I suddenly had the urge to eat soup curry today, even though I've never tried it before. So I went to Coco Ichibanya and had their soup curry, which came with four pieces of roast chicken and lots of vegetables. At first, I was dipping rice into the curry with a spoon, but then I realized it's better to eat the curry, then the rice, and then drink the soup. It was delicious! But what surprised me more was the 80-year-old lady next to me who was eating a large serving of curry with lots of toppings, and even had a side of natto. I think she had about 500g of rice! I was totally defeated. It was a lunch curry full of defeat.

This restaurant is located a 2-3 minute walk from Enmachi Station on the JR Sanin Main Line. CoCo Ichi has regional and store-specific menu items, attracting people who enjoy trying different dishes. Surprisingly, this particular store specializes in "kishimen" noodles. The taste was as expected, receiving an average rating. *The photo of the exterior will be taken at a later date.

I ordered the beef curry with natto topping and cheese level 3 spicy. When I came back after a long time, I found that the menu had various new items.

It's simply delicious.

Sometimes I have an inexplicable urge to visit CoCo Ichibanya. There is a liquor store nearby that I often visit, and this time I decided to stop by here as well. I chose the "Tonkatsu Curry" from the handmade series. This menu is a limited-time offer until the end of February. What I had: Tonkatsu Curry (Onion Demi-Glace Sauce) for 1029 yen. The tonkatsu is placed on top of the rice, with the onion demi-glace sauce served on the side. The rich demi-glace sauce is quite flavorful. For those who prefer curry with sauce, this topping is a good choice. The curry roux is mainly pork-based, but you can also change it to beef or hashed beef. There are plenty of toppings available, and with seasonal original menus, you won't get bored. It's a large chain restaurant that you can visit anytime without any hassle. It's hard to resist going in when it's nearby.

In my previous visits to this restaurant, my go-to dish was always the Chicken Cutlet Curry. However, with the introduction of the "Clam Curry" as a seasonal item in the spring, and now the regular menu offering of the Clam Curry, my new favorite has become the Clam Curry. This curry is light and doesn't cause heartburn like the fried dishes. Plus, clams have many health benefits such as prevention of arteriosclerosis, relief of eye strain, strengthening of liver function, prevention of high blood pressure, prevention of anemia, and increased appetite, making it a great choice for those concerned about adult diseases. Although it's still just curry ingredients, so it's not like a supplement with immediate effects. Since the Clam Curry was added to the menu, I sometimes find myself stopping by after a night of drinking. Even though I know eating curry late at night is not good for my body, the craving for "more" overrides my rational thoughts. The Clam Curry with plenty of clams and curry sauce is delicious! I sprinkle plenty of spicy seasoning and heap on the pickles. The chewy texture of the clams mixed with the crunchy pickles is delightful. The spicy seasoning adds a nice kick and helps sober me up. I also like to change the taste halfway through by adding a bit of sauce for a tangy flavor. Before I know it, I've finished every last bite and find myself wanting more. Despite knowing the health risks of eating late at night after drinking, my body still craves more of this Clam Curry that I love so much. This dish will continue to be a favorite of mine.

CoCo Ichibanya always has consistently good flavors. It never disappoints. I usually order something from the fish dishes, handmade series, or the sticky Zanmai series. I always go for medium spiciness. They have manga available, so it's relaxing to read One Piece or Toriko while waiting. It's convenient that I can park my scooter in front of the store.

I went to CoCo Ichibanya Curry House, located just a short walk from Enmachi Station, based on a recommendation from a gourmet note. CoCo Ichibanya is known for its curry, and although it's a bit on the pricey side, I've always loved eating here. It would be even better if it were as affordable as Yoshinoya, Matsuya, or McDonald's (laughs). What is the charm of CoCo Ichibanya that keeps me coming back despite the high prices? I ordered the Chicken Stew Curry with toppings of natto and boiled egg, which is the ultimate combination. I opted for the extra large 400g serving of rice and requested the spiciness level to be normal. You can adjust the spiciness with spices for free, so why not (sweat)? As always, it was delicious. The combination of natto and chicken is excellent, making my taste buds sing (laughs). The only downside is that it's a bit difficult to eat due to the stringiness. The rice was cooked perfectly, with a firm texture and great taste. I'm full and satisfied. Shall we go again? Thank you for the meal.

