON Mall Kyoto, which was renovated three months ago. First, I visited a new ramen shop called Kyotoramen Shinra, which has its main store in Nishijin. I ordered the ramen and fried rice set for 920 yen. Recently, Kyoto ramen has been known for chicken and pork bone soy sauce broth, similar to the ramen at Takabashi's Daiichi Asahi and Manpuku. However, unfortunately, the taste at Kyotoramen Shinra did not quite measure up to those two famous shops.

I tried the Kyoto Ramen at the food court in Kyoto Aeon because I was feeling a little hungry. It had a slightly soy sauce flavor (although I haven't really been conscious of eating Kyoto Ramen before). The main store seems to be located in Nishikyo, but I forgot to ask for a receipt so I'm not sure. I think the ramen alone was around 730 yen, which seems to have gone up a bit, but it's still cheap and delicious. It's a taste you can't go wrong with, and I'm satisfied.

I have been spending most of my time in a rural town, and I have noticed that there is a difference in quality between food courts in the city and in rural towns. Excluding large chain restaurants like McDonald's, I have found that the food is not very delicious based on my own experiences. If it wasn't for this, it wouldn't be featured on TV, as TV stations are not foolish enough to cover everything. Unless they are running out of material. (This is just my personal opinion as someone who watches TV) With this in mind, I decided to try it out this time. I ordered the fried rice set meal. It came with ramen in a soy sauce-based broth with pork fat, and fried rice. The ramen had thin noodles with chashu, menma, and plenty of green onions, kept simple. The fried rice was shaped like a ladle and had a coating of oil (fat?) on the rice, which added to its deliciousness. I didn't have any major issues with the food I ate at the food court, but there were some things that made me go "oh." The ramen had a rich taste from the pork fat, giving the broth a nice depth, and the fried rice had a deliciousness from the oil coating on the rice. It was quite tasty. It made me wonder if it was the skill of the person making it, the quality of the utensils, or their attitude... Whatever it was, it was delicious. This is just my personal evaluation based on my own feelings. I think the taste was good. Perhaps what I thought in my mind was mostly correct. If I find a delicious ramen at a local food court, I will retract my statement. (This is my personal opinion)
