This is my third visit since last summer. This place is often crowded due to its convenient location. It seems to be popular among people waiting for the train or those who have just arrived in Kyoto by JR, as well as shoppers. This time, I was lucky and didn't have to wait outside, so I was seated right away. I ordered a caramel chocolate waffle and a blended coffee. The waffle was beautifully decorated and had a rich flavor. It would have been nice if they had provided a spoon in addition to a knife and fork, as it was a bit difficult to eat the ice cream and whipped cream that came with it. In the end, I couldn't finish it all, which was a bit disappointing.

At a cafe in B1 of JR Kyoto Station Central Exit, I had a lovely morning with a "Dashi Tamago Sand Morning Set" - a hot, fluffy tamagoyaki sandwich. The tamagoyaki had a delicious mayo flavor and was so satisfying. Despite looking filling, it was gone in no time. The option to add the "Dashi Tamago Sand" to any drink for an extra 150 yen was a great deal. This cafe also follows the Kyoto New Coronavirus Infection Prevention Guidelines, so I could enjoy my meal with peace of mind.

I had breakfast at Kyoto Station with an air-like egg sandwich. Although it has improved a lot, there are still many places that don't open early in the morning. I quickly grabbed one here right by the ticket gate. I got a set with a hot tea for an additional charge. The egg in the sandwich is cooked well, but the roll is loose, so it's airy. The mayonnaise and salt are just right, so no need to add extra flavor. There are no condiments like salt on the table. The sandwich is a bit greasy, but it's quite filling with 4 slices.

"Estacion Cafe Kyoto" is a café located near Kyoto Station that offers a morning set menu. Despite being lost and wandering around trying to pass through Kyoto Station, I stumbled upon this café and decided to try their morning set. The café was not crowded, and the young staff provided excellent service. I ordered the dashi tamago sandwich morning set for 583 yen. The dashi tamago sandwich was freshly made and delicious, although it was a bit too hot to eat quickly. Overall, I had a positive experience at this café and hope they continue to provide good service. It would be great if they offered more payment options like mobile payment methods.

When you exit from Kyoto Station Central Exit and go down the escalator, you will find some shops. They are located behind the escalator, so it may be a little hard to find. While there are many breakfast options near Hachijo Exit, there are surprisingly few places to eat breakfast near the Central Exit, making it convenient to use.

This is a cafe with a great location located in the basement of Kyoto Station elevator. It used to have poor ventilation before the renovation, but now it is smoke-free and comfortable. The menu includes Japanese-style parfaits using matcha, rice dishes, and a variety of drinks. I ordered the Strawberry Soda for 600 yen, which caught my eye when displayed in the showcase. It is a two-layer soda with blueberries and strawberries. The fruits are frozen and quite sweet. Mixing the red strawberry syrup with the clear soda makes it even sweeter. I think it's an interesting drink, but the plain strawberry soda is delicious too. They also have Orange and Kiwi sodas available. It's convenient for waiting for the train.

When I went sightseeing in Kyoto and arrived at Kyoto Station early, I was looking for a place to have breakfast in Kyoto Station. It was quite crowded and I couldn't find any available restaurants, but finally I found one and decided to go there! I ordered the luxurious morning set which included toast, scrambled eggs, ham, steamed potatoes, salad, and a drink! It was a perfect breakfast menu! I enjoyed it while drinking coffee at a leisurely pace!

Today, I'm relaxing at a café. I met up at Kyoto Station and went to a café located underground. ESTACION CAFE is near the central exit of Kyoto Station, making it convenient for meetings. In addition to café drinks, they also offer light meals such as pasta and sweets. I ordered French press coffee. The staff explained that it's ready to drink when the sand in the yellow hourglass has completely fallen. The Mandheling coffee had a deep flavor. The coffee cup was also lovely. There was enough coffee for about two cups, making it a perfect amount for leisurely enjoyment. Despite having two cups worth, the price was not much different from a regular blend coffee, giving a sense of value.

Plate Morning 540 yen. I am in Kyoto for a business trip after a long time. Today, I had a slightly late morning here. I entered at 9:35 am. I had salad, bacon, scrambled eggs, and buttered toast. On February 8th, after having lunch in Uji, we took the train back to Kyoto and returned the BMW without any damage or accidents. It's hard to believe, but there were no sales pitches involved. I went to Café Estacion on my way back from shopping at JR Kyoto Isetan. It is conveniently located. The interior of the cafe is quite busy and almost full. The seating is a bit cramped, which I didn't like. I ordered a strawberry shaved ice for 750 yen and a matcha parfait. The shaved ice loses its deliciousness when eaten in a room with strong air conditioning. It's a good cafe in a convenient location, but could they make the tables a bit more spacious?

Cheese and dashi rolled sandwich for ¥680. The drink was ¥150 off. There was a strong pepper taste that made me cough (lol). It didn't have much cheese flavor, but the dashi roll itself was delicious.

I entered without realizing it was a smoking area, and it was a terrible situation (bitter smile). I don't like smoking, but I was drawn in by the poster for matcha frozen drink. The matcha frozen drink was delicious! But the smoke was bothersome (bitter smile).
