When I visited Ine no Funaya, I made a reservation in advance for lunch. Although it's not by the sea, you can expect fresh fish prepared on the spot. The sashimi was thick and delicious, with excellent freshness. The simmered fish was also tender! The kawahagi (filefish) was especially delicious. It seems that children are not allowed. Additionally, they seem to only offer a fish-focused set menu for lunch at 2000 yen.

I came to this district to see the boat houses lined up. I had reserved a boat in advance and was able to enjoy the town from the sea side. While on the boat, when I threw the snacks that were distributed, seagulls and cormorants caught them skillfully with their mouths and flew away. It was quite fun to experience not only the scenery but also such interactions. After the boat tour, I had made a reservation with the boat house and visited this restaurant for lunch. The first floor is a small dining room, and the upper floor seems to be an inn. I was allowed to bring my pet in a bag to sit with me. The meal is only a set meal, as shown in the photo. The cooking method is simple and homely, but using local fish makes it delicious. If it's only 2000 yen, it's not bad. There are hardly any reviews, but it's not a bad restaurant. Please consider it as an option when you stop by for sightseeing.
