When searching for "Miyakojima City × Bread," this shop comes up at the top. Since there are still few reviews, the rating on Tabelog cannot be relied upon yet! In that case, let's go investigate with our own feet! When you continue straight for about 400-500m on the road in front of Kintetsu "Hisakawa Station," you will find this lovely shop that catches your eye - "Le Blanc." A friend who used to work in this area frequently says, "It's a stylish shop for Hisakawa!" The shop's stylish appearance stands out in the residential area of Hisakawa, and even when driving by, you can't help but notice its presence! When you enter the shop, next to the tongs for bread, there were "metal hand baskets" stacked! Many bakeries usually use trays, but holding a tray, picking up bread, and taking pictures with your smartphone can be difficult! However, with a hand basket like the one in this shop, you can hang it on your arm, so you don't have to worry about dropping it! This is a convenient service! This time, since I was with a friend, I had them hold the basket, but if I had come alone to buy, I would have found this hand basket very helpful! The items I purchased this time were: - Apple Custard 183 yen - Salt Bread 162 yen - French Bread 302 yen - Yudane Bread (1 loaf) 345 yen (all prices include tax) Apple Custard: A fluffy soft bread with custard cream kneaded in, and chunks of apple with a cinnamon flavor inside. The elegant sweetness and the slightly crunchy texture of the apple are very delicious! Salt Bread: The pop said, "Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Delicious as is or as a sandwich!" It gives the impression of being more "soft and fluffy" than "crispy and chewy," but the moderate saltiness is delicious! French Bread: The pop said, "A chewy French bread with brown rice." It was quite normal whether eaten as is or toasted. Yudane Bread: The pop said, "Our proud bread made with a chewy yudane." I had half as is and half toasted, but this one was also just average. The shop's products, such as bread, French bread, burgers, and sandwiches, are mostly around 200-300 yen. Other bread items are mostly under 200 yen, making them relatively affordable! There were a few other breads that caught my eye, so I would like to go back and buy them again if I have the chance! Thank you for the meal!