I used to come here a lot when I was younger, and back in my student days I even tried the 1kg curry challenge. Nowadays, the manager is really nice and the customers seem less rowdy than before. The taste is okay, nothing special. I do get a bit of heartburn afterwards, but that seems to be the case at any Coco Ichi location. I feel like the taste consistency across different stores is pretty good here. However, for some reason, I always feel like the cheese curry here is the most delicious, and I can't shake that feeling.

I went to Tenjin-san in Kitano and on the way back, I felt hungry. So, I decided to go back to Marumachi and thought about what to eat. I felt like having curry after a long time, so I went to Coco Ichibanya. I decided to have vegetable curry with pork cutlet topping! It felt a bit luxurious, but it was so delicious. It brought back nostalgic memories. I used to eat it a lot when I was a student. It was so delicious after a long time. I want to eat it again.

I really like curry rice, so I often visit this restaurant. There are various types of curry, but my favorite is definitely the normal beef curry. I prefer it to be moderately spicy. Spicy food tastes the best during hot weather, so why not try visiting this restaurant again?

The taste is average, but what's great is that you can choose the level of spiciness from a scale of 1 to 10, and there are plenty of topping options. As a fan of spicy food, I wanted to order level 5 spicy at first, but my friend stopped me and I ended up ordering level 3 spicy. Even at level 3, it was pretty spicy! I'm glad I didn't get carried away. I'd love to hear from anyone who has tried level 10 spicy!

Known as Cocoichi, this small restaurant seems to be quite popular among students. The cleanliness and the attitude of the staff are decent. However, there is nothing particularly outstanding to mention. The spiciness level seems a bit off to me. While I usually go for extra spicy at other restaurants, the extra spicy at the Enmachi branch is too much for me. I tried it a few times, but it was still too spicy. Perhaps the manager is a fan of spicy food...

The taste needs no further explanation, it's easy to eat for everyone, but slightly spicy and stimulating. I like the chicken stew curry the most. I'll have it as it is. Or maybe I'll have the beef curry with a slightly spicier level of heat. This Marucho store has been around for about 25 years already. Maybe it's a franchise? Anyway, the old man at the store is full of energy. I remember when I went there right after it opened, he was so enthusiastic, saying "Welcome!" so loudly. I bet it's not like that anymore. Well, with that kind of energy, it's amazing that it has been running for a quarter of a century. It's true that there are not many places to eat around the Enmachi intersection. You can choose between this place or Yoshinoya across the street.

In the pouring rain, I was too lazy to go out, so I had Cocoichi deliver to me. The delivery person was very polite. There are many delivery services out there, but when the staff from the actual restaurant delivers, it feels refreshing and courteous. Thank you for delivering in the rain. Today, I had the seafood curry. It had two pieces of white fish fry, one shrimp fry, and a simmered mix of clams and shrimp. It was really delicious.

Today was a day off for the clinic, so I took it easy in the morning. I started to get hungry, so I ordered from Demae-can. I ordered the Seafood Feast. The delivery person was a kind elderly person. It was delicious. Thank you very much.

Today, it was pouring rain like the rainy season, so I ordered delivery from Demae-can. The young male staff member who delivered the food was very friendly, and it was really touching. I was impressed by the excellent employee training they must have. The seafood curry was delicious.

Scrambled eggs and mushroom curry with level 4 spiciness, served with 200 grams of rice. When you can't even step out of the house, Coco Ichibanya delivery comes in handy. But the delivery fee is quite high, almost 1400 yen. The amount of mushrooms also seems to have decreased. However, it's nice that it still tastes good even when it's cold.

Today, I requested delivery during lunchtime again! A very kind and charming lady delivered it on a bike! She was so friendly that I feel like ordering from them again! Today, I had fried oysters, crab cream croquettes, white fish croquettes with cheese topping, totaling 500g! I'm full now! Due to my job, it's hard for me to go out for lunch, so having it delivered is a delight! Thank you very much!!
