I love Beard Papa's cream puffs. I was curious because my followers were eating them, so I added them to my favorites list. But before that, I wanted to try a certain strawberry frappe. I searched for it for 3 days, but it was not available in my area. So, I upgraded my list and tried the cream puffs. I was hesitant about the yogurt flavor, but it was actually good. It's yogurt flavor. Personally, I still think the custard flavor from Beard Papa's is the best.

This is a shop located in Al Plaza in Daigo, Fushimi-ku, Kyoto. There is no eat-in area, so we decided to take the food home. On this day, I purchased a matcha cream puff limited to 100 pieces per day for 130 yen. The matcha cream was chewy and had a unique taste. The staff confirmed the takeout time and prepared ice packs with a smile, providing good service. It would have been even better if there was a bit more volume. I would like to visit again.

Back when there weren't many pastry shops around, I received this cream puff as a gift and it was delicious. I'm not a big fan of sweets, so even eating one can be a challenge (laughs). Since a certain cake chain in Kyoto that I used to frequent closed down, I've been buying cream puffs from here more often. I prefer the crispy outer shell. With Al Plaza opening up, it's become more convenient to get them. I've moved away now and don't have one nearby anymore. They've expanded their variety with cookies and matcha flavors, but I still prefer the regular custard cream puff with a crispy shell.
