I love everything about this place - the atmosphere, the food, everything. I thought that because of the name "Ron Herman," it might be just a concept cafe with average-tasting food, but it was incredibly delicious. The hamburgers are cut into pieces for easy eating. The pancakes are simple and just to my liking. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything you order. Definitely check it out.

I visited around 3 pm on Saturday and had to wait for about 20 minutes with 3 other groups before being seated. I ordered green tea ice cream and a roll cake. My friend ordered a lemon tart and it was served in about 5 minutes. The green tea ice cream had a great blend and tasted delicious. The cakes were also delicious with a refreshing level of sweetness.

It is a great space where you can feel like you are overseas. Located in the BAL Building, the building is clean and you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of Kyoto. This is a bright restaurant with a high ceiling located on the 6th floor of Kyoto BAL. The Mexican Cobb Salad is voluminous and served with Green Goddess dressing, wrapped in a tortilla. The Standard Burger consists of 100% grass-fed beef patty, cheddar cheese, onion relish, tomato, and lettuce. The Venice Beach Lemonade is a combination of butterfly pea and lemonade. I thought it might be crowded because it's popular, but I was able to go on a weekday. The seats were quite spacious and I was happy about that. The menu is a bit on the expensive side, but the service was great - they kept refilling my water and clearing plates promptly. The hamburger was very meaty and filling, the most delicious one I've had recently. I wish there was more potato though.

I finally made it to the lunch I was looking forward to since using the cafe before! I arrived early to avoid the crowd and I'm so excited! The stylish atmosphere always gets me excited whenever I come here. The space between tables is luxurious and I love it. I can't decide what to eat because everything looks delicious. I ended up choosing the Chicken Over Rice for ¥1600. It was tasty and filling, with plenty of chicken and just the right amount of cilantro. My friend's pasta also looked delicious. The food was great, and the atmosphere in the restaurant made the experience even better. If you come here, you'll definitely enjoy delicious food!

When you go up north from Hankyu Kawaramachi Station, you will see a building called "Kyoto BAL" on your right. Take the elevator to the 6th floor. It's a cafe with a spacious and open atmosphere thanks to the large windows. The ambiance is nice and it's a pleasant space. We were guided to a very large table seat. Ordered a banana juice with cocoa nibs. The sweetness is mild, with plenty of cocoa nibs. The portion size is satisfying. This shop has delicious cakes, so I want to come back to try them again. I remember the red velvet cake I had before. There are various other options I would like to try. The hamburger I had was also delicious.

Before heading to the Park Hyatt for afternoon tea, we stopped by the Ron Herman Cafe at Kyoto BAL for some tea because we were thirsty. It was lunchtime and we were tempted by the sweets and lunch options, but we decided to share a cake instead of having a full lunch. The staff was friendly and brought us two forks to share the cake. The spacious and bright interior was filled with women in their 20s to 40s enjoying lunch or coffee. I would love to come back again and enjoy a leisurely lunch next time.
