Second shop on the shopping street with over a thousand stores. Located a little north of Senbon Ashiyama Temple, on the west side, you will find this place. It is a take-out specialty store for fried foods and side dishes. I think everyone in this area knows about this place. A must-try menu item is the croquette for 60 yen!! When you bite into the crispy croquette, you first taste sweetness, followed by the deliciousness of the minced meat. It seems like they use good oil for frying, as you won't get strange heartburn afterwards! The staff at the store are friendly and refreshing even if you only buy a small amount. I bought croquette, shrimp cutlet, and minced cutlet. They are freshly fried and delicious. The crispy coating and the sweetness of the potatoes bring back nostalgic flavors. They are so tasty that I can easily eat about 3 of them. I was warned about buying too much and eating too much. There was a large order, so the staff told me to wait a bit. I was excited because it's a sign of how delicious the food is. They also have other fried foods like ham cutlet and cheese cutlet. I will definitely visit again.

I stop by here occasionally! I was having trouble because the croquettes at the local butcher shop were gone, but I happened to discover this place! The staff at the store are also very friendly.

This is a local restaurant frequented by locals, but there is also the popular Chibone Enmadou nearby, so I recommend trying out different foods while you're there. For dinner, I had tonkatsu, minced cutlet, and curry croquette fried for me. When they fry it right there, you can't go wrong (lol). I also had ham cutlet as a snack, but eating it hot on the spot can burn your upper palate, so snack time is something to look forward to when you get home. By the way, I had the tonkatsu and curry croquette as a sauce cutlet bowl.
